Fantastic experience: I came to Dr. Skidmore’s office with a lot of anxiety but him and his team have completely changed my feelings of going to the dentist office. They were able to fix the work of a previous dentist, helped with my fillings, crowns, multiple cleanings and I got the “Invisalign” service (they go by a different name). I’ve been going for a few years and will continue to as well. I’m so happy that I feel confident enough to smile with my teeth in pictures now.

Positive experience: Very friendly staff and very caring at all times. My only issue is they are so busy that appointment times can be very far out and you have to keep an eye on text messages as they will send you updates to earlier openings for appointments and you have to act quickly or they will be gone. Other than that, they are wonderful!

Fantastic experience: My appointment yesterday was amazing! I hate having my teeth cleaned. It’s usually so painful and I’ve always seen it as necessary pain to endure. If I’m honest, fear has kept me away more times than I care to admit. But yesterday reminded me how important regular cleanings truly are, not just for my smile but for my whole health. My Dental Hygienist Michelle was so gentle, so knowledgeable, so patient and so kind. She made me feel completely at ease. My teeth look and feel amazing! Turns out that doctor was presenting false cavities that couldnt be found on xray or through visual inspection and he was recommending things that arent necessary. Fantastic experience: Entire staff were extremely pleasant and professional. I enjoyed visiting while checking in and having procedure. They took images of my tooth where the crown had popped off. Then Dr. Skidmore came in and quickly cleaned my tooth after the examination. He re-cemented my crown back in place and sent me on my way. By the way, my crown work was performed at another office in Northern California and it came off due to Carmel candy!

Fantastic experience: It takes a lot for me to go out of my way to write a review. But my experience at the dentist office yesterday was the best experience I have had! I hate going to the dentitst. Not only was the staff welcoming and kind. I had to bring my son, I wasn’t able to get him childcare and I already rescheduled this appointment so I didn’t want to do that again. I was sure they were going to be like most doctors offices I have experienced and say they can’t do my exam with my son present and I would have to resechedule again. But to my suprise, they were accomadating! My son is barely a year old and my appointment was right during nap time. He was asleep when we got there, but woke up right as I was called in the back. Immediately he started crying, I kept apologizing. When I had to to get my xrays. They said don’t apologize we all have kids we get it. One of the dental hygenists even offered to try and cheer him up so I could get my xrays done! They worked the appointment around me making sure he was okay! He was able to stay near me and the entire appointment didn’t even take long. All of the staff had the best time managment, I wasn’t waiting long for anything. They made sure I still felt comfortable with a crying baby. Dr. Skidmore was kind, honost and straight to the point! Their hygenists were kind and my cleaning was not even uncomfortable!

Dr. Skidmore and I agreed to start without a numbing shot and one by one I got through it and with the doctor’s talent and experience the work was accomplished in a very short time. Fantastic experience: First time visiting the office and found my new dentist for sure. Excellent experience from the first welcome to the end of my visit Friendly staff and Dr Skidmore was very kind, honest.

Fantastic experience: I met Dr. Skidmore about a year ago when I was talking to someone on a FB social media page in regard to the implant I was getting at my current dentist. (An HMO). I felt I was being charged way too much, and insurance didn’t cover the cost. Dr Skidmore replied what his cost was for the same procedure, which was substantially less, so I completed the procedure at his office. I really liked his honesty, and the fact that he wasn’t trying to “upsell” a bunch of unneeded procedures. Having the HMO, I was unable to trade dental offices as he doesn’t accept HMO. I finally got tired of every time I was going to my dentist, they were telling me I needed procedures I didn’t feel I needed. Each visit, a finance person with a clipboard would come in and go over all of these things that the Dentist and hygienist recommended I needed. A lot was covered by the HMO, but I didn’t want to go through a lot of necessary treatments. I finally traded my insurance to a PPO, And the very first thing I did was called Dr. Skidmore’s office for an appointment. I had my first visit yesterday. Dr. Skidmore told me everything looked good, Except for a crown that was coming loose. He told me he would have an estimate for me to replace that crown. I was surprised at how much less the estimate was for a crown in this practice as it was at the previous practice I was going to. Also, I want to add, that the hygienist, Michelle, was over the top, nice, very gentle and did a great job. At the previous practice, they kept telling me that my gum measurements were deep, and they refused to do regular cleanings, saying I must get deep cleanings. They also tried to sell me a few more treatments (of course not covered by insurance), Funny that the measurements here could be so different, showing in normal range. Michelle said my gums are healthy and deep cleaning is not necessary at this time, just a regular cleaning every 6 mos. I’m pleased with my decision to switch Dentists to this office.

Fantastic experience: Jen took care of me for this and my previous cleanings as well as my first time a few years ago. She is always so knowledgeable and it doesn’t hurt that she told me I was tank are of my teeth so well that she was impressed. I’ve also been seeing Natalie for a couple of years right next to Jen and she too is so knowledgeable and gives me good ideas and tips, but both these ladies are absolutely tops and I need to be making my appointments Sooner with them because they’re so popular! Dr Skidmore and his entire staff are such a breath of fresh air with their integrity, genuine friendliness and caring, but another important aspect for me personally is that not one staff member nor Dr Skidmore has ever tried to upsell me, which is why I left my former dental office. I’m so happy I found Dr Skidmore!

Fantastic experience: I have years of history with Dr. Skidmore's office, for corrective and preventative treatments, and my twice a year cleaning/hygiene treatments. Always friendly, and they take the time to explain any questions I may have.

Fantastic experience: This is a rather difficult and complex review to post. It is difficult to avoid complimenting and recognizing every single person in the office with whom I engaged over the past 3 days. It is complex because I had: (a) excellent dental care for many years; (b) essentially no dental care for a period of 15 years; and (c) once I reacquired dental coverage, very few dentists were open in my area because of the pandemic, and thus my period of lack of proper care was extended. Fast forward to the last three days - everyone in the office deserves a 5 star rating so I will limit my post to Kelsey (front office) and Natalie (hygienist) who would get 6 stars if Google allowed it! Kelsey had to work through my AARP Medicare Advantage split coverage (HMO for medical but PPO for dental) after United Healthcare first incorrectly classified my coverage as "inactive." After clearing me for prospective treatment, on the second day, Dr. Skidmore and another hygienist quickly and efficiently assessed what needed to be done regarding a cracked porcelain crown, and arrived at a plan that fit within my coverage. On the third day, I called concerning a possible cleaning, and was provided with a convenient time later in the day with Natalie. Because of my checkered dental care history, I really required someone with a higher level of, not only dental but also insurance, SOPHISTICATION to realize that I needed to convince my carrier to cover periodontal cleaning at 3 month intervals instead of regular level cleaning every 6 months. Everyone worked together to come up with a COORDINATED PLAN which fit within the cap of coverage dollars provided by my carrier and MY expectations and ability to pay. What more could one ask for for such a difficult client with such a complex history? I challenge any other dental team in Southwest Riverside County (or North San Diego County for that matter) to even come close to this level of professionalism. DONE.....

Positive experience: Since the one time mixup they have been very good. I had a cleaning and file a filling appt 10/12. I had gotten a cold and called to reschedule. The girl gave me 11/10. I specifically asked that they could do both on that day. She said yes. On arrival the dentist filed the filling (took maybe5 minutes) and said I am done . I asked about the cleaning which was more important. She told me no cleaning was scheduled!! Now I have to wait till April! I would not have come in if I wasn't getting a cleaning. Up until now have been very happy with the office. since this not so good experiance ALL of my appointments have been great 5 star!

Fantastic experience: A great staff. Great clean office. Easy parking. The staff and doctors care about your teeth and not there pocket books. They watch and learn about you, then they take action when it is right. No over selling. I have going every 6 months with cleaning that go smoothly. As long as I brush and floss daily’s. I even got a better tooth brush system and using for 2-3 minutes each time. I had a very easy cleaning this time. So I know it is working

I arrived at 10a and was taken back right after I sat down. X-rays were taken and the dentist reviewed them and examined my teeth. They fit me in for a cleaning on the same day. I was very impressed with the service.

Fantastic experience: Let me start by saying I’m deathly afraid of the dentist. My Dental experiences as a kid in the 80s were incredibly painful lol. Back then the Dentist smelled like coffee and cigarettes… Anyway fast-forward to my experience Yesterday. Doctor Skidmore placed two dental implants in my upper right side of my mouth. It took about one hour or less!! I went home and in less than a couple hours I had absolutely no pain. I took two ibuprofens just to be safe after the surgery and that’s it. It’s been approximately 24 hours since the surgery and I feel nothing…. Like I never happened! Thanks Dr. Skidmore. Your whole team is incredible. They all have a great attitude and it really helps When it comes to nervous patients like myself. Appreciate you guys!
