Fantastic experience: This place is absolutely amazing. From the staff to Dr. Krakowiak my wisdom teeth removal went fantastic. Dr. Krakowiak is precise and wants what is best for you and your safety. Staff called me a couple hours after I got home to check in to see how I was doing and made sure to remind me of all the medications to continue taking. Fantastic experience: I just had an upper molar extracted yesterday. It's a bit early to give long-term experience, but in the short term it has been very good. The office staff is very nice and the consultation with Dr Kiss went well with good explanation how my case should go. Due to my having had previous cancer treatment that involved external radiation to the neck and mouth It made for extra care. I was a little nervous about how the surgery would go. Everyone was very kind and gentle. They explained what they were doing each step of getting me prepped. I gently went to sleep and while I was napping they got the fractured broken tooth out. I was set up with medication to start immediately when I got home. Pain meds to stay ahead of the pain. Ice pack to the area and an antibiotic. Up until this point. I have hardly had any pain or discomfort. I stuck to the 3-hour regimen and 20 minute on 20 off on the ice pack. I even set an alarm for during the night so that I would not wake up in pain. I can obviously feel swelling sensation on my cheek but I have not been experiencing any pain. So far I am very pleased! I have been to both the Murrieta office and the Lake Elsinore office and both I would choose to go to again.

My blood clots had loosened some days after my surgery and was in a state of nonstop bleeding to the point where we called him and he urgently rushed from a family trip in San Diego late at night to care for me. Fantastic experience: So hands down I had the worst pain ever in my wisdom teeth wich caused by an infection .My ear hurt and also my neck was swollen ( NEVER FELT PAIN LIKE THIS IN MY LIFE ) No other dentist wanted to remove them until next week . They were able to help me on the spot seeing that i was in excruciating pain .The surgeon and the assistants were great especially telling a story and being interactive with me so I wouldnt be nervous about my first surgery . Office employees were great and overall everyone was great .The process was easy , I didnt feel a thing . Would highly recommend this place anytime. Great attitudes. Great service . Helpful .And overall just a great experience. Also they checked in with me 2x the next day. Means a lot when people care about their customers and there work. Fantastic experience: Had all 4 wisdom teeth removed. They understand their patients well and do their job. I was really nervous, and I forgot to tell them I have autism. Despite that, they treated me perfectly, did their best to distract my mind before the procedure, and it was over with fast with no pain at all. They did a great job taking care of me once I woke up too, and the days after, the pain was not as bad as I was expecting. Would recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: I arrived at Dr. Krakowiak's office with a severe infection in my lower right molar. The moment I stepped into his office, I immediately felt comfortable, with the feeling that I was in good hands. My intuition didn't fail me. I was in bad shape, and he was an angel who saved my end of the year , and my holidays! I arrived at his office two days before Christmas, running the risk of the infection spreading to my neck, and because I hadn't given prior notice at work, I decided to postpone the surgery. He immediately proposed a procedure to slow down the infection until the day of the surgery. Perhaps this even saved my life, because after that I had to work intensely for two consecutive days. He was there at the office before 8 am on December 26th to save me once again. I have no words to thank Dr. Peter Krakowiak and his team. Thank you very much

Fantastic experience: So happy I found this place! My son had all 4 of his wisdom teeth taken out. After my son was released and home the first day we received a call from the nurse checking up on him. Dr. Kiss and his staff were amazing from the start and are continuing to monitor my son. They all care so much about their patients and that was a big ordeal to us. My son's healing time was pretty quick since we had detailed instructions to follow. Plus, Dr. Kiss wanted to make sure my son's recovery is perfect so we ended seeing him a few time's after his procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Kiss and his staff.

Fantastic experience: The two wisdom teeth extraction went very well. I was expecting major pain; but none on the upper tooth, and just minor pain on the lower tooth. I'm very satisfied with the service I received.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Dr K for several years now. He did the right side of 2 implants with a sinus lift and they are wonderful. In 2023 I let a local dentist do my 2 left side implants with a sinus lift and it was the biggest mistake of my life! My mistake was trying to save some money between Dr K and this quack I went to. When you have no insurance everything is out of pocket. The quack perforated my sinus with skimping on the bone graft. Quack said he could do the sinus lift and the 2 implants same day. I was apprehensive but he assured me it was no big deal and he was confident as he has done these many times. Dr K had done the right side as 2 procedures 4-5 months apart...for good reason I find out later. After 1 year of constant sinus infection, 4 rounds of antibiotics that have destroyed my digestive system, sinus surgery to clean out the infection, removal of the quack implants, and just recently had new implants installed I am on the road to new teeth in 4-5 months when these heal. DO NOT believe any of the advertisements for same day implants, cheap cost, etc. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR and Dr. K uses the best product available that have been tested for over 30 years he's been doing oral surgery. Your teeth are an investment, don't shop around to save $5,000 and end up loosing $13,000 like I did!!! I will never trust any oral surgery or implants to anybody but Dr.K!! Please learn from my mistakes and loss of money. Dr K rocks! His staff is probably the best I have every dealt with! Very accommodating, kind, gentle and always happy!

This Specialized Dentist is skilled and kept both my wife and I informed of everything before, during and after the procedure. I was in such excruciating pain due to an impacted wisdom tooth but Dr. Kiss and the AMAZING team of girls got me in right away and I was in surgery within 3 hours of my first phone call to the office! Dr. Kiss is quick, thorough, and really helpful. I got rice stuck in the socket 10 days post op but the team got me in and fixed me up within 10 minutes. You guys are the best!

Fantastic experience: Doctor and staffs are very professional and kind. They made my son comfortable and his 1st oral surgery went well. One sad thing that I didn’t receive any reminder call for the procedure. I wish they gave me a call to go through a quick summary. I just got a piece of paperwork at the previous appointment 3 weeks before the surgery and totally forgot about it. I end up needed to cancel the appointment the day before, because my son ate breakfast. We paid cancellation fee $100.

Fantastic experience: The team at Lakeshore was amazing- they were able to get me in same day as I was having a major flare with my TMJ and could not open my jaw. The team and Dr. K was so attentive and really listened to my concerns. The assistances were mindful of my time and were able to get my images for my appliance same day. Fantastic experience: Dr.K is truly the nicest man, on top of a skilled surgeon, he is willing to take time out of his busy schedule to spend many more months helping to fix my entire mouth after a botched procedure (full set of dental implants), Dr. K is meticulous and took it upon himself to form a team with a skilled dentist specializing in the implant work above the gums, I know I'm a hard case with a large chance of failure, but dr.k has made me feel like it's all gonna be ok no matter the outcome, he will work to find an alternative.. You'll be in good hands with him, and he goes over and above to make you feel like it's gonna turn out ok, he's got his patients back, and I've been to dentists in this area that definitely don't. I would recommend him to everyone, even those with more complex cases, he's definitely worth at least a 2nd opinion or consultation! Oh and his bedside manner is above reproach. Obviously I can't say enough good things

They also followed up once we were home and made sure to give all the information I needed to make sure my child would recovered smoothly. Fantastic experience: This practice was the only place who was willing to treat my elderly dad who needed to be brought in on a gurney and needed o stay in it during his surgery. They were all (from the reception to billing to doctor) very kind, patient and understanding. They made accommodations for us and that helped us all with the anxiety and concerns we had that he wouldn'tt be able to get the treatment he was needing. This practice made it all possible. They provided good follow up after the procedure. I was very pleased with the service here and recommended them. To compare I had a wisdom tooth extracted in OC and it cost more and was not a good experience.

The service by the entire office was phenomenal. Dr. Krakowiak was friendly and professional, he explained the procedure to my daughter and answered all her questions which made her feel more at ease because she knew what to expect. The procedure was successful and they even called to check up on her. The nurse provided us instructions for post care, and she is healing well.

My husband and I were really worried about removing cyst forming on her top gums, but from the initial consult Dr. Krakowiak answered all our questions without any rush. Fantastic experience: I saw Dr. K for a possible surgical issue, and was a first time visitor to his office in Fallbrook. This visit was a unique experience for me all the way around. First, his office staff were all laid back, efficient, friendly, warm and extremely helpful. Second, one member of his staff, Olga, went out of her way, sat with me for quite some time, to discuss new dentist possibilities in my area, as I am in need of a new one. And finally, Dr. K himself, who answered all of my questions and didn’t make me feel bad about asking them, took his time with me and was a very warm and kind person. I ended up not needing surgery, but if that is ever the case, Lakeshore Oral Surgery will be my first call. In a time when customer service and kindness in business are an unusual experience, this office and staff stood out in all ways.

Fantastic experience: This is a late review. My kiddo had 4 teeth that needed to be pulled using general anesthesia. Dr.Kiss and his staff were amazing! My kid has severe anxiety and having to get 4 teeth pulled to make room made us really nervous. We went in for the pre-op visit, where Dr.Kiss explained everything and answered all my questions. I felt at ease after the visit. On the day of surgery my child was crying and it was difficult for them to get the IV started. They allowed me to go in and reassure my chikd that everything was going to be okay. Dr. Kiss was able to get the IV going and my child slowly began to calm down. They told me that I could step out and they would take it from there. I forget for how long my kid was in surgery but they came out to inform me that my kiddo was awake. Everything went as planned, and child was in recovery. I took my kiddo home, there was hardly any pain. I only gave my child one dose for pain and after that no pain medication was needed. The healing went well too. A week later when we went in for post-op visit everything looked good and my kiddo was very happy with the whole process. If we ever need to return, maybe in the late teens to have wisdom teeth removed. I would totally go to Dr.Kiss and his staff. They went above and beyond my expectation and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. So if you are looking for a knowledgeable, professional team for oral surgery, Dr.Kiss and staff are the way to go. Thank you again for being so kind and taking care of my little one.

Fantastic experience: What can I say about Dr. Andrew Kiss other than he’s the absolute best dentist I have seen in a long time. First he gained my trust. He listened to me and heard me when I told him that i have anxiety in the dental chair and I was ex and afraid because I’m on blood thinners. He was patient and understanding. He calmed me by letting me know that he would sedate me for my dental procedure and not to worry about the blood thinners. He consulted my cardiologist and received the okay. Everything went smoothly and very timely. I am so thankful to God for guiding me to Lakeshore Dental and Dr. Kiss. I don’t want to go to any other dentist. Thank you Dr. Kiss.

Fantastic experience: The nurses and doctor are amazing! The doctor answered all my concerns. When I was worried, they made time to see me immediately and never made me feel like a bother. When dealing with something as stressful as surgery, you can have a lot of anxieties and this team really put me at ease. I am so grateful this is the team that took care of me!

Fantastic experience: Update: My son already had his surgery. It went well. He was nervous at first, everyone was caring and gentle, the staff reassured him that it well be fine. Thank you to Dr. K & the staff. My children went in for consultation. They were nervous. The staff and Dr. K are great making them feel comfortable. I have confidence that my children are in great hands.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely wonderful experience! I was recommended Dr. Kiss from my orthodontist. I was told he was the best in the business and I whole heartedly agree with that. I got all 4 wisdom teeth out and am healing beautifully! They did a fantastic job on my teeth and I couldn’t be happier!

Fantastic experience: When I went to the office I was nervous. The front office ladies were so polite and kind. The dr was super calm and knowledgeable and not heavy handed. I have to go back for some dental surgery and I don’t feel concerned because the Doctor was so calm and collected and knowledgeable. This is a great office I highly recommend them.
