Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit to Smiles Creation, and I'm so glad I went. I have been on the fence considering cosmetic dentistry for a very long time, but started my extensive research several months ago. What I found is that Dr. Ariel Steinberger is an extremely accomplished Cosmetic Dentist who uses advanced techniques, materials, and mind-blowing equipment - particularly when it comes to imaging! Today, I had the good fortune to experience some of this next level dentistry firsthand. With just this one vist, I knew I was in excellent hands. Both Dr. Steinberger and his exceptional Clinical Assistant, Nikki, performed a thorough exam of my mouth, which included imaging, 3D rendering, and an extensive photo shoot. Moving ahead, with this infomation, Dr. Steinberger will render my new and ideal smile based on his expertise, and some of the preferences I shared with him, using his "Virtual Smile Technology." At that point, he will present me with options for moving forward. Can't wait. Oh, by the way, Dr. Steinberger, and his entire staff, are extremely professional and have great personalities - which makes the total experience very enjoyable. I'm excited, so keep a watch as I intend to include additional post along this journey!

The testimonials and reviews were consistent, nearly all were excellent. So I booked an appointment this past week and was not disappointed. He will work with you and goes through a detailed explanation of what has to be done. He will walk you through all options that are available. He is very professional and well spoken. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr Allan Mohr since 2004. Since that time, he has kept my teeth in excellent condition with appointments every three months for dental hygiene. I am a 9/11 Cancer survivor (Leukemia AML), which was diagnosed on December 2012. As a result, I developed a condition that caused my teeth to decay. The decay was so severe that all of my teeth had to be replaced. To confirm my oral condition he referred me to an oral pathologist, Dr. Robert Kelsch at Northwell Hospital.I am now in the process with him and Dr Ryan Glazer an oral surgeon to do just that. Dr Mohr is a perfectionist. He developed a four phase computer dental treatment plan. It laid out every procedure to be completed over a one year period. He then coordinated the treatment with my oral surgeon. The procedure required multiple extractions and then insertion of seven posts over a period of time, molds for each area so that the new teeth fit perfectly and that the colors match. To date I have had seven posts implanted within four different appointments. After each implant procedure, four months are required for healing. This is a long drawn out procedures. I will not be finished until January 2024. However, Dr Mohr has already replaced new teeth during the process. So far they look amazing! In my opinion, I would not let any other dentist do these procedures. He is up to date on dental procedure and he even teaches at dental colleges. The care he does in coordinating my dental plan, the explanation of every step along the way does a lot to alleviate any concern that I have that I am getting the best care available. This needed to be done and cost is secondary. He even worked out a financial plan to cover the costs. In addition, I would be remiss, if I didn't mention what a phenomenal staff he has to support him, friendly and caring! Dr Ariel Steinberger has taken over for Dr Mohr. I am glad that the same level of excellent care is still there.

He is highly skilled, incredibly knowledgeable, meticulous, gentle, and very patient-especially with anxious patients. He’s also just genuinely pleasant to work with. Fantastic experience: This is a long over due post but its been one year since Dr. Ariel and his team worked to give me a refreshed smile. I had trauma happen to my front tooth years ago that has resulted in needing cosmetic dental work. It was time to update that with whiter teeth and two front teeth that matched as perfect as possible. The team at Smile Creations took their time in explaining to me all the cosmetic options available to me and the associated costs; they never tried to up sell me or make me feel pressured to do more that what I wanted. They went over payment options in detail and i felt very comfortable and confident with the process. Dr. Ariel is very precise and particular which is why i was so glad to have him as my doctor knowing i wanted as close to perfectly matched team possible. He was kind, gentle and informative. I still go for regular cleanings; highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: The team at Smile Creations is wonderful, and Dr. Ariel is truly an artist of dentistry. When I became engaged in 2024, I knew I needed to finally begin correcting my smile by updating some older, outdated cosmetic work. I went to literally 6 different cosmetic specialty dental offices for opinions and quotes. Smile Creations was my last stop, and I knew almost immediately I was finally in the right place. Dr. Ariel was the only dentist who truly listened to what I wanted, and didn't try to extend my work onto my other original teeth. He corrected old work on both my top and bottom teeth to create exactly the natural, updated smile I was seeking before my upcoming wedding. He also was able to identify, and refer me out to a gum specialist, for an issue which no dentist had identified prior, and which made all the difference by correcting the underlying issue. I will be a patient for life at Smile Creations, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a truly caring, creative and superb dental experience.

Negative experience: I have implants in my upper mouth plus caps need to be made. How is this related to a "Prostodontist"? I disagree. Oh and I wasn't born yesterday! I had another dentist say he could help me rebuild bone in my lower jaw. This dentist is not knowledgeable apparently. Thankfully there "Are" others who will take on the task to helping me with functionality in being able to eat.

Fantastic experience: I have no concerns about Dr. Steinberger. I’ve only been going to him for about a year and I needed work on a hard to reach tooth in a mouth that can’t open very wide but he didn’t mention it, I had to ask, and everything he says is always clearly enunciated and easy to understand. Dr. Steinberger is what I call a student of life, or a true Doctor as he seems to greet each day as a new learning experience; his graduation date wasn’t a time stamp, it set him free to try to continue to learn every day as he wants to be the best he can today and tries to become even better tomorrow. Meet and talk to him and you’ll become a believer. Without prompting he offered to find a new periodontist near me, this Dr. figured out a way to bring his work home- for no extra charge! I wish I could say more but repeating praise doesn’t add anything of value. The receptionist is Becky and she is gifted with an open and disarming disposition that I envy. I pull back on no punches; need I say more?

I came in last minute and 30 minutes early, and even though there was a short wait, the staff was incredibly kind, communicative, and apologetic-I never once felt forgotten. The X-ray technician took the time to explain what fissure cavities are, what causes them, and even shared helpful tips to manage my gag reflex. The hygienist was just as informative, walking me through gum health and alignment in a really approachable way. Every single person, from the front desk to the back, was professional, thoughtful, and made me feel cared for. Fantastic experience: Dr Mohr and his staff were extremely pleasant. This was my first time at his office but feel confident after talking to him he will do the right job on my mouth. He came highly recommended from my oral surgeon who knows I owned and operated my own Dental laboratory for over 30 years. I will write further reviews as we continue with my own dental procedures. This is my second review now JANUARY 23,2025. I received my lower porcelain bridge in what is called a bisque which is a try in without a glaze ( high shine ) As I noted on my first review I was in the dental laboratory business for 30 +. So I was happy yet asked the Dr to slightly modify a couple of minor details that probably the average person would not care about. He did so with understanding and I can’t wait for my next appointment. So far I highly recommend Dr Mohr and staff in both technical and chair side mannerism.

Fantastic experience: My daughter went for a consult with Dr Ariel Steinberger because she had white spots on her front 2 teeth. Dr Steinberger said that the spots were not so noticeable and that my daughter already had a great smile. He recommended ICON to lessen the appearance of the spots, explaining the non-invasive process. We were nervouse about the procedure but Dr Steinberger's calm, chill demeanor helped us feel more comfortable. The process took about an hour as he stated and the results were great. Thanks so much helping to improve my daughter's already "great smile."

Having to redo the front laminates and other previous work on my teeth that was inadequate, was very stressful for me. Fantastic experience: I've been wanting to get my teeth corrected since I was eight years old. At the age of 8, I had chipped my front tooth and have been having to bond my tooth, every few years. I've gone to a stage in my life where the bonding was just no longer working . I developed a stain on the tooth and it was no longer lining up with my other front tooth. My only daughter was getting married this year and weeks prior to the wedding I decided to have a consulting visit with Dr. Mohr. I drove almost 90 minutes ( each way and worth it) to meet with him. We discussed what my options could be. I never felt pressured on how many teeth I should have vennered. On the contrary, all he kept saying over and over is, “I want you to be happy. I want you to tell me what you want.” Prior to meeting with Dr. Mohr I had visited another dentist in the Long Island area who did not make those suggestions. Rather, the dentist suggested that I'd have my entire mouth veneered. The truth is my entire mouth did not need to get veneered. So during that consultation, I decided to take the plunge and veneer my top 8 teeth. I shared some stressful news that I needed to get this done before my daughter's wedding in 6 weeks. He and his staff assisted me in getting in all of my appointments in so that I could have a beautiful smile for the wedding. Even though I was never truly happy with the crowns, I thought that I did not have any other choice but to accept the way that they looked. Fantastic experience: After a bad fall, I stood up to discover my upper front teeth were a mess: one tooth was so damaged it needed to be extracted, and one crown (an implant) was broken. After careful evaluation by Dr. Mohr, it was decided that grafting, an additional implant and 6 crowns would be needed to properly restore my smile. This extensive treatment has now been completed and I could not be happier with the results: My smile looks great! (Even the temporary crowns looked real!). And my husband, a retired dentist, is extremely pleased with the results.

I had several consultations for Veneers for front upper 4 teeth including 2 in Manhattan with highly rated cosmetic dentists. Price point was similar with each however I decided to do the procedure with dr. Mohr as he was very thorough explaining the process and upfront in explaining what exactly is expected and what would be the final look without any pressure to commit for treatment or impression of "selling" to me or rushing to do the procedure. Once I committed, process was seamless, appointments were scheduled to match my busy schedule/ accommodating weekends. He took his time with each step ensuring that I was comfortable and happy with results before moving to next step and end result is amazing. I could not be happier from the process/appointments to actual procedure. Color of veneers/placement/shape were spot on and natural to match rest of my teeth. Fantastic experience: I initially was looking to just get gum contouring, and I stumbled upon Dr. Mohr's practice. Right from the start, Dr. Mohr took the time to explain everything that was going to happen and mapped everything out. Fantastic experience: The only regret I have is that I didn't go to Dr. Mohr sooner! I had my first set of veneers done about 20 years ago (different dentist). They not only made my smile fantastic, they corrected issues I had with my bite and my jaw. After 20 great years, the veneers needed a "refresh". I went to someone who I THOUGHT would do a good job, and needless to say - I did not leave happy. My smile wasn't the same, my bite was off and worst of all - the jaw pain from 20 years ago was starting again. After 2 years of trying to deal with it, I was referred to Dr. Mohr. Best. Referral. Ever. He took the time to listen to my concerns, to work with photos of my "old smile", and to come up with a plan. He did everything in stages - to make sure that everything felt and looked right, and that all of the issues I had were being addressed. They pay attention to the little details, and that is what makes all of the difference. Dr. Mohr and Nicole made sure that I was comfortable and pain free while the work was being done. And - I always got a call the next day to see how I was feeling. The work is now complete and I had my final "once over" this morning. I could not have asked for a better outcome. The teeth are perfect, my smile looks like it is supposed to, my bite is as it should be, the pain is gone and I'm headache free! Dr. Mohr and his staff make going to the dentist a pleasant experience. They are all friendly, funny, understanding, and just all around good people who do great things.
