Fantastic experience: I've been working with Dr Natasha for over five years now. She really takes the time to get to know her clients and studies their features and how to enhance them specifically. I'm 44 and it's important that I don't look over done but still very well-maintained. I've done filler Botox and laser and I wont go anywhere else. She's extremely knowledgeable in her feel as well highly recommend

Negative experience: My first few sessions for Botox and fillers went very well. Unfortunately my most recent Botox left me with lopsided eyes. I did go back for a touch up which did help a little. Returned for a second touch up but there is nothing to be done but wait this out. Natasha gave me some upneeq drops which do help the appearance slightly and temporarily. I have repeatedly called for more drops - my calls have gone unanswered. I’m very self conscious of my appearance and disappointed that this is how I will look for months

Fantastic experience: I got pcdc lipo done with Dr. Natasha. The only negative thing I have to say is that it was hard to find the practice at first and the wait time was somewhat long Do to it being busy. However, I give this five stars because Dr. Natasha did such a great job and she is truly a Warm and caring individual. She Would keep checking on me throughout the day through text no matter what time it was and she would check on me during the session to make sure I feel and I am ok. I plan on returning!

Negative experience: I am very upset the way administration treated my situation. It was upsetting, unclear and wholly disrespectful and disappointing. Although I appreciate the response, it doesn't help the fact that I left work early to make payment in full on a credit card, when I specified I would be paying cash, to be told when I was about to make the payment that there is a 4% credit card fee. I would have brought the cash to your office if I had been told, but on the phone at 5:45 pm did not allow me time to get in the car again and bring cash. This was a gift from my mother as a gift to me to celebrate my daughter's 20th birthday, but is just now a debacle.

Negative experience: Spent thousands. Natasha would not add a little bit more of a filler on my laugh line without charging me. This was within one month.. She would not accommodate me. Will not go back.

Negative experience: Rescheduled my appointment multiple times which wasn’t that big of a deal to me, but eventually they confirmed a 2pm appointment. I work remotely and stopped by on my lunch - I wasn’t even seen until after 2:30. The service was fine, I was there for Dysport in my jaw for migraines (not cosmetic) but then they attempted to upsell me laser hair removal because they noticed hair on my chin…. Insulting. If people want a service they will ask for it. I’m well aware of my chin hair from PCOS and I don’t need a stranger to call me out on it and embarrass me. Making women feel insecure about their bodies in an attempt to make sales is gross. Don’t recommend. Edit after reply: If I had confidence issues I would’ve seeked out that treatment myself, it’s not your job to evaluate other peoples insecurities or project onto them what YOU would be insecure about. Do you think people live under a rock and don’t know what laser hair removal is in 2022? Let this be a lesson to you, do what you’re asked to do. It’s basic respect. Your comments could be far more harmful than they were to me. There is absolutely no justification. Would you tell someone who has no issue with their weight and came in for Botox that they should get Lipo? Unreal. How dense can you be? … ah she’s also a fat shamer. Sounds like a person you really want to be vulnerable with. Nothing I said was an “offensive comment” but everything you said sure was.

Negative experience: Spent a lot of money with zero results. I was even left with a bruise on my face.

Negative experience: Bought a groupon package from this spa. Made my appointment but the day of appointment they called and said they don’t have the product needed for the facial, so they rescheduled for two weeks later. Two weeks later they called and canceled again. One my third made appointment, half an hour before the appointment, as I was driving I got a call that they were running 15 minutes late. Mind you I live 45 minutes away so I said I’m on my way so I will wait. However, when I got there it was 15 minutes past my appointment time and I still was not taken into the room. I had to go back at a certain time to pick my son from his summer camp. I told the lady it’s been past the time, i said I am frustrated.. this is my third attempt and i came so far for the facial. The manager said she will return the money from groupon..I said how about my time, gas and mileage. She said we can give you two free facials in the future. So I called a few weeks ago and they said we already gave you your refund and we will not give you any complementary facial. To top it off she gave me such a nasty attitude. Such a unprofessional business, steer clear of them!!

Negative experience: Honestly pretty useless. Charged $350 for 1 session of bleaching which took like 10 mins for a small area. didn't even get lightened, if anything got darker.

Negative experience: I spent a lot of money to get botox and juvederm with this practice. I should've known something was wrong when I saw the practioner enter her facility through a back window (?!?). Be very careful going here for any med-spa type procedures (i highly doubt they anyone can mess up laser hair removal) that are face altering. I always felt off about my visit but a recent visit to a new professional confirmed my doubts. Natasha put more filler than I was comfortable with, even after I mentioned it was more than I'm used to - I was left with 'duck lips' for many months. In addition, she placed botox only on my forehead and not the '11' lines, which results in droopy looking eyebrows. During the quick visit, she attended to me with a 'know-it-all' type demeanor. Oh - another red flag - this legitimate business takes venmo for payment. Weird. Again, would not recommend for dermal fillers or procedures! EDITED TO RESPOND TO THE OWNER My name is clearly listed. For all customers: take note, her response clearly shows what kind of practice is being run if she is in fear of her former employees. You can look up my name dear - I unfortunately had to pay for my services with you.

Fantastic experience: I really can’t say enough good things about this place. I have been here 3 or 4 times for Dysport, and Kybella. Each time the girls were all so sweet, and do such an awesome job. They make you feel right at home, and so comfortable. That being said, I didn’t think my opinion of them could even get any better, that’s until today. I made a big mistake with purchasing a service online (not through them, and 100% my error), and I ended up not being eligible for that promotion. It was a bummer, but the girl on the phone was seriously so sweet, and helpful in explaining everything. She went out of her way to try to figure out if we could make something else work instead. I wish I got her name, but honestly all of the girls there are awesome. I recommend them to everyone, and I’ll never go anywhere else!

Negative experience: One side of my lip is bigger than the other. This is the second time Natasha has made this mistake. The first time she fixed it and the second time she told me and I quote “your lips were uneven when you first came in” if that was the case isn’t it her job to make them look even. She’s terrible! So worried about opening another syringe she sent me home like this. Don’t bother spending your hard earned money here. If Natasha makes a mistake she will blame you and not fix it. Very disappointed.

Negative experience: I was completely disappointed with this place. I called on Saturday because I was looking for an urgent dehydration IV (I’m waiting for surgery and my usual infusion place was closed for a family function ) so found this place online. When I called I asked if they had an RN to do an IV infusion and they said yes. My husband drove a half hour to get me there and when I arrived I was brought into another area and was shown a menu of infusions and was told the prices are more than what was listed online. They could just update their website or informed me on the phone rather than tell me on the spot. At the point I was already there after driving 30 mins and needed it. A nurse which I really don’t believe was a nurse stuck me 3x and failed each time and even kept digging. I allowed it because I really needed fluids and hoped she would get it. However, after one last chance and telling her not to go in a particular vein because I know my body she did so anyway and caused so much pain. At that point I said enough and walked out! Also, she struggled to get the vein of another woman also waiting. It was an absolute nightmare and I would never go back there. If you are in need of an IV infusion look elsewhere. There are far better places with much more qualified IV nurses. I was so sick to begin with and this awful experience made me feel worse.

Negative experience: I didn't have the opportunity to meet you or your staff but I was incredibly disappointed to know that you charge a consultation fee. A cancellation fee I understand - a consultation fee seems unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: Took my teenage son here for an acne facial , It was a great experience for him! 24 hrs later, his skin looked incredibly better! Jen did a great job!! I would highly recommend all the services at vibrant rejuvenation. Natasha has a wonderful crew and great services all at affordable prices.

Negative experience: WARNING: DO NOT GO HERE. The people that work here are clearly not licensed or qualified. I came in for laser hair removal and was severely burned by the laser. When I brought this up to them they were not apologetic and did not seem remotely surprised as if this is a normal occurrence. They asked me to wait a full week and then send pictures. A week later I was still blistered, swollen and scarred. When I followed up with them at this time with the requested images they IGNORED my calls and emails. The woman doing my laser went over part of my tattoo which is well known to NEVER be done. It felt like I was being electrocuted and she scattered the ink in my tattoo from the laser. I am left with permanent skin damage, my tattoo is ruined, and I have been in pain for weeks. This place should be shut down but if by chance you end up here avoid getting laser by the girl with blonde/purple streaked hair. I highly advise you to go literally ANYWHERE ELSE if you don't want to be in pain and left permanently scarred (and not to mention still have hair on your body).

Fantastic experience: The business establishment is super clean, the staff are very nice, professional, very helpful. They explain everything ahead of time. There is just a really relaxing atmosphere there. The beautician, Zamaria made our visit terrific---she knows her science inside and out and is very patient and kind---a real professional. We will be going back for more skin services. We highly recommend Vibrant Rejuvenation for all your skin and body needs!!! As you can see, I gave Vibrant Rejuvenation Five Stars!
