Positive experience: I was a first time patient and my experience was very good

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Now dental for many many years, I changed my insurance a few years ago and unfortunately I use someone else regularly but if I have an issue that needs special care I only trust Now Dental for the job the Dentist is going above and beyond to make sure I get the best possible outcome, and the office manager coordinates everything going on in the office with care and efficiently as always. I highly recommend them if your looking for a dentist you can be happy and comfortable with for years and to come

Fantastic experience: I was a patient at another local practice that seemed to run you in and out as fast as they could. I felt like a number not a valued patient. My experience today at NowDental was the complete opposite. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The dental assistant was friendly and made sure I was not nervous. Dr Spagna was professional and personable. She explained everything and ask if I understood and if I had any questions. Overall my best visit to a dentist!

Negative experience: Not saying the dentists were mean. BUT WHEN I CALL AND TELL YOU MY INSURANCE AND YOU SAY OKAY, I AM EXPECTING THAT INSURANCE TO BE COVERED. BUT NO… I drive all the way there for them to be like “we don’t take your insurance.” Interesting. Another crazy one was me telling the hygienist I had a temporary cap on my tooth for a root canal… she said “no you don’t” and CONTINUED TO TRY AND SHOVE THE NEW CAP ON TOP. All for the head dentist to come in and be like “yeah it ain’t fitting because he has a temporary cap on.” HIRE ME. Also feel like my root canal is goofed but that’s another story. Nice people though.

Fantastic experience: I had a cleaning today, 6/17/26. It went very well. I thought I would try it without getting numb, and it didn’t hurt me at all. I’m so glad that I tried it without the numbing gel. She’s a great job and was very thorough. Yay!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sayed is a GREAT dentist. Doesn't talk or smile much but does great work. You can't get through to the office by phone. You leave messages and no one gets back to you. It is very frustrating.

Fantastic experience: My son and I had a wonderful visit today with Dr. Soria. If anyone is looking for an amazing dentist, this is definitely the place to go. Dr. Soria is incredibly honest, gentle, and truly cares about his patients. Normally, I always need to be numbed multiple times before any dental work, but with him, I didn’t even need to be numbed while he did two fillings. He was absolutely incredible throughout the entire visit. I would highly recommend Dr. Soria to anyone looking for a caring, honest and talented dentist!

Fantastic experience: I was always afraid of going to dentists. I have been going to NowDental of Suffolk for about 8 months. I needed a lot of work. Dr. Sayed has been wonderful. The office has also been very helpful.

Fantastic experience: A cap came off on of my teeth last night I appeared in person today without an appointment . Within 10 minutes they had me in the chair and recemented my cap.

Negative experience: It's impossible to get through to a real person! The AI receptionist is such a joke and I plan on leaving because if it. I had to leave a message a few days ago to inquire about the status of my root canal and never heard back. I was told during my first initial appointment last month that they would call me be back after my insurance approves or denies it. I got a letter from my insurance over a week ago saying it was approved and never got a call back. I called on Thursday inquiring about it. Its now end of day Tuesday and still nothing. Every combination of directory buttons, or repeatedly saying operator, does nothing. The ai refuses to help. This seems like a big joke of a game.

Fantastic experience: I don't normally write reviews, but my experience really made a difference in my life. My teeth had deteriorated over the years. I never had pain so I really didn't care. After I got my new dentures that's when I realized the change. Before, I had stopped smiling, and it had lowered my confidence around others. Now, a month later, I can tell you I can smile and feel great about doing it. That's why I'm taking the time to write this. Dr. Soria and NowDental will always have a special place in my heart. Fantastic experience: I had an infected wisdom tooth that was causing a lot of pain, and Now Dental of Suffolk was amazing from start to finish. They took my insurance so I didn’t have to pay anything out of pocket, which was a huge relief. The doctors and staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The tooth removal was almost completely painless—aside from the anesthesia shot, which was very minimal. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a great dentist.

Negative experience: So disappointing as I've been coming here for years. You now cannot get through to a live person. So many changes that they seem to be undergoing for over a year now, just can seem to get it together. Go somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: I had a very good dental "cleaning" at NowDental this week. It was quick, thorough, and no pain

Negative experience: They have an option to book online. Booking as a new patient doesn’t mean booking a cleaning. Long time (50 min) in the waiting room. Staff was nice but very confusing scheduling and lack of time management.

Fantastic experience: Very efficient, fast, and knowledgeable staff. MD was approachable and communicative. Check in and check out wasnt a tedious process, and for once I didnt feel like i was being given worst case scenarios in order to be persuaded that a cosmetic fix was mandatory for good oral health. (This is coming from a nurse practitioner with porcelain veneers)

From the Dentist, to the office manager, everyone takes there time with you and listens to what your saying. An the girls behind the front counter also too are fantastic.. No one ever says it’s great to go to the dentist. But this place really does put a smile on your face when you’re leaving.

Fantastic experience: Went there for the first time and had probably one of the best experiences I have ever had at a dentist and I'm 43 years old. They were extremely nice and got me right in on an emergency and did phenomenal job as I cracked and broke my front tooth off 4 days before the 4th of July when I am going away. I finally found a dentist I will keep for good and I highly recommend them to anyone. Especially if you have a tough time and are nervous about going to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Today, the Dental Assistant and Dentist were very kind and helpful to determine what I had to do with my broken cap. The Oral Surgeon will take care of this matter on Thursday. The receptionists at the main desk were helpful too! Thank you all, for all your help.

Negative experience: This place is ridiculous. I have made multiple phone calls about lack of billing to our insurance company including to supervisors. Multiple messages left, given my insurance information multiple times with ZERO returned calls. Worst of all, if you are on hold for a certain amount of time it just sends you to a voicemail that someone most likely will not return. Have never dealt with an administration like this. It's a shame!

Negative experience: I've been going to this practice for as long as I've used a dentist, and I followed them to this location because of Dr. Soria. Unfortunately, he's the only positive about this practice. I've constantly had my hygienist changed without my knowledge, which is very frustrating on its own. The final straw for me was when they cancelled my appointment the day before it was scheduled because they no longer take my insurance. I had the appointment scheduled 6 months in advance. I received multiple confirmations about the upcoming appointment. When they stopped taking a certain type of insurance, they should have called all patients on that insurance to notify them more than 24 hours in advance of their appointment. Unfortunately, just another symptom of a poorly run practice.

Fantastic experience: My dental visit today.. was excellent! Never have I encountered such excellence,and warmth of such a wonderful staff! From beginning.. ( for a timely appointment) to the end of the procedure... everyone made me feel so relaxed and welcome! I was at ease in an instant! Not your "old" run of the mill dental office.. They take the time to listen to your concerns, and address them in a very professional manner. If I could give the 10 (stars**) I would... Thanks again Now Dental! kudos!

Negative experience: Horrible customer service! Receptionist messed up billing every time . Also the dental assistants have no idea what they are doing or how to talk to patients . Then the topper is that the dentists are disinterested and callous with their own patients . If you’re thinking of using this dentist RUN! I was a new patient and two months was enough for me never going back !!

Positive experience: The hygienist would give me breaks when cleaning my teeth to make sure I was ok. He would talk to me to make me feel comfortable since I told him I hate the dentist! He kept saying my teeth were very clean! The dentist answered all my questions that I had plus the questions I had about my 7 year old son that I was worried about! The wait time for the dentist took a few, but it was a holiday and only one dentist there.

Fantastic experience: We have dental through local 1500 and this place takes our insurance. Almost everything is covered and they do a great job. Dr. Sayed is amazing and very caring. Olivia at the front desk is a sweetheart. Can’t forget my dental assistant Corinne who feels like a good friend just like Olivia.

Fantastic experience: I called on Tuesday had X-rays, talked to dentist and had a thorough cleaning by Friday. I am terrified of the dentist!!!!! Haven’t been to the dentist since right before Covid. Erica was my dental hygienist and she made my teeth picture worthy. She listened to me and was fantastic. If I had her years ago I might not be such a scaredy cat . This is my first experience with NowDental, I’m totally satisfied and will continue my dental journey with them.
