Fantastic experience: Wow! Where do I start! Dr. Cecchini is wonderful! I had a dental emergency, a friend recommended him. I called and they got me in the next day! Dr. Cecchini is well presented, well spoken, obviously very smart. He explained everything very well. He was incredibly gentle. He put a temporary crown on and it feels better than it ever did already! Putting the real crown on next week. His assistant Ruth also impeccable! So kind, so gentle, calmed me down and explained everythjng very well. She is obviously very smart as well! Also, the office is beautiful and makes you feel calm. Front desk staff...fantastic. My dental hygienist, Toula, is absolutely outstanding. She's not only the most thorough hygienist I've ever had, but she also genuinely cares about her patients. She remembers details about my life and always asks about them when I come in, which makes every visit feel personal rather than routine. It's clear she takes pride in both her work and building relationships with her patients. Dr. Giancarlo Cecchini is equally fantastic. He's extremely knowledgeable, explains everything clearly, and has a calm, reassuring demeanor that makes even procedures involving drilling feel surprisingly comfortable. He has a way of putting you completely at ease, and I always leave feeling confident that I'm receiving the best possible care. I can't recommend this office highly enough. Fantastic experience: After a trying morning with trying to get my son seen for his tooth pain they were able to see him within hours of my phone call. Dr C came in despite closing for the holiday weekend and due to not having another staff available to help him with the procedure, he didn't let my son and I walk out of that office without making sure someone was going to be able to help him. I am grateful for Dr Ceccini Seeing through my worry and frustration for my son, my fear of his pain, and being kind, patient and treating me like a human. He also didn't charge me- for anything. That man is a true blessing and a reminder that good people are out there. God bless him. I will be setting up appointments to bring my whole family.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Cecchini makes me feel at home and comfortable. He took the time to explain and help me understand my traumatic oral injury and tooth loss due to a bicycle accident, educated me on my treatment options, and helping me feel I had some control over my care yet still giving me his professional and kind-hearted guidance. I’m into Year 3 of a very long recovery process - which started with a broken jaw - and I feel cared for every step of the way. Very quick to answer any questions I have when I’m not in the office. Much to my surprise, it was digital. I was out in 15 min. Dr. Cecchini and staff are so friendly. Try them, you will like them.

Couldn’t be more pleased with his work and ability to see me quickly when needed. I’m 71 and told my wife that Dr. Cecchini is the best dentist I have ever been to. So lucky to have found him.

Fantastic experience: A front tooth cap fell off while eating dinner at nearly 10 pm. You could imagine what the mirror image looked like. I had to be at work for 8am the next day. I called my BFF who shared with me how much she loved her dentist and staff and I should try to reach out tomorrow and see if I could get an appt. When I found the webite, I saw that people had the ability to make on line appts. Surprisingly, I had the ability, as a new patient in an emergent situation, to make an on line appt at 7am before my work started the next morning. Upon entering the office, the usual paperwork had to be completed, but the the warm, vibe in the office made me feel like we were "old friends" As you always see on TV, save the misssing parts, I, thankfully, did not swallow my cap, and put it in a plastic bag. I was quickly broug ht to the operatory, asked what happened, and quickly gave my bagged cap to the hygenist. Within moments I found out the cap was in great shape, was being disinfected and cleaned, and just needed to be recemented. That was a WOW! moment. I thought I had to go thr the whole process of capping again, and would have, but the integrity, of Dr. Cecchini, and his staff was so welcome...but you know that when you walk thr his office doors.

Fantastic experience: Had a dental emergency when my crown came out. Calling at 7:50 AM, Suzy was able to get me in at 8:30 AM. Dr Cecchini cleaned and replaced the crown nicely, and I was out the door by 9:15. Incredible service!!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this dental practice for over 30 years. This is not your normal dentist office. They don’t rush through the visit to get to the next person or try to sell you unnecessary products. A great indication of the quality of the practice and staff is the very limited turnover in the hygienist staff. The hygienist who took care of me today has been there for over 20 years and there are several other members of the team who have been there at least this long. I couldn’t recommend the practice more.

In my most recent visit I saw a newly hired hygienist, Amy. She immediately made me feel comfortable sharing my concerns since my last visit and, during the cleaning, she gave several helpful tips, including suggesting that I brush with my left hand because I am right handed, which led to me not brushing a particular area of my teeth enough from that angle. Highly recommend this practice!

He’s very thorough and gentle and has provided excellent guidance as I continue my journey to straighten my teeth. My dentist visits are stress free and I actually look forward to them! Fantastic experience: Had a possible emergency tooth issue, and Dr. Cecchini looked at a picture I took of it and evaluated it even though he happened to be out of town. Very kind, informative and responsive. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and he and his staff were very kind, welcoming, and most importantly he fixed my issue in 20 minutes, in and out. My wife goes here as well and we’ve had nothing but great care. Highest recommendation.
