From my first visit to the final fitting of my implant and cleaning everyone was kind, considerate and professional. The friendly front office always greets me with a smile and the dentists and hygienists are very caring, always making sure I know what is happening and that I am comfortable. Highly recommend them!

Negative experience: The dentist was dismissive when I told them my concerns. I attempted to explain my pain from the infected tooth and my other medical issues and he didn’t take me seriously. I ended up in the hospital for 4 days to get IV antibiotics

Positive experience: Was able to get in quickly, and the staff is always friendly and easy to work with. The doctor was informative about my issue and explained how to prevent it from coming back, which I appreciated. I do wish they offered more specialized services—such as endodontics and periodontics—so patients don’t have to search all over the 209 and 916 for providers who accept my dental insurance like DNTL Hub and aren’t so far away. Adding those specialties would make care much more convenient.

Fantastic experience: I was very happy with the professionalism, timeliness and courteous of staff. The hygienist was especially thorough and did a great job of cleaning my teeth. The office was clean, tidy as well as the other rooms I was in. Great Visit!

Negative experience: If we're being honest, I have to admit that I just paid an additional $500 on top of the original $9K to try and make my upper denture fit better. And honestly, it does not. The doctor said it would rock slightly because the pins (in my upper jaw) that the denture attaches to are offset and causing a "cantilevered" condition. Well, you guys installed those pins, not me. He also recommended having 2 additional pins installed to help stabilize the denture. I did not bother to ask how much more this would cost, because I'll be paying on the first amount for years to come. What do you recommend in this situation?

Fantastic experience: Beautiful dentist office. Friendly hygienist, they even give you a hot lavender towel! Friendly main dentist, personally did not try to sell me stuff I didn’t need, but I don’t have any major issues.

Fantastic experience: I came here since I wasn’t happy with my experience at my previous dentist. Everyone here at DNTL Hub Galt was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable. The assistants and dentist were all very gentle and explained everything in detail. I also liked that they take radiographs and actual close up pictures of your teeth to go along with your rads to explain why they are recommending certain treatments. The dental work I am getting done is also cheaper than what my previous dental office quoted. I am so glad I decided to come here instead.

Positive experience: I have had more bad experiences with dentists than good but wanted to get a broken tooth taken care. This office was recommended by my daughter in law and i wasn’t disappointed. I had the prep work done. The office staff is friendly and helpful, techs are friendly and reassuring and do what they can to make you feel comfortable. Doctors are good at their treatments.

Fantastic experience: I had to get emergency dental exam for my wisdom tooth pain. Hannah at DNTL Hub in Galt was extremely helpful. Not only was I able to get my emergency exam done, but Hannah was able to squeeze me in for tooth removals the same day. Forever grateful for the excellent customer service.

Fantastic experience: As I walked into were I would be examined I was greeted by a very welcoming smile. Arianna made me feel very comfortable and I felt relaxed…which I normally don’t feel at a dentist office. Her calm demeanor and professionalism was what I needed. When Dr. Kaur came, it was clear she had the same calming demeanor. Dr Kaur was very thorough explaining to me what needed to be done. We discussed together her plan and I am very pleased at how it will be done. Thank you both for making me feel at ease and knowing I am in good hands.

Fantastic experience: I had my teeth cleaned today by Andy. As always, a good experience. He is so knowledgeable and gave me some good advice to better keep my teeth clean. Best dental group ever.

Positive experience: First time at this office as a new patient as my previous provider dropped my dental insurance company. All enrollment paperwork/forms,etc were done electronically and efficiently before my appointment. After xrays and photos, Dr Sibhal showed me (on a big screen)! problem areas clearly in need of attention (two crowns four fillings). Deep cleaning was recommended but not pushed as well as laser periodontal therapy. Hannah the friendly and personable office manager clearly gave me a cost breakdown of what my insurance covered (or not) again, not pushing anything. I was given several options for appointments and i opted to get all work done at that time. The dentist and all staff who worked on me were courteous and kind and asked how i was doing continually. Dont know if i would opt to do all work in one appointment again as was in the chair for 3 hours but it was my choice. Was pleasantly surprised that i could get my perm crowns in one week! Now for some Minor complaints: the chair was on the hard side, and the room was a bit cramped, had to roll stuff out of the way to retrieve my purse. No offer of a towelette or something to wipe off my face. Bottom line i am happy with my care and would recommend this provider.

Negative experience: Came in yesterday January 14, 2026 for my daughter. She was experiencing pain. Mind you we were just there for teeth cleaning a month prior and was told gums and teeth were healthy and no cavities. Well yesterday we walked in and they wanted a full panel done. I asked to be seen and checked just in case something was stuck in her gum etc. and take a xray because we were just there. (We got the xray) assistant said gums and teeth looked healthy and her wisdom tooth was popping through which could cause her pain. Doctor came in ( did a cold test) instantly stated she needed a root canal, wisdom tooth pulled and rescan for new Invisalign. That didn’t sit right with me. As she was just told twice her gums and teeth were healthy. I went and took her for a second opinion and come to find out. I was told WRONG. My daughter doesn’t need a root canal and explained how wisdom teeth come in. Needless to say. We don’t have to do any work at the moment. Thankfully. I’m upset at Dental Hub as i feel they are money Hungry. They almost killed my daughter’s tooth for no reason. Do Better!!!!

Fantastic experience: Amazing staff—from the front office administration to the hygienist (10/10, the most thorough and gentle cleaning I’ve ever had), all the way to the treatment planner. The office is modern, friendly, and exceptionally clean—and it smells like the Plaza Hotel, not a dental office. A great experience every single time.

Positive experience: Although it took awhile for the clerks at the front counter to acknowledge me, I was the only one in line, just standing there it was my first time/appointment with this dental office-I felt as if I was an imposition and now a valued patient, especially cause I was new to the office I expected a warmer welcoming.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to this dentist office due to a broken tooth. The office staff was very helpful and friendly and got me in that day. The dentist was very nice and let me know that not only was the tooth I broke weak but two additional front teeth were weak and could break. So, I ended up having three crowns and a filling done that same day. Everything went well and everyone that helped me was professional and very helpful. If you’re looking for a new dental office, I would recommend this one for sure.

Fantastic experience: We like your casual, yet professional, atmosphere. Everyone is so friendly. Just one suggestion: put in a couple of higher, sturdier chairs for older people who have issues with getting up out of chairs.

Fantastic experience: The DNTL Hub is an awesome place for dental exams, cleaning, etc.! The building is new, pleasing to the eye, with modern equipment. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! The doctors are thorough, take their job seriously, and do great work! After a routine exam and cleaning, the dental hygienist gave me a warm, lemon scented cloth to wipe my face! I love it and felt like I was in first class!

Negative experience: Reception staff are very polite, helpful and friendly. The cleaning of my teeth was rather rough and uncomfortable and the dentist was rather abrupt and vague about why I needed fillings although there were no cavities.

Fantastic experience: I don't usually post, but this place deserve 200% review. You are seen fast, everyone is polite and make you feel comfortable. Place is clean and the dentist worked on my teeth thoroughly compared to my last dentist, gave me insight on my future dental work. Fantastic experience: Wow! Thats all I can say. This was my second round of removing my wisdom teeth (did the bottom somewhere else and it sucked). But Dr. Sibal was amazing and quick!!! I felt no pain and he was guiding me the entire time of what to expect. I am definitely going to switch my normal care to this location as all the staff is amazing, knowledgeable and the office is bougie looking so I felt safe. Positive experience: It would be nice to have more communication during the dental procedures. After getting surprised with a needle to the gums I asked for them to please explain what they were going to do before they started. The person I said that to got called to another room (it seems busy over there) and a new person took over and they also did not explain to me what they were doing. I found that a little stressful. The dental work they did looks great and has held up well so far.

Fantastic experience: The Lady Up Front Was Incredibly Awsome! She Was Very Helpful From Me Calling From The Morning Until The Evening. She Showed So Much Compassion And I Was Able To Get The treatment I Needed Because Of Her Going The Extra Mile. Love This Place!

Negative experience: It was my first time to come to this clinic since I have moved from the Bay Area. It was the worst cleaning I’ve ever had. My teeth hurt and my gums were bleeding. My teeth were not polished and flossed enough. I think the assistant was lazy. After the cleaning, they didn’t let me rinse my mouth. The dentist also offered a lot of services like filling and crowning, which are expensive. When I got home , I had to spit out the blood from my mouth and brush my teeth again. I will cancel my upcoming appointments and will not come back.

Negative experience: Every single Dentist here is a car salesman. The Dentists have no bed side manners; all they're interested in is selling you products and services. (Even adding additional things you don't need). Compare prices (get a second opinion) you will see that they're charging more for the same service or bill you for services you never received. That tells you everything you need to know. Go at your own risk.

Positive experience: I just received my invoice via email and am a bit confused as to why I was charged a $29.00 periodic fee to see the dentist that I never actually saw? The only person I saw today was Andy. I don't think it's fair to charge me for something I never even received. I was wondering why my bill for a simple cleaning was so high.

Negative experience: I recently had my second visit to the dentist. The first time I went it was just for a cleaning and they did great. The place is nice and clean, looks welcoming. The second time I went in for fills. I had 3 fills done in about 30 minutes. As soon as I got home and had something to eat my teeth hurt more than the first time I had been there. I called and had to make another appointment and miss work again only to have them tell me it was just because my teeth were not “aligned” I was prescribed a $30 tooth paste for future sensitivity and walked out again with more pain than my initial visit. Definitely will not be back.

Negative experience: I went here over a year ago after moving to California. After visiting for a routine cleaning I was told I had four cavities. During this process the dentist pulled up the XRAYs to show me them like I knew what they were looking at. I have been to many dentists and have always had good teeth and I do take care of them so I did not think I would have four cavities after being at my previous dentist out of state 6 months ago. Following that appointment, I felt that they were wrong and did not schedule my appointment for cavities. Last week, I went to a separate dentist for my cleaning, and was told I have zero cavities and two teeth that should be put on a watch. I felt like I was misinformed here at DNTL Hub and felt like they were just attempting to promote more procedures.

Fantastic experience: Very good overall patient customer service and support. Mike did a good job with my X-rays. Very patient and understanding. Hannah at reception was outstanding. She explained everything to us and was very patient and understanding. A great employee. My Dentist was very personable and knowledgeable. The only situation was with my poor hearing and the Dentist accent I had some trouble understanding what she was communicating to me. This very well may be and my wife’s new Dental office.

Fantastic experience: SUPER happy with the service my family has received here! Appointments are easy to schedule and tons of availability. They function like a well oiled machine and have you in and out in no time but still make sure you are 100% comfortable and informed the entire time. Only thing I’d change is the overhead tv to match the ones on the walls so you have something else to watch besides landscape scenes.

Negative experience: I HAVE LOVED THIS DENTIST but now I am leaving. I have great insurance and secondary insurance coverage, but for some reason I am getting billed out of pocket a lot. I am having to double check with my insurance all the time. I am leaving a good practice with good care but I am getting taken advantage of in the billing of some strange overages.

Fantastic experience: 10/10 recommended. Andy is gentle and patient and does a dang good job!
