Fantastic experience: I recently had my first cavity filling done at Vineyard Valley Dental, and it was the most pleasant experience one could hope for when going in for a filling. Dr. Janik and Andi took excellent care of me, easing my anxiety and making me feel very comfortable. I didn't even feel the numbing injection because they prepped me and distracted me so well! Dr. Janik talked me through step by step of what was happening and made sure to check in on my throughout the process. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Janik if you are considering any dental work. Fantastic experience: I lost a front crown on a Thursday and they were closed on Friday so I called and left a message for Dr. R and he came in on Friday especially for me to do a temporary procedure and the temporary looked as good as a new crown! He took his time and very gentle. I was out of there in an hour and a half and smiling very happily!

Fantastic experience: Vineyard Valley is fantastic! They are gentle and always make comfort a priority. They’re also great at explaining any evaluations and procedures that help me feel confident with any decisions. Some dentists seem like they’re just trying to make more money by pressuring you into doing extra stuff but Vineyard Valley never puts pressure on to do anything extra. They explain the pros and cons and let you decide. My whole family goes here and love it! They’re great with the young kids!

Fantastic experience: Dr. John Ruzzamenti is great. Best dentist ever for me. Dr. Ruzzamenti made great improvements to the general appearance of my teeth. After years of drinking diet Pepsi, my teeth were extremely discolored. I underwent a teeth whitening that greatly pleased me and my wife. Now, I am not conscientious when I talk or smile. Dr. Ruzzamenti also recovered one of my molars that I frankly thought was going to be a bum tooth forever. For 15 years I babied this tooth. For 15 years, I had some attempted, and not so successful repairs. Yet, Dr. Ruzzamenti seemed to have the Midas touch. He repaired my broken tooth and fitted it with a new crown. Seven years later, that crown is still one of my sturdiest teeth. I can chew steak with no problem. With Dr. Ruzzamenti, my teeth are taken care of effectively. My occasional gum problems are addressed gently. Dr. Ruzzamenti and his team (great hygienists) are personable, fair, and affordable. They give me enough options in my treatment, so that I can afford to take care of my teeth. I highly recommend Dr. John Ruzzamenti and team.

The dentist was pleasant, knowledgeable, and did not try to push treatment for something that I could have easily been convinced of. Fantastic experience: I’m in my late 70’s and have been treated by many dentist in multiple states in the west. My experience yesterday with Dr Ruzzamenti putting a crown on my freshly broken upper front tooth was perfect. He took his time to ensure that the front tooth looked better than my original. It was absolutely the best treatment I’ve ever had from a dentist. Because my broken tooth happened the night before he actually worked me into his busy schedule on a Monday morning. You will not find a better place for your dental work

Fantastic experience: Every aspect of every experience I have ever had at this, dentist is perfect! From the front desk, to the dental hygienist, to the dentist.

Negative experience: This was our 3rd and last visit to VVD. 1. When I made the appointment, I wasn’t told that our new insurance wasn’t “in network.” (Uhhh, kind of a big deal….) 2. Then, having to listen to Cindy and Lori speak unprofessionally about multiple patients while I was in the waiting room. “How many years has John been coming here, he should know better…” and about another patient, “duh, of course you’ll have to pay for those crowns…” and “wow, that balance is $46,000, what a day!” 3. And my personal favorite “Wednesdays are always terrible here…” 4. Then listening to Lori “whisper” to Cindy about my “out of network” displeasure, all while I’m sitting 7 feet away. Highly unprofessional. The office is in a cellular “dead zone” and even though there is an obvious “VVD GUEST” on the network, when I asked for the password, I was told “it’s not for you.” I will choose a more pleasant and professional office to treat my family’s teeth.

I looked for a dentist close to home with Good reviews. I struck Gold when I found Vinyard Valley Dental. Dr Ruzzamenti, very kind, saw me same day and detected my problem . I started treatment same day with hygienist Tiffany. She's wonderful ! The whole staff is very welcoming and caring. I highly recommend this dental office. My cleaning was perfection and Dr. Ruzzamenti fixed my front tooth and you can’t even tell where the repair was I have been a patient here since they opened this office 9 years ago (and before that) , I have always gotten the best care. He’s not the cheapest ( I pay cash ) but he does the best work and has the best staff.
