Fantastic experience: My first time visiting this office. I have severe anxiety of dental offices. The smell alone will make me turn around and walk out, but this was the best experience I’ve ever had. There was no medicine smell, the ambiance was very relaxing and the customer service 10/10 from the reception desk to the back office. Dr. Alexa was absolutely amazing!

Fantastic experience: I really can’t go anywhere else. I’ve been going since I went to sac state. I moved out of state temporarily and I knew I had to come back here. I live in a nearby city now but still take the extra drive to be their patient. Everyone that works here are beyond nice. My card got stuck in the parking meter today and they helped me get it out. I’ve been to many dentists my life due to past issues with my teeth but they’re by far the best I’ve been too!

Our family has moved several times over the years, and we have been through every dental issue you can imagine—from emergencies and cavities to veneers and Invisalign. The fact that Dr. Alexa has always graciously taken the time to provide a sound second opinion, even when we lived too far away to see her in person, speaks volumes about her character and commitment. This is why, as a mom of three, I trust her implicitly with my family's dental health. She is a true asset to the Sacramento community, and I can't recommend her enough!

Fantastic experience: All the staff at Dr. Wiggins' D2O Dental are terrific, from reception to Dr. Wiggins himself. We have gone in for orthodontic needs, dental cleanings, and surgery, and all interactions have been great. I can't recommend this establishment and the personnel enough.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Wiggins is great, and really all the staff at D2O have been positive and top notch! I've always had a pleasant experience, which is uncommon for a dentist. The technology is all updated as far as I can tell. That definitely makes a difference, for instance compared to a dentist with older, lower detail X-ray machines. They also offer sedation for those who need that (good to have as an option).

When Parking: driving from 19th Street to 18th street, From L Street on L Street turn right onto 18th Street and then turn right into a parking garage (paid at a meter before and still received a parking ticket).

I never feel judgment about the status of my teeth (came in after a hiatus dude to life circumstances) and always make me feel very comfortable and answer all my questions. I would HIGHLY recommend and will not be switching to another dental office ever again (hopefully lol)! Big plus is the office pup, Ruby!

Nothing has changed since the review below except D2O gets more Awesome!) Dr. Wiggins and his staff are terrific. Great hands while working in mouth by hygienists and the doctor. Modern equipment and procedures take the stress out of what use to be a dreaded task. As a senior on a fixed income I appreciate the honesty of only recommending necessary work. I will be going to see Dr. Wiggins as long as I’m living in Sacramento. Heck this office is so good if I move I might consider traveling twice a year to visit the best dentist I’ve ever had. Doctor Wiggins reviewed my teeth during this process and identified an issue with an old crown. Fantastic experience: I have been coming to see Dr. Wiggins and his awesome staff for a couple months now and have to say that I have been very pleased with everything. I typically do not write reviews but I strongly felt that I should spread the word and give D20 a shout out and let everyone know about them. One highlight that I would like to also mention is the Nightlase treatment that they offer that is advertised to treat snoring. My wife has been struggling sleeping next to me with my snoring. As an effort to resolve this issue I gave this treatment a shot. After the first treatment I have to say that the procedure exceeded my expectations! I can breathe much easier and the snoring has stopped! I can now sleep however I like, I feel more rested when I wake up, and my wife is now getting a full night of sleep! TOTALLY RECOMMEND this to anyone that is suffering from snoring. Thank you Dr. Wiggins and amazing staff for doing what you do and offering Nightlase! If you happen to be in need of a dentist, hands down, D20 is a great choice!

Dr. Wiggins and his staff seem to always have some personal anecdote to discuss with me, whether it’s about my dogs or personal hobbies. The visits are efficient and pleasant. His front desk staff are so accommodating and patient and really great at managing troubleshooting tasks like when my insurance isn’t on file and they have to do some extra digging to ensure my insurance is being billed. I appreciate the diligence and attention with which my dental hygienist practices. I’ll continue to recommend D2O dental and Dr. Wiggins to anyone seeking high quality dental care. I’ve been elsewhere and some dental offices will bombard you with extra costs and push you to do Invisalign and other random costly things. Not this place.

Fantastic experience: I found D20 Dental when I moved to Sacramento. Dentists were never my favorite visit, but from my first visit to every appointment since then, I have had such a great experience. It’s a true “dental spa.” They have excellent customer service, go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable, and really treat you like a human being (not just another patient). Fantastic experience: Very nice staff and Dentist. High tech equipment and good explanations. Waiting time was short and neither staff nor Dr Wiggins were rushed. And parking was surprisingly easy! Reinforcing what I said earlier. Dr. Wiggins very competently and with a high degree of perfectionism fixed my upper front teeth. With my new good looks, I am ready for a second career in Hollywood. Fantastic experience: Dr. Wiggins is amazing. Never in my life have I ever had a “favorite dentist” until I started going to D2O dental about eleven years ago. He is a very kind and capable dentist and does everything to ensure the best experience possible…and that includes video googles attached to an old school ipod with a bunch of movies available to choose from of your liking and Bose noise-canceling headphones to wear so that you can mentally check out during any otherwise unpleasant dental procedure you may need to undergo. Honest to goodness, I had a root canal and a crown (made the same-day as there is a lab in the office) placed and I barely even noticed. Warm towel things after cleanings. The staff and hygienists are always nice. And my new favorite thing is the therapy dog (labradoodle or golden doodle??) that casually wanders around and loves on everyone that may be waiting anxiously for their appointment. I really can’t say enough great things about Dr. Wiggins and D2O Dental. Highly recommended.

Positive experience: I got incredible care at D2 dental with really professional staff and helpful advice. Dr. Wiggins is wonderful and did exactly what I needed for Invisalign and other procedures. The downside is that they are chronically overbooked for cleanings, which means that any scheduling can be almost 6 months out, which is highly inconvenient and does not align with normal dental healthcare needs

Fantastic experience: As an adult, I have had multiple bad experiences at other dental offices that left me with severe anxiety. I didn't go back to the dentist for 3 years because of it. D2O is truly unique. The dentists actually listen to their patients and curate care plans based on your specific needs/circumstance/comfort. They do not try to upsell procedures&products that you do not need. If you have an underlying condition, they work with you to find the root cause even if that means reaching out to a primary care physician. They also provide an open/direct line of communication if you ever have questions. I feel D2O truly cares for their patients. Im so happy I found them. Fantastic experience: It was my first visit with D20 Dental and I am really impressed by all the latest technology they use to take my scans of my mouth. Life changing and introspective compared to my last dentist for the past 10 yrs. Not to mention that I felt like I was heard about the concerns that I have with regard to my teeth and other issues. Lastly, they are so close to my office that I can literally walk to my appointments now. Friendly and personable staff, very clean office.

Fantastic experience: I always look forward to my dental visits at D2O. My hygienist, Stacy, is so kind and goes out of her way to make my experience pleasant. Dr. Wiggins is very personable. He really cares about his patients. Really, the whole staff is top notch. Plus, the space is spa-like and soothing. I’ve been going here for years and can’t imagine going anywhere else.
