Fantastic experience: Had a great cleaning today. The Hygienist was very considerate and asked me repeatedly if I was comfortable and even to check of there any areas on my teeth that didn't feel clean. Dr Lee is an such a kind soul he squeezed me in on short notice. He had to do fillings on my front teeth and he did a great job-he is an artist! ** I went back for my 6 month cleaning and they had a new hygienist, Leo. He was even better than the hygienist before. It was the first time in my whole life, that the xrays didn't hurt! It's always such a weird pokey sensation in tender areas in your mouth when you get xrays done, but not this time! Also I have sensitive gums and he was so gentle cleaning my teeth. It made getting my teeth cleaned such a pleasure!

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience at Blooming Family Dental yesterday. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was friendly and got me checked in quickly. The hygienist was thorough and really took the time to explain everything she was doing, which I appreciated. And the dentist was knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable the whole time. You can tell everyone there actually enjoys what they do. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a new dentist!

Positive experience: Dr. Lee and his staff are awesome—this was the best dental experience I’ve had in a long time. Alice, the girl I spoke with over the phone was able to get me an appointment within a few days for some tooth sensitivity that I was experiencing. Dr. Lee himself is very gentle, and I felt zero pain during my fillings. His hygienist, Leo, was also great and made the visit even more comfortable. My only small complaint is that the estimate for the procedure(using my insurance) seemed slightly off by a few dollars, so I may have overpaid a bit. That said, I know my insurance will reimburse me if that’s the case, so it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I’m really glad I took a chance on this office and would definitely recommend them!

They make sure the patient is comfortable throughout the procedure and office visit, and they explain every step along the way periodically asking if the patient is ok. Fantastic experience: Dr. Liam Lee and the whole team at Blooming Dental are AMAZING!!!!! They are really gentle and take time to go over every detail with you. Whether you are in for a routine cleaning or something more like a crown or implant. They walk you through every step and explain the process in detail. My whole family just had our teeth cleaned and polished, Emily got us all fresh and clean. She did an excellent job with each one of us. Also it was nice that we were all able to get in on the same day. They took excellent care of us. I can’t believe I now actually look forward to going to the dentist. Thank you Dr. Liam and team for taking such good care of us, it really has changed my life.

Fantastic experience: The dental hygienist was nice and very efficient. She was informative while doing my cleaning. I was surprised when she suggested I consider having a antibacterial jell put on the cleaned side which I believe she said was some $20 each coating, at least that was how I understood it to be. So I had it put on. When I went to the front deals the receptionist said the coating was $50 each side. I had it already put on so I paid it.

Fantastic experience: We were recommended to this dentist office by a friend for a second opinion on an implant procedure and cost. We were surprised to get an appointment very quickly. Office staffs were very nice. After a careful exam Dr. Liam Lee gave us some good procedure plans for the implants without any tooth removed and for the best result. We are happy to hear this second opinion planning with much less pain and less cost. We will become regular patients here and will recommend friends as well.

We grew up coming here, when I was a teenager, and I trust them more than any of my local dentists. Fantastic experience: After a few days of researching different dentist offices, I'm glad I chose this dental office. I have nothing negative. From first phone call to in-person. The front desk ladies were attentive, kind and efficient. The lady that took the xrays (WOW)she was the most kind-hearted person I have ever come in contact with in a dental and doctor's office setting. She made me feel comfortable, she assured me everything going forth was going to be ok. I didn't need to worry. I was in very good hands and they would take care of my needs. The actual dentist is a very kind and gentle dentist. He is soft spoken and was very patient with me. I was somewhat distraught about what was happening in my mouth. He gave me time to get myself together. Yeah. I was a wreck going in there but came out thankful that I was led to the right office.

I appreciate the dentist actually coming in to do the cleaning along with doing the exam at the same time. I reached out to several dentists and Blooming Dental was not only the first to respond back but also the only one that did. They got me in immediately and were able to help me out. I was so happy with the experience from Dr. Lee and the help, support, and communication from the staff that I stayed to get additional work done that I had been avoiding for years. Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Lee on a quick notice. I had a canker sore on my tongue and thought it was possibly caused by a broken tooth. He drilled it down so it wouldn't hit anymore. He's very professional and I will be going back to have it pulled.

Fantastic experience: Dr Lee and the entire staff are always welcoming and friendly. While working on my teeth, Dr. Lee always makes sure that I am comfortable and numb enough not to feel anything, and warns me of even the little pressures that I might be feeling before he applies it, which I usually don't feel anyway, but its great that he lets me know what to expect as he does the work. I'm always well taken care of here. He concentrates on the most critical needs first and works from there. I have a lot of issues with my teeth, but he has already remedied three of many teeth that need fixing in just one day. I have more work to be done, but I am looking forward to my next visit. Dr. Lee always gives an overview and discusses the plan of action to repair and maintain your teeth. They are saved in my phone as "the best dentist ever. We live about 20 minutes away, and have many other options, some that we have tried, between our home and this dentist, but we much prefer Dr Lee and the Blooming Family Dental Staff.

Negative experience: The office doesn't want to hear patients and is oblivious to the fact they are in the service industry - patients pay their rent, salary and so on. I called for an appointment to replace broken crown and explained thoroughly that is a priority due to the location of the broken crown is very much seen. Office decided to get more from me and my insurance, stating they will do something else first - next appointment will be for the crown. Lady upfront said:- "It cost nothing to you; insurance covers it" like she did a favor to me like she is the one who pays for my insurance and decides how I will use money available for the year. Moreover, the questionary they give to patients to fill in is a social study. I would not recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: I really loved my experience at this dental office. I'm new to the area and had previously tried a different office that felt much more commercialized. But at Blooming Family Dental, I really liked the small office feel and genuine, friendly staff. Also, my dental insurance policy doesn't have very good coverage, so I was concerned that my out-of-pocket cost may be quite high, but I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was very reasonable for several fillings. I would 100% recommend going to this office!

Fantastic experience: It’s a very pleasant office. Very welcoming & caring. Dr. Lee is very gentle. Since I moved here I have been to 3 other dentist trying to find one that didn’t make me feel like I was at a used car dealership while they are trying to upsaell me with multiple workers coming to tell me how much my work will cost. Between 6-8K mostly cosmetic. Dr. Lee informed me of a couple issues which I was aware of. No upselling. No one else came in to push me. I truly appreciate this amazing office. Don’t waste your time searching. He’s at Bloom Dental.

Fantastic experience: As a new patient I was extremely hesitant to even go in due to previous experiences in my youth. The dentist has always been a subject of fear for me. I have an issue with an old filling coming out after I was … well picking at my teeth. I waited too long and now I have a huge hole in my tooth. Now I haven’t had any work done just yet other than X-rays but I was pleasantly surprised by how gentle Dr Lee was. I need some major work done ( cavities, missing fillings and chipped teeth) but I didn’t feel judged. Dr Lee made me feel comfortable and offered a few different options. I was so thankful for the team to offer the least invasive option of a root canal with crown instead of the complete removal of my tooth. Dr. Lee prescribed some medication immediately to ensure I have no infection prior to my appointment in a few days. I am still quite nervous and concerned but both Dr Lee’s confidence has me feeling a little less stressed. The entire staff has been pleasant and great with communication. Well so far so good. I will post an update with the results of my root canal next week.
