From the moment I stepped inside, the staff was incredibly warm and inviting, doing everything they could to keep me smiling and calm. I just knew I needed to be put to sleep or something like it, but Dr.Caicedo knew best. He took the time to explain how much dental technology has evolved over the last 20 years. He was a man of his word—he assured me I’d be okay and that this would be nothing like my past experiences...and he was % correct. ​I had a root canal, and it was a breeze. Dr. Caicedo even called a few hours after my appointment to check on me. Look, if you have anxiety or past trauma or you’ve been putting off the dentist because of fear, please go here. Fantastic experience: Huge fan. Been coming to Dr Limperis and his super friendly staff for 17 years. I never feel rushed; the cleanings are deep and thorough. My hygienist Caitlin today was great, taking extra time to show me the pictures of my teeth (when I asked to see them) and to explain how different interventions work to protect the long term health of my teeth. Years ago Dr Limperis similarly took the time to explain how taking care of my gums works. Since then I've been a dedicated consistent flosser and have enjoyed good teeth health. Dr Limperis and his staff feel like family, the whole experience is warm and welcoming. I never feel pressured. Even the administrator today proactively helped me with a billing issue [sorry I forgot your name- but you are the Chicken Lady :)]. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: If I could give 100 stars I would. My first visit was today. First the front girls were fantastic so nice made you feel very comfortable. Took me in the back I was extremely nervous but Dr. Caicedo came right in to introduce himself to me. He was also fantastic. I felt so comfortable with him. I matabolize fast and was afraid to feel any pain. The whole process was pain free. I cracked and broke my eye tooth and he fixed it all today. He even made my permanent tooth in the facility and it's absolutely perfect. I can't say enough about this place. I live an hour away but worth the drive always for me. They tag-teamed the use of advanced AI technology to assess and interpret my X-rays, clearly explaining everything in a way that made me feel informed and involved in my care. Dr. H is always personable, professional, and has outstanding bedside manner. The hygienist was meticulous with the cleaning and worked seamlessly with Dr. H to guide me through each step of the exam, cleaning, and next steps. Fantastic experience: On short notice, I called for an appointment and was able to get in the same day. I developed a pain in my gum line over a two day period . Having never experienced this before & not knowing the severity of the issue, they got me in to see the team. While in the chair , an xray , followed up with a quick diagnosis, it was discovered that I had a cold sore and a very unfortunate spot where the gum line met the tooth. The Doctor offered up a solution of a laser technique that it would eliminate the cold sore. He asked me to close my eyes , relax & then treated the issue . I couldn’t believe how quickly this was treated… I didn’t feel a thing! The sore was removed in no time. My compliments to the team, specifically Dr Stella & her staff. Fantastic experience: Dr. Haralampopoulos literally saved my sanity. Few years ago I was desperate and didn’t know where to begin. I needed extensive dental work. My dentist dropped my case. I had a temporary bridge for months amongst other issues. My new dentist was making treatment plan for months. Meanwhile I was stressing out. Finally Dr. Haralampopoulos was recommended to me. I had appointment with her within days and a team of orthodontist, facial surgeon along with Dr. Haralampopoulos within one week. They all coordinated their work without me running around as I had to do before. The process was lengthy but I was taken care of every step of the way and felt secure. I can’t tell you what it ment to me. I also had an emergency visit with Dr. Limperis in the process when Dr. Haralampopoulos was out of town. He did take care of the issue wonderfully and promptly. The whole office is amazing. I have my sanity back and a beautiful smile now. I highly recommend this Dr. Haralampopoulos and the entire office. I promise you’ll be taken care of to the best of their abilities.
