Fantastic experience: My dentist today dr. M u s t a f a, and his assistant m a r c i, were excellent! Caring professionals who did a superb and thorough job. Very well pleased with my crown and of course before that, my root canal which was completed at the same location. No more pain and swelling is gone.

Fantastic experience: Once my treatment was started Rosa came out and explained in detail what she was doing and shortly after she started the e-ray process. Then we proceeded to the treatment room, in which Dr. Mustafa checked my teeth and explained in detail what was required. The Doctor began his treatment, he ensured I was numbed up good, after he completed his procedure, Vivian proceeded to clean my teeth, she was gentle which was pleasantly surprised! Rosa finished up her treatment after the cleaning was completed. I was amazed how everyone treated me with respect and ensure I was comfortable as possible!! Thanks for such a wonderful visit!!

Fantastic experience: Best dentist visit ever! I was nervous, but the entire team was awesome. Jessica did a great job taking my x-rays and helping me get settled. Vivian, my hygienist, was very gentle during the probing while still being thorough. She gave me a much needed understanding of my oral health and clearly explained the reasons behind the recommended treatment. Nothing felt excessive once she explained the potential outcomes of leaving the issues untreated. Vivian is a great advocate for oral health and was very professional throughout the visit. Dr. Mustafa was also excellent; precise, knowledgeable, and clear in his analysis and discussion. Overall, this is a great dental office with an exceptional team.

Fantastic experience: Pacific Dental Group has consistently been professional and courteous. From the Front desk associates, to the hygienists, assistants, specialists, and dentists, I have always had a very good experience there. Special shout out to Vivian (hygienist) and Rosa who helped me on my most recent visit fitting me for a night guard. Rosa gave a through explanation and procedures how to use the night guard as well as cleaning. Tati at the front also helps when you check in. Overall the staff is excellent. I highly recommend the Pacific Dental Group. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic experience: Thank you for seeing me on such short notice. A filling on my front tooth, originally done by another dentist, had broken off. Since that dental office no longer accepted my insurance, I was relieved when I called Pacific Dental Group and received such excellent service. The front desk staff was understanding, and took the time to verify my insurance. They were able to schedule me within just a few hours of my call, which I greatly appreciated. Dr. Mustafa Alshabeeb and his dental assistant were both professional, caring, and efficient. They repaired my broken tooth during a short visit and made the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. Thank you for your exceptional care and for restoring my smile!

Fantastic experience: Outstanding Customer Service and Dental Care! Keeana Is the best hygienist you could ask for. Their front office staff, Tim and Alexis offer great customer service and are very helpful and knowledgeable. If you need a Dentist or are thinking about switching this is the place to go.

Negative experience: Can't trust this place. I gave this dental office multiple chances over the course of more than two years (5–6 visits), and unfortunately, my experience has been consistently disappointing. In my opinion, their practices feel more focused on maximizing billing than patient care. A few concerning patterns stood out: 1. X-rays at every visit. Appointments are scheduled just over six months apart, which appears to allow them to bill for X-rays again each time. 2. Upselling “deep cleanings.” Instead of routine cleanings, there always seems to be a reason given why a standard cleaning can’t be performed, resulting in more expensive procedures. To be fair, some of the dentists themselves were good. However, I saw at least four different dentists during my time there, so there was little continuity in care. That inconsistency, combined with the business practices, made it hard to trust the overall experience. I also spoke with the office manager, Martha, at the Temecula location. The explanation I received was that performing a regular cleaning in my situation would be considered "under treating the patient". Meanwhile, I walked in for a cleaning appointment and left without getting a cleaning at all. That’s unacceptable. At this point, my family and I will not be returning. I would recommend looking for a smaller, more patient-focused practice where care feels more personal, transparent and above all, honest.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mustafa really came through for me. I had a painful bump on my gums. Thought for sure it was going to be a big deal. Dr Mustafa not only put my mind at ease but took the proper steps to correct the problem. I left 100% satisfied A perfect visit. Highly recommended.

Been using you for years and find it interesting that hat when seen by someone new they have a plan for problems that have existed for years. Fantastic experience: Here’s my honest review of the treatment I got today 3/3/26. I had a root canal done on tooth #13 in December from another office although this is my primary dental office. I was experiencing some discomfort due to the filling not being done properly by Dr. Lane. Fast forward to today, Pacific Dental has a new dentist name Dr. ANDERSON, so shout out to him because he knows his trade! Not only is he professional, gentle and knowledgeable, he’s also a good listener! After explaining my situation, he knew exactly what to do! My mouth feels great and back to normal:) Woohoo to Dr. Anderson!!! Also, Rosa and Alexis are professional and easy to work with. I would recommend Dr. Anderson to those who need a great dentist in 2026! Most of these dentist are moving way too fast and don’t know what they are doing, like the time a dentist gave my son a bad root canal but that’s another review for another day. Please know that I believe in giving honest reviews and I’m grateful for Pacific Dental- they accept PPO & HMO’s- I’ve had them both.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful initial visit at this dental clinic and will proceed to have six teeth worked on. I had the pleasure and honor of meeting Rose, Dr. Mustafa and a hygienist whose name I cannot recall. All three made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. Fantastic experience: This place is amazing! I have gone to dentists all my life, every 6 months like clockwork, and I am 66 years old now, and this is the best dental clinic I have ever been to! They know about how your teeth health relates to your body's health and have taken the best X-rays yet. Very thorough and include extra testing with your exam. They are also very honest and don't take advantage of you. They only perform the work that you need. I am so glad I found Pacific Dental group in Temecula and Dr. Mustafa, Janette the hygienist, and Kaylyn the Specialty Coordinator took extremely good care of me.

Positive experience: This visit with Pacific Dental was good. The specials remembered me and she was very personable, professional, and well informed about my dental needs. The only barrier to treatment was the cost of the procedure. Although I understand that the fee quoted is likely the industry standard, it feels inflated that the industry charges such extreme prices. Aside from the procedure quote, the visit was A+++. The doctor started fairly on-time and the visit was expedient. Well done, overall!

Fantastic experience: Just had my first visit to Pacific Dental Group with Dr. Chu, DMD as a new patient. I came with a broken back tooth I knew would need a crown and for a deep clean. The good doctor runs a real fine practice with large clean and modern waiting room and excellent staff. From the start Alexis was there with any help needed with the digital onboarding which took less than ten minutes at home. Once there photos and x-rays were a breeze with the expert staff using what looks like state of the art gear. Dr. Chu was friendly and precise, putting the plan together and explaining everything in detail before the work started. Dr. Chu did most of the temp crown prep work and then his expert technicians took over for the installation and deep clean. Each of the staff who worked on me was thorough and friendly and accommodating, could not have been a better visit. Pricing was clear and competitive (I came with a MetLife plan through the VA) and the follow-on appointments for the root canal and permanent crown were quickly made for me on my way out. Thank you Dr. Chu & Staff for everything! I got a real good feeling from you all.

Negative experience: HARRASMENT AND UPCHARGE SCAMS. REFUSED TO DO NORMAL CLEANING AND STATED IT WAS BETTER TO NOT HAVE A CLEANING AT ALL THEN TO AGREE TO UPCHARGE. Stated their cleanings are superficial if you don’t pay for the upcharge. Refused to perform service without upcharge to insurance. Told me it was better to leave then have the normal cleaning. I wanted just a normal cleaning…

They put cheap material and charge me for a good material uncomfortable bulky not even able to eat or talkGood .came to another office. They saw this job and they couldn’t believe it. Fantastic experience: I had an emergency that one of my crown came out yesterday around 6:35pm. I thought maybe I contact the Pacific Dental Group (PDG) tomorrow to get an appointment. Then I called after 6:20 pm. What a surprise, Kayla answered my call, and I got an appointment for today at 9;45am with the Dr. Mustafa. When I went for my appointment, young lady, Marci took x-rays, and assisted the Dr. Mustafa. Marci was so friendly & professional! Dr. Mustafa was so professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate with me. He explained my situation, how it will effect if I just cemented my old crown, which gradually needs a root canal. After a lengthy discussion, I decided to get a new crown. This process was very impressive! I got my crown in same day! Don’t have to wait for couple weeks! Dr. Mustafa showed me his crown scanning process, and explained how it is done. After his scanning & design, I got my new crown within 35 minutes! Unbelievable! The whole process was so easy. Dr. Mustafa was so professional & compassionate and Marci was so nice & professional. Also, the front office, Alexis was so nice & professional! I truly enjoyed working with them! What a great staff they have!!! Thank you Dr. Mustafa!!! I highly recommend the Pacific Dental Group!!!

Negative experience: I have been coming here 20 years and no one ever remembers me because staff is constantly changing. They try to get you to spend out if pocket money for uncessary things. The breaking point was when I went in leaving my 6 month old baby with my mom and telling them that so they could be more aware of the importance of time. They made me wait an hour to then tell me I need to come back in 2 hours. When I went back they made me wait another hour. I ended up having to reschedule because of my baby. The office girl was also rude by picking up a call while talking to me and directing me to someone else. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely enjoy coming to pacific dental. Been coming here for years and the customer service is amazing and they always make me feel welcome and comfortable. I use to dislike getting deep cleanings but now my new hygienist Keeana as treated my teeth and gums with the most absolute care that I’ve ever gotten from a dentist office. I highly recommend her if your looking for a service were you don’t feel the uncomfortable pain or discomfort of dental cleaning. Keeana is the best! 5 star rating for sure!

Negative experience: My teeth were bleeding and swollen, they took xray, the dentist didn’t give me antibiotics, he said use mouth wash and after one month come see specialist, I had a lot of pain, I went to my medical doctor he gave me antibiotics. This place just wants to make money, they don’t care about their patients. I am good now thanks to my doctor.

Negative experience: Staff continually tried to overcharge for services, I have insurance, and repeatedly attempted to push for costlier treatments. Dentists stating I needed three root canals due to infection when I dont, never had any pain in any teeth and never have.

Negative experience: My son had braces put on April of 2019. I have called to complain and ask for updates and I keep being told different time periods. The last time I asked for an updated timeline they told his father 5-6 more months and then told me 6-8 more months - well 8 months have come and gone and my son still has large gaps in his teeth and no removal in sight. It has already been 5 years and 8 months!! It’s going to be well over 6 years before these things come off!! I would get a new orthodontist but we have already paid them. This is ridiculous!! Find a different orthodontist.

Fantastic experience: Was referred here for my wisdom teeth removal, oral surgery, and the oral surgeon, Dr. Izadi was FANTASTIC! He made me as a patient feel to comfortable and safe. Took away all of my nerves before treatment started. I will be recommend having my sister get hers out with him soon too! Jocelyn the OS assistant was awesome too btw! Management here is amazing as well! Martha makes it work for the patient and has such a great spirit. Thank you Martha! ♡ Also, Joycee in the front will give you a few laughs as well! Thanks girl!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mustafa & the rest of the staff here at Pacific Dental Group were excellent! Everyone was very welcoming & patient throughout my entire visit there - really going above & beyond. I also greatly appreciated that Dr. Mustafa (and indeed the rest of the staff as well) really took the time to explain everything. Not all doctors take the time to do so, and I’ve come to really value it when they do. Also, the office was very neat and clean - always a good sign for any medical office.

Fantastic experience: The entire staff there is so amazing, I am a new patient with a lot of things needed and they were all so helpful. Sacha was so nice with all the xrays and check in process. Stephanie made me feel cared for by checking to make sure I had everything I needed. Dr. Mustafa is so nice and gentle with his work, he shows he cares about his patients and tries to get you the best deal and plan on what is needed per visit. Diego was able to help me with understanding more about hmo and ppo and go over payment arrangement. I am very glad I am able to have such a good crew taking care of me. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Amazing people! Starting off from the front desk with Martha, Dr Christman and to the financial part with Diego. Super helpful providing sufficient information for my parents that are in their 80’s. I can’t thank them enough for the professionalism, knowledgeable and caring. True assets to the Pacific Dental. In fact everyone in there had a friendly smile. Love them!

Fantastic experience: I have lagged on going to the dentist for some time. It finally caught up to me and I have needed a lot of work done to try and get back to a good baseline. Everyone has been super courteous, friendly and helpful in detailing the work to be done so far. Going to the dentist is never a pleasant experience, and considering what I have needed to have done, everyone here has been super kind and helped ease the tension.

Fantastic experience: I have really enjoyed the experience I have had while working with the Pacific Dental Group. Dr Christman, Stephanie, Kaylyn and Jocey have been an absolute pleasure to work with. I had all of my teeth removed and this team was with me the whole way Stephanie has been beyond helpful in talking my nerves down. Everyone is professional, knowledgeable, patient and courteous. The office is clean and pleasant and lots of smiling faces; employees and clients alike. Which says a lot because no one wants to be at the dentist! It’s hard to find a dentist office you can trust. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: New patient but I’ve had a few appointments and love it so far! Staff is friendly and communicative. Dr. Mustafa and Alyssa have been helping me. They are both great! Very nice and know what they are doing! I was going to a different dentist and dealing with ongoing pain, unclear communication, unnecessary wait times, and the dentist/staff not knowing what they’re doing. Switching to Pacific Dental Group has been a real game changer for me. I’m so grateful!

Negative experience: This office is ALWAYS trying to sell me something. Every time I go in they bring in their “sales person” to discuss more work. I have never been worked so hard by a dental office to get extra things done that aren’t really necessary. I gave the review 2 stars because everyone is really nice but overall I annoyed. Annoyed enough to come on here and comment about it, and let other people know about it.

Fantastic experience: Wow! Pacific Dental is the best. The staff is super friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. I had my teeth cleaned and a crown put on a tooth yesterday (4/19/24). I absolutely love the dentists and staff here. I recommend anyone who wants to be treated well and with kindness, go to Pacific Dental. I keep returning, and I’m never disappointed.
