Fantastic experience: Dr. Diez came highly recommended from a friend as I was in dire need of a quick repair for a chipped front tooth. From the initial call to make the appointment to the goodbyes after the appointment, her staff were all so friendly, communicative and knowledgeable. I was finally fed up with the substandard dental care I had been receiving at various ‘dental mills’ around Murrieta and Temecula for 15 years. I decided to try someone confident and dedicated enough to have their name above the door. At the first appointment I was immediately certain I was in good hands. Dr. Diez gives me the peace of mind that I am receiving top notch dental care. The dental hygienists are out of this world. It always feels like my mouth is getting a royal spa treatment. So much attention to detail paired with calm, gentle delivery made me feel like my teeth, my gums, and my experience really mattered. This high caliber service was provided by everyone every single time I went. The best decision I made was choosing professional quality for my teeth and gums, rather than choosing based on who was closest, cheapest, or recommended by the insurance. My kids have dental insurance but I was never happy with the dentists that they were able to see. I love this office enough that I pay out of pocket for my kids to go here. After making the initial contact by phone and being helped by the most pleasant and knowledgeable person (Jennifer) I had a great feeling and first impression that we had chosen the right place! It so happened that my wife and I were also looking for a new Dentist and we are extremely glad to be patients there. Right away I noted the professionalism of Dr. Diez and her staff. I've been with Dr. Diez for years now and under her care the priority has always been to maintain/restore the natural teeth. Removal/Replacing teeth only as a LAST resort. I recently had a tooth infection and called Dr. Diez's office on a closed day and was so surprised to receive a immediate back and she took me in that day. Dr. Diez inspected my tooth, prescribed pain medication and referred me to a specialist to VERIFY if my tooth roots were alive. Sure enough my tooth was alive and she proceeded with further treatment. I guarantee you many dentists would have recommended to just pull the tooth on the spot. By golly...they would be right! 3/31/23 - Always a wonderful experience! Yesterday, I went to my appointment. I had the pleasure of meeting a family in the waiting room who drove from Calexico, CA for their mother or G'ma appointment. It was wonderful to speak Spanish with them. "It's a long drive, (and raining cats and dogs on the way in) but so worth it," they said. (Ok, they didn't say cats/dogs.) Their very first visit with the Imperial Valley Dentist said she needed multiple procedures all of which were very costly. They had read about Dr. Diez and decided to make the drive. They were so pleased with the first appointment as her needs were minimal. My dental experience continues to be amazing. No signs of teeth falling out. :+)

Fantastic experience: Dr. Diez’s office is wonderful. Jennifer at the front is so welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable when it comes to insurance coverage. The hygienist who did my cleaning gave me the most thorough cleaning I’ve ever had (I’m sorry to have forgotten her name). Dr. Diez herself devoted so much time during my first visit to really get to know my dental history and concerns and go over all treatment options with me. She is so empathetic and devoted to her patients, you can tell that right away. Her assistant is caring and gentle as well and they worked very well together as a team. I have several years experience myself working in a dental office so it really means a lot to me when I find a stand out office like this one. My husband and I have found our forever office, as cheesy as that sounds.
