Fantastic experience: Just had our first visit with our 2 kids (8 and 4) and it was amazing. My wife and I talked about it all the way home. Our kids are no longer afraid of going to the dentist and are asking when we get to go back. And a huge win would be that they are so conscious now of what they are eating and how it affects their teeth! Could not recommend this place enough for your kids.

Fantastic experience: Been taking my kids to Temecula Kids Dentistry for over a decade. The staff is always so friendly. Also love Dr. Mike Lee and how he is with the kids and how good he is at explaining things to us parents. This office is truly a great asset to have in Temecula. Fantastic experience: My kids actually like going to the dentist since we started going to see Dr. Mike Lee. All of the staff are wonderful, they have created such a calm atmosphere for the kids and we won’t go anywhere else.

Negative experience: My son is an existing patient for 3 years. Our insurance has changed this year. I called to make an appointment and the receptionist told me they take my insurance, however, she said my insurance does not pay them well or don't reimburse them. I was turned away and recommended I go somewhere else. Yet they accepted my insurance. It's a shame because my son enjoyed seen Dr. Lee.

Fantastic experience: Such a great experience for both my 6 year old son (which it was his first time) and my 10 year old daughter. The staff was warm, fun and welcoming, the Dr. was informative and took his time.

Fantastic experience: Best experience! Toddler mom here and the doctor and hygienist explained how to develop good hygiene habits and they spoiled him with such a fun play room while he waited, a Ballon animal, and a little dinosaur on the way out.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mike Lee's office fit my 1 year old son in for an emergency appointment. He chipped his tooth and was able to see us in the morning. Dr. Lee laid all the details regarding the decisions of care. He was kind, attentive, and direct. It's not easy to do dental work on a 1 year old, but he made it work. We are very appreciative of Dr. Lee and his staff. We always feel that our son's are well taken care of and the environment is kid friendly.

Fantastic experience: We have patients for 10 years. We have moved out of the area but continue to drive back for care. Staff is wonderful and my son has zero anxiety when he comes for visits/treatment. Dr. Lee is conservative in his approach and avoids unnecessary treatment.

My 5 year old loved the video games and being able to play while getting his cleaning lol. The Dentist did an amazing job explaining what he saw and gave great suggestions to continue his care. 10/10 experience and my kids are already looking forward to their next visit

Fantastic experience: We absolutely love Dr. Mike Lee and his entire team! Both of my kids (10 and 6) actually look forward to going to the dentist—which says it all. From the moment you walk in, the front office staff is so organized, kind, and thorough. They take the time to explain everything and make you feel completely comfortable. The back office staff is just as amazing—so friendly, sing-songy, and full of joy. The whole environment is fun and welcoming, with awesome technology, movies, video games, and even stuffed animals that help the kids feel right at home. We’ve had some extensive dental work done, and I’ve never once felt judged or shamed (which as a mom, means a lot). You can tell everyone here genuinely cares about what’s best for your child. It’s clear that this office goes above and beyond to create a positive, trusting experience for families. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Lee and his incredible team—they’ve truly set the standard for what pediatric dental care should be!

Negative experience: The office manager is a joke! They refused to see my daughter for an exam without doing a cleaning, X-rays, and fluoride! Even after I told her I only wanted an exam she kept insisting to bill out other things. This office is clearly all about the money. I would not recommend.

He works so hard and listens to the kids - he's been my kids dentist for their whole lives. Very gentle, very good with problem solving when pain was continuing. Fantastic experience: This was my son’s first time at the dentist and I was nervous he wouldn’t even let them work at all since he’s very scared of other people, especially drs. They made me and him feel as comfortable as possible, got everything done for him and he got stickers, new toothbrush kit, a dog shaped balloon, and a toy by the time he left! As a new mom, I am very pleased!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! From the front desk to the staff all the way up to Dr. Lee himself they are all so great with making the kids feel safe, comfortable and entertained. We took our son who is fearful of most things at 2 yrs old and he is turning 7 and now he loves going to the dentist. Our 3 year old just went again and loves it and did amazing on her own letting them brush and floss her! Pay out of pocket cuz my HMO don’t cover but it’s so worth it for the care they receive and the drama free experience.

I am always so happy with the care we receive here. From the lady at the front who checks in you till you check out at the end, the staff and Dr Lee are amazing. Fantastic experience: Dr. Lee and his team are amazing! He was so kind, caring, and FAST with his dental work on my son this morning. Jessie was also wonderful - she even made my son a balloon sword after his visit. My 3 year old left without shedding a single tear and all smiles. Fantastic experience: This is the best dentist I've ever been to. I wouldn't take my children anywhere else. We've been coming here for about 2 years. My kids ask me when they GET to go to the dentist. It's not something they are afraid of. From the moment you walk in the door it's inviting, clean and happy. It's usually only us in the waiting room for less than 5 minutes before someone calls us back. But if there was a longer wait, your kids would be occupied with the arcade games they have for them to play. Everyone greets us with a smile and they're so friendly with my children. The kids are comfortable and happy. I have one child with great teeth and another child that unfortunately has to work harder at keeping her teeth cavity free so she had to have a filling done today and they took such good care of her. It's a stressful thing for a parent to have to watch your little one in that chair. The dentist can be a scary thing for little ones but they were talking to her the whole time making sure she was ok and the doctor was singing to her in such a sweet way that I nearly cried. She also got to watch a movie. They truly go above and beyond to ensure your child is comfortable, happy and safe. As if that weren't enough, they make ballon animals and give little prizes after cleanings or procedures. What more could you ask for? They don't pressure you to do unnecessary procedures or push you to make spontaneous decisions. They want you, as the parent, to be informed so you can make your own choice for your child and family. I am so grateful to have found Dr. Lee and team! Such a godsend.

Fantastic experience: Took my almost 5 year old here for his first dental visit, and it was such an amazing experience!! I was dreading taking him to the dentist, but now he loves it! He has asked to go back to the dentist multiple times now!! Everyone was so welcoming and took great care of my boy! Fantastic experience: We’ve been going to Dr. Lee and his team For 9 years now and they have seen my kids grow up. We love the team and Dr. Lee. The office is extremely clean and well stocked. The assistants and hygienists are amazing and we’ve never had a bad experience. My 9 year old daughter literally counts down to the next visit. She is obsessed with the dentist. My 16 year old son is always met with respect and never feels like a little kid while my daughter’s experience is like being at the Disney store. In the waiting room, there are several games to keep the kids entertained as well as a really cool jungle themed 3d mural that my daughter loves. The wait is never long enough for her to play as much as she’d like to (not that I’m complaining). The front office team are friendly and inviting and very easy to talk to. I recently had an insurance change and it was super easy and quick to get it taken care of. While the kids lay down in the exam chair they are able to listen to music or watch a movie that’s playing on a screen built into the ceiling. The kids always wear eye protection and are given as many breaks as they need. The team are experts at child dentistry as they are all aware of techniques aimed to improve the experience and provide the best care. The coolest character toothbrushes to go home with and if that wasn’t enough fun… custom balloon animals and a treasure box treat. Thank you Dr. Lee and Team! Experience that kept me coming back: My daughter had a slight tongue tie and at 6 months old we began having her examined by Dr. Lee as her teeth were coming in and her primary care provider suggested it. The experience I had at that appointment got me hooked. Everything was just as I said above. From day one it’s been consistently great and that’s why we keep coming back.

Fantastic experience: This business is great for kids and their parents. Our dental hygienist was very fun, professional, and efficient. The front desk staff is pleasant, courteous, welcoming and fast. Dr. Lee somehow is able to spend a lot of time answering questions (even with a busy patient schedule!) and is great with kids and parents alike. There are so many details that make it extremely kid-friendly. My son is completely at ease at the dentist. Thank you, Dr. Lee and staff!

Positive experience: I am happy and comfortable with their service. The staff were nice and approachable. Clinic was clean. A lot of toys and game stuff to entertain the children. I am impressed with Dr Lee explained to me about the cavities prevention which was very seldom to the Dentist/Doctor to educate the parent or to explain what was going on with child’s teeth. He has been her only dentist and will be until she's 18 (or he kicks us out...lol) his staff is so wonderful, everyone is kind, they always greet you with a smile and are extremely knowledgeable. Fantastic experience: Ok, we just did first visit yesterday with treatment for my son and I highly recommend this dentistry. Dr Lee explained everything to me for treatment and he even fit us in same day for my son! Once he did his filling later that night he called asking how my son was doing. Talk about great bed side manner. You forever have our business now. Cannot thank you guys enough! Friendliest staff too! All the dental assistants and hygienists were so friendly and caring! Did I mention Dr. Lee saved my son’s tooth from being extracted because another dentist put my son on antibiotics and said they wanted to extract his tooth immediately. So happy I got a second opinion and Dr. Lee was totally honest and went with what he thought was best and did not need an extraction at all.

Fantastic experience: It is the best place for kids, friendly staff in the front desk/billing and Dental area, all them 100 % committed to make your kids experience : a happy one, my daughter loves to visit Dr. Mike , she ends her visit with an animal balloon, stickers, a cute present and of course a bright smile. So thankful to have this kind of service in our area. Update 2024 Six years and half after we still love going to visit Dr. Mike, he patiently explains to my daughter(now 8) how take care her teeth, all his helpers are so careful and gentle, each visit we can see how much they care for our daughter to stay healthy and comfortable.

Dr. Mike is a great dentist and so kind. We never feel rushed through our visit and he always takes extra time to explain anything that may need explaining. I appreciate that he practices on the more conservative side. I have never felt pressured into making any decisions for my kids. Thank you for always giving us a great experience!

Fantastic experience: Everyone is very friendly. Everything is very clean. My children feel cared about there and the dental hygienist kindly reminds them of proper flossing and brushing techniques. Dr. Lee is very gentle and has a sense of humor with the kids. We enjoy going here and recommend it to anyone with children.

Fantastic experience: Dr Lee and his entire staff is so welcoming and friendly. It’s nice to have a dental office that your child is not afraid to go to. I wish they took adult patients because I would love to be a patient.

Negative experience: Experience the worst Customer Service experience by the office administrator. Called to schedule an appointment for my son new patient and representative asked for my insurance information and mentioned she would call me back in a few minutes. Representative called me within ten minutes and said sorry insurance had me on hold for to long I recommend you call a different dentist because I don’t think we accept yours and you would need to pay out pocket. I then said my son’s pediatrician referred us here and now your saying because you did not want to hold to verify insurance and do your job we are getting pushing us away? I just hung up due to the unprofessional customer service I received. Location lost out on a good patient. You definitely need better representatives who are professional and can speak to potential new patients!!

Fantastic experience: We love Dr. Mike Lee and his entire staff. My daughter looks forward to her dental appointments because she's had nothing but the best experiences at Temecula Kids Dentist. The entire staff is friendly, fun, professional, and most importantly, are fantastic with kids. Also, Dr. Lee explains things so well to parents and is transparent in his recommendations with risk/benefit analysis. 10/10 recommend!

Fantastic experience: This was the cleanest most unique and awesome dental practice I have ever been to. My son had his first dental visit and they made his first experience so awesome, he can’t wait to come back. He was so spoiled with video games, a movie to watch while getting his cleaning and left with a sword balloon and a toy of his choice. The staff was also Great, super friendly and great with my little guy. This is definitely the place to take your little one and they will Never be afraid of the dentist after this experience!

Fantastic experience: My 2 year old had a wonderful first dental experience. Every single staff member was so kind to him. Everyone made him feel comfortable. He received stickers, a hot wheels toothbrush and even a balloon animal! The office is very kid friendly and Dr. Lee even gave me a teaching on the most effective way to brush his teeth and enforce those good habits.

Fantastic experience: Dr Lee is wonderful and so is his staff. They made both my kids very comfortable and made sure to check in between dental procedures. I also really appreciate the call later on to check in with my child after dental procedures.

Fantastic experience: Mike Lee has been my daughter’s Dentist since she was four years old, she’s now almost 17. We first went to Mike Lee because she had several cavities, and we did not want her to undergo anesthesia at the young age of four. Mike Lee was able to treat her cavities just shy of anesthesia and has helped her to maintain the health of her teeth by educating her on how to properly care for her teeth through proper brushing and flossing. She rarely ever gets cavities anymore. In fact, I’m hard-pressed to think of when she last had a cavity. Mike Lee cares for his patients. My daughter likes to go to Mike Lee!

Fantastic experience: Dr Lee is wonderful. We have been seeing him since 2014. He explains things very well. He cares about his care towards my boys. He is very thorough and doesn’t cut corners. His office doesn’t accept our insurance but we go anyway! His out of pocket prices are fare. His staff is sweet, kind and patient with my boys. My younger son, who is 10, recently chipped his front tooth and Dr Lee did a great job fixing it.

Dr. Lee is always very thorough with his explanations with procedures he anticipates on performing. Everyone is always greeted courteously from the front office staff as well. Fantastic experience: I went in blind to this place. No clue. Just was instructed by my wife to take our kiddos to the dentist. From the get, I was blown away. Besides EVERYONE being so friendly the place is the coolest! I mean talk about setting kids up to love the dentist. The hygienist was great with my 6 and 4 year old. The dentist was informative and not an ounce of pretension. He even came out to be sure one of the games was working correctly. The only thing that could make this place better is if I could rent it for a kids birthday party! ;-) Thanks Ms Jen and the rest of the team Dr. Lee assembled.

Fantastic experience: The new office in Temecula is beautiful! I’ve been taking my son here since elementary school, he is now 15. I would highly recommend to anyone with littles whom are anxious about getting dental work, my son used to hate it, surprisingly, he kinda looks forward to it now. Also, all of Dr. Lee’s staff are amazing humans with big hearts and lots of patience, I know they don’t have the easiest job, but they sure make it look as if they did. :) I appreciate you all, thank you!

The office is clean throughout and is fun for the kids. They even nailed the treasure chest with COVID restrictions. We have been taking our kids here for 8 years and have had amazing experiences every single time, Not one complaint in the 8 years we have been going there. Fantastic experience: Dr. Mike and his entire team honestly cares about their patients. The ensure that your child is never sitting in the chair waiting to get started. As soon as they take you back they are ready to go. The take the best care of your child during any procedure constantly asking if they are doing ok. My daughter had some cavities filled and later on her teeth sealed. Later on that day Dr. Mike personally called to check on her to make sure she was doing well and asked if I had any questions.
