Fantastic experience: My appointment was at 3:00pm . I walked in @ 2;59pm was greeted and seated and the Dental assistant Marla took immediate care of me! The Mrs. Murphy is a perfectionist and always wants to make the best decision for my longterm health! I appreciate that!

Fantastic experience: I’m so grateful Dr Murphy was recommended to me. I came to her for a second opinion from existing Dentist of over 10 years… After her taking x-rays and looking at my mouth, it was determined I was being overcharged by almost 9 times of what she would charge me, as she determined I did not need the extensive work I was quoted by my original dentist! She also made room for me two days after this appointment where she completed 3/4 of the work. Her staff worked so fluidly together, so friendly and so kind. I highly recommend this office.

Negative experience: The assistant and front staff are very kind and made my visit easy and comfortable. However, Dr.Murphy is very unlikable. She is blunt, overly assertive, and opinionated. I avoided coming back to this office for two years because of the way she treats her clients and coworkers. Repeatedly through my visit she made me feel badly about my teeth and recommended whitening several times when that wasn’t a service i had mentioned interest in. You know it’s hard on the employees when they speak poorly of her when she leaves the room. No one deserves to be treated this way in their workplace or as a paying customer. I will not be returning nor recommending this office. Very unpleasant and unprofessional, no one to blame but Murphy.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Murphy is an absolute life-saver. Hadn't seen a dentist in years due to the awful experiences I'd grown accustomed to, but Dr. Murphy and her exceptional team completely reversed that perception. Her work on my mouth was extensive and performed without a single instance of pain or discomfort. Would be nice if every dentist out there were required to work with her before being allowed to open their own clinic. Thank you and your amazing team Dr. Murphy!

I knew I could count on Dr Murphy for she is thorough and knows what she is doing. She has an excellent skill set and takes pride in her work. It is now the next day after my appointment and there is no pain, and my tooth is completely restored. I am happy again. I highly recommend Theresa Murphy.

Fantastic experience: I called Dr Murphys office this morning with a dental issue the receptionist said that they had an opening at 1200. When I arrived they brought me into an exam room right away I explained my symptoms to the dental assistant and explained my symptoms to Dr Murphy. Dr Murphy and her assistant proceeded to work very hard on my tooth and which was a complicated procedure and she finished the procedure and things are much better now. A little soreness right now but by tomorrow things should be much better. Awesome work.

Negative experience: My husband and I both came here in 2019, me for veneers and my husband for new crowns on his molars. Therese was the only one there at all times, no other patients and no receptionist, which I thought was odd. We both proceeded with our procedures because of the high ratings but let this be a warning to anyone going here: 4.5 years later, even though this has been going on with my husbands teeth(the pain) that she worked on at that time since he had them done by her, we have moved to Oregon and found a new (CREDIBLE) dentist that has told us the work was terrible on his teeth and he’s been having extreme pain in them due to air being in his crowns and done improperly. This is now going to cost us thousands more than we paid her to repair the damage done by Therese. Our new dentist in Oregon requested records from her and was told they were “lost in a fire” which we have found no record of. I feel Therese honestly does not know what she is doing and has lied to our new dentist about losing the records (who even keeps only paper records anyway?) My veneers are wobbly, while they look good, this is my second set of them so I know how they should feel and they have felt like this since she applied them in 2019. I know that seems like a long time ago, and maybe her work has changed, but the fact that she promised us the world, yet delivered what we have, and claimed to have lost the records seems like fraud if you ask me. This is just our experience, but I would seek caution when going to see Therese for your dental needs.

A few years back, I stumbled upon her expertise when seeking a second opinion, and boy, am I glad I did! She spotted a cavity that another dentist had missed, and it turned out to be quite significant. Recently, she worked her magic again, fixing another tooth issue and suggesting we enhance the look of a front crown that I’d always thought was fine. Despite my initial doubts, I trusted her judgment, and I’m over the moon with the results. Dr. Murphy isn’t just skilled; she’s caring, empathetic, and oh-so-friendly – truly the whole package!

Fantastic experience: Dr Murphy did a big case on my mouth 5 yrs ago. I’m so grateful I chose her to do my crowns. So many other dentists told me I would need 16 root canals. Loved Dr Murphys approach to my case and not only did we not have to do 1 root canal, my teeth are in great shape still. Highly recommend Dr Murphy!

She listened carefully to my concerns and referred me to an orthodontist for more specialized care, which I greatly appreciate. She educated me about the shape of my palate and how a standard aligner might not give me the result I was hoping for. What I appreciated about Dr. Murphy was her honesty, ethical approach, and integrity. She was more concerned about me getting the best result, which is why she referred to me for an orthodontist opinion, instead of just caring about having me as a patient to make money from.
