Fantastic experience: Great office, Wonderful front desk receptionist. The doctor is FANTASTIC Dr. Yoon. The asst is great. Great over all experience. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Friendly, keeps up with appt times, insurance issues generally solved before your visit. Takes Medicaid. Allows for walk-ins, comfortable couch, TV in waiting room. Dr. Yoon is awesome! Street parking just east of front door. Does not do orthodontist work. My kids and I have been coming for 12 years (from the beginning?). It's been a pleasure to be a patient. It's a very warm and welcoming environment.

Fantastic experience: I love this dentist they make me feel welcomed they don't judge me on how my teeth are, because my teeth aren't in the best shape. They also do an amazing job. My teeth are looking amazing! And my dentist is so gentle with the numbing needle I don't even feel it. I've been to a lot of bad dentists, but this place is amazing and I'll b continuing going here!! It was hard to find a place that I can trust!

Fantastic experience: I had such an excellent experience with My Smiles Dental Center in Evanston, IL that I feel compelled to write this most positive review. Dr. H. Khan did an perfect job treating my (aging) sensitive gums so as to enable replacement of my "good" left front tooth that unexpectedly fallen out, and replacing it with a "bridge" which encompasses the "new" tooth which fits perfectly!! He also perfectly placed permanent crowns on all indicated teeth. I couldn't be happier with the results!! Now I can smile with confidence, and no longer need to practice smiling with my mouth closed!!! I am forever grateful for the Excellent service, and would be remiss if I didn't mention and thank the rest of the team for their likewise Excellent service and warm, friendly, professional manner and skills: Rose , the receptionist and clinical/office coordinator and manager, and dental assistants Jeanette (who also manages office responsibilities when Rose is away from the office) and Meghan!!! I highly recommend Dr. Khan and his associates for platinum dental services whenever and wherever you come from. They also work very well with dental insurance providers, which really helps a lot as well. Blessings ♥️to you all this 250th 4th of July and Always!!!

Fantastic experience: OVER 10 yrs IVE BEEN COMING EXCELLENT SERVICE THE. STAFF & DR YOON I HAVE MOVED OVER THE YEARS AND STILL RETURN THEY ARE TRULY CARING ABOUT THE PATIENT'S, PRICES ARE REASONABLY ' IM THANKFUL WE NEED DOCTORS AND QUALIFIED PEOPLE WHO TRULY CARE ABOUT THE PATIENTS.

Negative experience: We had an appointment scheduled for today ,and when we went there it was closed , they were not responding on calls , it’s a weekday and morning hours ! We are trying to reach them again and again but no response, it still says open on its site but when we were there in person it’s literally closed , we can also hear the phone ringing inside but there’s no single soul . Had the worst experience

The Dentist was great at her craft. She made me feel comfortable. She did a fabulous job. I will telling all my friends to come here for there Dental services. Fantastic experience: Great stuff I’ve been coming here for years !

Negative experience: The African American receptionist working the front desk every time I’ve been there has been rude, unprofessional, and always in a bad mood. She rarely answers the phone, which I had to come in person just to schedule an appointment. Every interaction with her feels uncomfortable and unwelcoming. She doesn’t even greet customers or say hello when you walk in. Instead, she rolls her eyes while talking and acts annoyed anytime you ask a simple question. I asked about scheduling and pricing, and she gave attitude instead of clearly explaining the cost of the service. Customer service at the front desk sets the tone for the entire office, and unfortunately this office completely fails in that area. I’m honestly surprised someone with this behavior toward patients is still working there.

Fantastic experience: Very nice place workers are very friendly and gives great advice. I was a little uncomfortable on getting my x rays done and a filling especially considering I haven’t been to a dentist and very long time. They made the experience extremely comfortable and pleasant. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Today was my first time here as a new patient for X-rays and a cleaning. Dr Yoon and her dental assistant (I forgot her name) were so pleasant and nice. Dr. Yoon is very efficient and knowledgeable. I also had a pleasant experience with reception and educating me on my insurance plan! I can’t wait to return for my 6 month cleaning!

Negative experience: Called to reschedule my appointment spoke with the African American lady on the phone. She was rude and even hung up on me. Every time I come to the office she always seems on edge and like she hates her job.. when we was setting me up for my tooth cleaning she was so rough never smiles even in the AM. I think she is over worked. I love this place but the fact that they have people like her working makes me question the place.

Fantastic experience: I started coming here on my own and now that I have a family, we all come here for dental care. Dr. Yoon and all the staff have always been nice. Our 2 kids both have Autism and one is extremely sensory sensitive making almost all of his procedures an ordeal. We typically schedule all our appts together since one of us parents needs to be with one of the kids. They have always been very patient with our kids and accommodating to our families' needs which we appreciate so much.

I brought my kids in for some rather extensive work and was pleased that they accept a wide variety of insurance. The dentist was fantastic at walking through exactly what needed to be done and what she could do, when - I loved how upfront she was and that she took out all of the guesswork. The search has stopped - this is absolutely our new family dentist.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for a bit over a year now after neglecting my dental health for quite some time after a pretty traumatic experience with another dentist. I have never felt more taken care of and safe as I do here. Dr. Yoon is professional and friendly, as well as her office staff. And the most important part (for me)…..every procedure I have had done by her was PAINLESS! If I could give more than five stars for that, I would.
