Fantastic experience: Hands down the best children’s dentist we have been too! My children are on the spectrum and absolutely hate the dentist. We have been to 4 dental offices so far. This place is so wonderful, the staff is amazing and they are so in sync with each other and work amazing together. My daughter needed 2 fillings done. I didn’t have high hopes it would get done without anesthesia, but they proved me wrong and I couldn’t be happier. My daughter left happy and not stressed out. They explain everything so well to the kids and they show them there nothing to be scared of. I’m still blown away that they actually were able to do the fillings.

Negative experience: Always wonderful experiences, the staff make my kids feel at ease, they're both gentle and fun. Changed to 1 star, we were unable to make our appt because of car trouble, and since we had already rescheduled a previous appt the year before due to illness the Dr sent us a very curt letter formally dismissing my children from their practice. They did not complete any in-progress treatment, and did not offer a reasonable period for emergency care while we found a new provider.

She was so patient and explained every step, which made him feel at ease, even when he was scared. Thanks to her, he was calm and comfortable throughout the entire process! We'd been to a few before coming here as we live a few hours away, I am a rather holistic going parent, and wasn't finding care my husband and I agreed with for our two youngest kids, finally had a great experience with Dr Ho, she was VERY respectful of my wishes as far as things I wanted done or not, and very thoroughly went over each option with me and gave us a FAR different/better treatment plan than the previous offices we'd been to who wanted TONS of root canals (which I'm not okay with after personal experience and also seeing the documentary "the root cause" , very fantastic and respectable experience here!

Fantastic experience: This is my daughter’s 3rd time at this office. Every single time we’ve had pleasant experiences even though dealing with a toddler can prove to be challenging. The assistants we’ve had are so sweet and have the perfect personality to work with children especially in dentistry. We’ve had the pleasure of having Dr. Ho and Dr. Lu do her exams and they’re amazing. I have nothing bad to say about this office. From the easy scheduling and filing out paperwork online, to the incredible staff. 10/10 recommend this office for meeting your families needs.

The children get to watch videos while they're getting work done on their teeth. The staff are very friendly and they take the time to explain things to me. Fantastic experience: Let’s just start off by saying when I first walked into the office with my son Aries they were so welcoming. The lady at the front desk greeted us by name, I loved that. The office is very kid friendly I loved all the colors and fun things Aries could play with while we waited. Once we made it to the back I especially loved when I was asked about any concerns I had about my sons teeth, and I got helpful tips about how to maintain good teeth. The appointment was quick he is one so not much to do but learn good oral hygiene. The whole visit was amazing for his first dentist appointment. Thank you everyone for being so kind and the gift bag.

The young front staff girls can be curt and expressionless but that’s probably just their resting face, lol.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ho and her team are the VERY BEST!! My dentist recommended her to us about 5 years ago for our first little and now both of my littles are patients. Dr. Ho is gentle, kind, funny and patient with her little patients. All of the staff are. There are toys to keep the littles entertained while waiting their turn, Disney+ for watching while having procedures done and prizes for their visits. My little ones Love going to the dentist. I would recommend them to Anyone looking for a pediatric dentist.

Fantastic experience: I was shocked to see how nice this place was given it's location on Florin Rd. They had real x-box games, kitchen set, and pretend arcade games for the kids to play on while waiting. After visiting my son was given a coin to put in a quarter machine to get a prize of his choice. The Doctor and staff were very friendly and understanding. We were able to be complete a consultation within 30 minutes which included x-rays and the exam. Highly recommend this pediatric dentist.

Fantastic experience: Took my 1 year old to see Dr. Ho. We had a great experience including easy scheduling, greetings upon arrival and a thorough appointment. Fantastic experience: Today I went in with my 5 yr old special needs son who was already a member with them - requesting emergency services. I was frantic and worried because he had been holding his back tooth and I saw it needed immediate help. Wish I could say the front desk girl was more helpful - she immediately pushed me off and said we can’t help you! THANKGODDDD Dr.Rachel was standing there and decided to listen in - check the schedule for a quick open slot and get us in within 20/30 minutes ! I know this might not be the case for everyone - but I can’t say enough good things about Dr.Rachel! She is so communicative and really goes out of her way to make sure her kiddos and parents are happy ! I’m grateful we found her there at Dr.Hos✨She’s patient - and kind and above all else the reason why you should bring your kiddo here for their pediatric dentistry needs !

Fantastic experience: Greenhaven has been an excellent dental office for us. They have accommodated our needs and are so, so patient with our son who has a lot of trouble with cleanings. Today, my daughter had her first appointment, and she did great! Special shout-out to Alexis and Dr. Rachel, specifically. I believe we also saw Dr. Brenda in the beginning, and she was excellent, too! I really feel like this office cares about creating positive dental experiences for children.

Fantastic experience: After getting told so many useless things after another I was finally able to get my 5 y/o in their office and I couldn’t have been more pleased and relieved. I left with so much stress off my shoulders and confidence in their staff that my son was in great hands I cried. Best feeling I ever had being and leaving the office.

Negative experience: My daughter went to Dr. Ho for two years, and we were not approached by the dentist once. The assistant would take my daughter back to the chairs and bring her back out. They would say something very general like, "Her teeth are fine; see you in 6 months," no feedback about her brushing and flossing, etc., and we would leave. We figured this was a Sacramento thing. When we returned to our home state, we immediately got her a new dentist. In this short time frame, we learned she had quite a few cavities that had to be filled ASAP, and the dentist said her brushing was not good at all and she had gingivitis. We were super disappointed in the decline of her teeth. I wish this dentist took her patients' health more seriously and actually talked to parents. I am baffled by all the positive reviews. I am personally extremely annoyed about this and that we did not see the red flags. Parents beware. If your dentist is not giving you feedback, go somewhere else. My child's teeth are not expendable.

Fantastic experience: The providers ALWAYS do such a great job with the children. I will never go anywhere else for pediatric dentistry. They made sure my child was comfortable the entire time and educated me on different treatment options before I made a choice that I believed would be best for our circumstances. Best pediatric dentist over the 7 dentists I researched after one bad experience with a first time treatment. We will stay here as long as we're able to

Fantastic experience: The staff here are amazing! For the first time, my seven year old autistic son was able to sit in the chair calmly and the dentist was able to complete a dental exam. This was also the first time we were able to get x-rays completed. They have a great team here and the fact that some of the staff have experience working with autistic children was very comforting. Fantastic experience: Very happy with this dentist! My kids loved it. They ran on time and were efficient. We came for a 2nd opinion after we were told by a previous dentist we needed a treatment that required my child to go under. Greenhaven Ped. Dentistry said we can just watch and no treatment except a cleaning was necessary.

Fantastic experience: I have been to several different dental offices and I will say this office is my most favorite! They are amazing with the kids and they are very helpful! Especially the way they handle my niece who’s autistic. Rachel was very gentle and cooperative with my niece even when she was having several behaviors. Negative experience: I just called about my daughter going to er yesterday fell mouth first, chipped 3 teeth in the front and loose tooth complaining of pain, and mouth swollen. Girl had an attitude on the phone was not concerned and said wouldnt be able to be seen until next week. Mind you shes only 4, was just at er and was informed to make emergency appt. Lady on phone. Was not polite, was not concerned about my daughters situation, she could have talked to a supervisor.

Fantastic experience: All the workers are sweet and friendly. My child was referred to this clinic for filling. Love the environment and the doctors. The waiting room have toys and video games for them to play until they call your child. The wait time for appointment is not long too. As soon as it's your appointment time you probably have to wait for good 2-3 minutes before they call you in because they have to prep for the next client (which is your child).

Fantastic experience: We love Greenhaven Pediatric Dentistry. Everyone is nice and caring. My children have had nothing but good experiences with the Dentists and hygienists. Because we have Kaiser also some services are streamlined and that’s great for us.

Fantastic experience: My 9 y/o son has been going to this dentist since he was 5 and he’s loved it since day 1! He had a terrible experience with another dentist when he was 4 y/o, the dentist was rough with him & impatient when doing his fillings & it’s like it traumatized him when I would take him to any dentist after that until Dr. Ho. Dr. Ho & all of the staff make you feel welcome & comfortable. The kids have tv screens to watch a movie above them & that sold my son as a 5 y/o being able to watch Marvel as his teeth were getting checked is tight ! lol. Long story short, book an appt for your little ones, you will NOT be disappointed with the service, care and patience they have with the kiddos My 14 y/o brother goes here as well and has since he was 8/9.

Fantastic experience: This office is amazing. My 9 yr old daughter has a really hard time with the dentist and has had some bad experiences that have made her fears worse. I found this place on a random google search and although it’s 2.5 hrs away from us I gave it a chance. Thank God I did! The staff here is extraordinary and my daughter has no fears to go every time because the they are so great with kids and make her comfortable. Needless to say the drive is well worth it!

We had tried other pediatric dentists who said they were comfortable with special needs kiddos, but it turned out negatively. Here, with small touches from the moment you walk in, to their awesome token reward system, my child felt comfortable and had a pleasant experience. We will be long term patients here.

Fantastic experience: Well worth the 2 hour drive! Staff made my daughter feel very comfortable. They are so kind and care about their patients. Procedure went great and my daughter walked out with a big smile on her face. The playroom is a plus to get kiddos relaxed before their appointment.

The way they set the appointments up was super convenient and I was able to get all three kids taken care of simultaneously!! Fantastic experience: Dr. Ho restored my 3 year olds teeth today. Not only was the outpatient hospital great, but the staff was very informative and reassuring along the way. They even wheeled us out after she woke up so I didn’t have to carry her. She did Nusmile crowns on top four front teeth. Not only did she do the crowns amazing, she also got rid of any other decay, added tooth colored fillings where needed, and applied a sealant to all the back teeth. We were very worried about her teeth looking “big” or “bulky” but they look beyond my expectations, and we are very happy! Can’t say enough good things. Everyone was great, especially the anesthesiologist and Dr. Ho and the women who took care of us after. This photo is hours after the procedure.

Fantastic experience: I have nothing but great things to say about this dental office. Dr.Ho and her staff are absolutely amazing!! The customer service is very warm and welcoming and Dr.Ho and the anesthesiologist Dr.Ramos are both amazing as well!! My son just had his dental work done this week and I was so nervous knowing that he was going to have it done under anesthesia. Dr.Ramos gave me a peace of mind and eased the process onto me and was so caring and understanding. Dr. Ho was also very informative every step of the way telling us the work she needed to done after her exam and was also informative with the after care..because they were both not only professional but caring it gave me a peace of mind and comfort to know that my son was in great hands and the operation was successful! Even after the operation Dr.Ramos kept checking in on us until we were able to leave once my son was awake and was so kind and welcoming. I just have to say thank you so much Dr.Ho and Dr. Ramos for all that you do you!! You are both so amazing!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Brenda Ho did amazing care on my son’s teeth. I was a nervous wreck because I wasn’t sure how my son’s teeth would turn out after getting cavities filled & crowns. But she did better than I expected. His teeth are beautiful and all my worries melted away. This is an unsolicited review. 10/10 stars.

Fantastic experience: This dentistry is the very best. I have a most sensitive kid. This place is so calming and organized and all the staff have been very supportive and treated us very friendly althrough these years. My kid feels more and more at ease here and has started to accept more and more amazing cleaning and checking procedures. The doctors and the staff are so wonderful. They have great experiences and always treat my kid with tremendous care and patience. My kid always leaves the visit in a happy and peaceful mood. Thank you so very much for turning things around for us. This dentistry is absolutely superb, always providing above and beyond services.

Fantastic experience: My son and I both absolutely love this place! Staff are friendly and efficient; the whole office is clean, cute, and very kid-oriented with lots of natural light and plenty to keep kids occupied and help them forget about any anxiety they may have. From start to finish, the whole process of establishing care for my son and getting his first exam/cleaning was so streamlined it almost felt magical. My only complaint is that they only see children! We couldn’t be happier with our decision to use Greenhaven Pediatric Dentistry—they really are the very best!

Fantastic experience: Update 2023: Both children now go here and it continues to be a great experience. My infant had a wonderful first exam. My three year old is starting to refuse some parts of the dental appointment. The staff reassured me that this is normal and helped him to still feel comfortable. They are all so patient and kind. It's a great place to go. Update: This office continues to be one of the best dental offices I've ever been to. Appointments start at 8:30 and go until 4:30pm if I understand correctly. My son has now visited for 3 appointments. They've cleaned his teeth and given me advice on brushing and flossing at home. My son loves the goodie bags, the tokens you can earn for good behavior and the waiting room with arcade cabinets and a train table. Such a fantastic pediatric dentistry! I appreciated the clarity of their communication, the friendly professional nature of their staff and the clean and inviting decor in their main appointment room. My child visited this month for his first dental appointment and received excellent care. I felt very well informed and glad to have been recommended this office. We will certainly be returning!

Negative experience: The first visit was very bad for me. The woman in the front desk didn't notice me on purpose. I stood in front for 10 minutes. Then she without checking the information, said that my child was not registered and my son doesn’t have any appointments in that location. after 15 minutes of searching, she finally found it. Maybe my image annoyed her. I don’t know. I would demand that the staff be taught in a good manner. Since she is also an immigrant and she hates immigrants.

We had previously been seen by another provider and they were not gentle or friendly with him and increased his fear. The ladies at Greenhaven Pediatric Dentistry were so patient gentle friendly and kind with my son we were even able to get x-rays!! Dr. Ho is amazing. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ho and her staff are awesome! We consistently receive friendly service and always leave with a smile. As a parent, I love that Dr. Ho greets my kids by their names, listens to their stories, and provides me useful information on preventative care relevant to my kids’ dental needs. She and hygienists take the time to ask/answer questions and get to know us each time we visit. Feels like visiting family ❤️. Update: My daughter had a dental cleaning today, but also had a cavity that needed treatment. They were able to take care of everything in one appointment. We feel blessed to have found Dr. Ho. She and her staff are always friendly, efficient, and professional.

Fantastic experience: I've been bringing my kid here for 4 years and I can't imagine a better experience. The entire staff is very friendly and have always been on time. The trains and games in the waiting room and TVs mounted on the ceiling in the rooms help keep the little ones entertained.

Fantastic experience: My son has autism and we had a wonderful experience at Greenhaven. They're quick, courteous and kind. I couldn't be happier. I drive 2.5 hours each way and it's worth the drive. Thanks Greenhaven!!!

Fantastic experience: Ever since COVID it is so hard to make an appointment with the dentist. This place appointment is within the next day and I'm very happy It is our first visited for my nephew Kenny Le from outta town. He always afraid to visit the dentist but Dr Ho made him feels very comfortable. Dr. Ho is amazing...she is very professional. I would recommend to all friends, and family to pay them a visit...you won't be disappointed The staffs are extremely polite and beautiful

Positive experience: The people that work there are nice and they had a nice little play room. I probably won’t return to this office though. It was hard to hear the staff since it’s a open floor plan and we were placed right next to another family with no divider so we could hear everything about the child next to us but couldn’t really hear what was being said to us. It was a little to hectic for me and it took 40 mins to be seen after our appointment time. Being that I have a one year old that made it difficult

Fantastic experience: The staff welcome us the moment we walk through the door. Explain to us everything in details if we don't understand or even when we have any concerns. The environment of that place FANTASTIC. Our 3 yr old daughter fell in love with that place and didn't want to leave at all. I love how our daughter needed a x-ray and she didn't want to comply with the staff, they actually let me hold her and did a great job doing the x-ray. Dr Ho is an amazing person. I love how she explains everything so throughly for me to understand and reassure me that everything is going to fine. I WILL RECOMMEND this place to ANYONE!! There's an arcade games there's but I wasnt able to take a picture of it by itself.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience for my two young daughters 3 and 5. There were toys to play with in the waiting room, x rays were super smooth, and the TVs in the ceiling with headphones while their teeth were cleaned were a great touch. The whole staff was super friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist. I wish I could go here too!

Fantastic experience: This office has a full house of friendly, professional and experienced staffs. We feel we are alway welcoming , and We are 100 percent satisfied for all of their services. My kids have been seeing Dr . Ho since they were babies . They are now 16, 10 and 10 would love to stay until they are too old to been seen. I am 100 % recommend to you!
