Fantastic experience: Dr. Yale has been absolutely fantastic, and I highly recommend him. I had ongoing dental issues for years that multiple dentists were unable to properly identify or resolve, but Dr. Yale recognized the problem immediately and came up with a clear plan to fix it. For the first time in about five years, I can comfortably eat on that side of my mouth again. Beyond doing great work, he took the time to explain what he was doing throughout the process, which really helped reassure me as someone who gets anxious about dental visits. The entire staff at Healthy Dental has also been incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming every time I’ve been there. I’m genuinely relieved to have finally found a dentist I trust and plan to continue seeing.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful expirence getting work done here. The vibes were amazing. Everyone was happy, smiling and informative. From the lady at the front desk, to the assistant Katrina, to Sam, all the way to Dr. Yale (The young guy) was nothing but comforting service. Other dental offices need to take notes. I thank the competent staff for taking the time to service my needs.

Fantastic experience: World’s best family dentist!

Negative experience: Was coming here for years. Had great experience, but last visit, I had to wait 35-40mins in lobby, I believe it was emergency for somebody, and I didn't have any problem. But when It was my turn, they wanted to do cleaning and I came for a chipped tooth. Doctor Yale wasn't ready for me and not informed why I was coming. He reshaped my filling and left a gap between my teeth, saying crown would be only option, which is probably truth. But the visit was so rushed and they were not prepared for me, I wasted half day at work, which would be all fine. But I have food stucking between, where I got new gap and its hurting my gums. It would be all fine, If I didn't have feeling that it was all just to get rid of me that day, even though I waited and didn't say a word about it. Poor experience and treatment for a returning patient, will go to other Dentist.

Fantastic experience: Smita was thorough in cleaning and did so in a way that it didn't bother my sensitive teeth. She also gave helpful advice on how to brush more effectively. Dr. Yale explained his observations and suggestions really clearly and listened to my questions. Also, everybody was really friendly!

Negative experience: Poor experience! I’ve been coming here for several years, and while they are often behind schedule, they usually apologize for the delays, and I’ve been understanding. However, during my most recent visit, I was running late and called ahead. The receptionist assured me it would not be an issue. After driving an hour to get there, the hygienist informed me that she would have to significantly reduce her time with me. When I tried to clarify why this was the case, given what the receptionist had said, the hygienist became extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. The receptionist offered an apology, but it didn’t feel sincere. I ultimately decided to leave and will not be returning. The dentist never acknowledged or addressed the hygienist’s behavior. No one should be treated this way. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Fantastic experience: the process of taking care of my teeth is excellent and no upselling

Fantastic experience: Unfortunately my problem can best be solved by a root canal procedure, but Dr. Cho explained that there were other alternatives, such as extracting the tooth. However, she didn't advise that as it would leave me with no lower molars on that side. I took her advice and as the root canal will be done in stages she performed the first stage.

Fantastic experience: I visited this place for a dental cleaning. The hygienist, Jin, made me feel at ease and performed the cleaning painlessly. During the process, caries were discovered, and Dr. Erin promptly treated and filled it. Although I had to drive a long distance to get here, I’m grateful they addressed everything quickly without requiring a follow-up visit.

We all know how difficult we can trust someone and how easy we can distrust whom we have trusted. I have trusted Dr. Cho because he has done his job really well. Most of all, he recommends a good plan to treat my teeth with potential problems (old gold crowns). And I appreciate Dr. Erin Cho. Her kindness to my son always makes me feel grateful. Finally, I would like to appreciative kind staff at time time. Thank you for taking good care of my son. Having dentists I can trust just make me so happy. ----------------------- Dr. Cho is a perfectionist who has strong professional ethic as a dentist. I had a regular check-up with Dr. Cho (Sr.). It couldn't be better. He meticulously checked out my new crown he treated and gave me a deelp scaling as he said. As a patient, I could feel how meticulously he was doing his work. I am impressed at his strong professional ethics as a dentist. In addition, he asked me my implant's company and model number, which I had 29 years ago. Dr. Cho said it will help me fix my implant in the future, which lowers a cost. I don't know the dental center in my country still has my record in 29 years. But I will contact them. I am thankful for having Dr. Cho ( My wife and me) and Dr. Erin Cho (my Kids' dentist) as our four family members' dentist. My 2 hour driving in the morning and 3 hour in the afternoon was worthwhile today. If anyone who wants to change their dentists, I strongly recommend Dr. Cho (Sr.) and Dr. Erin Cho. _______________________________ Honest and professional. My friend strongly recommended Healthy Dental Center to me. I hesitated to visit them because it would take 2 and a half hour to get there. But it was worth it. I assumed that I would spend about 900 dollar to replace my golden crown based on a quote from a different dentist. Thankfully, James said I don't have to do it now. My wife said Erin was also so kind and nice to my teenage son. So, we decided to change our family dentistry. My review is about our first visit. So it can be different from patients who had more experience with this dental center. We schdule another appointment 6 month later. I will share my reivew with others next time. But Chicago traffic made me drive 3 and a half hour on Friday. This is certainly challenging to me.

Dr Yale is sensitive and well mannered not only to his patients but also his assistants. He peppers his gentle care and practice with “Pleases” and “thank yous” which make you feel at ease and in good hands. And that you are! Dr Yale is a problem solver, capable of scheduling and prioritizing extensive dental work. You feel he can be trusted and he does not disappoint! In the past, I would arrive at the dentist’s office with a PTSD and high blood pressure. Dr Yale's professionalism, gentle touch, and dependability changed all of that! I would recommend Healthy Dental and Dr Yale to anyone interested in a major life change.

Fantastic experience: My molar was in an extreme amount of pain caused by dental work that was done by a previous clinic and I was amazed to hear how quickly they were able to fit me in for a root canal at this clinic. I called on a Friday and they were able to see me by Monday and I got the root canal done on a Tuesday morning! Amazing! I was seen by Dr. Yale Cho and I felt like I was in proper and genuine care the whole time. He was very informative about the procedure and thoroughly explained how much everything would cost. The reception staff at the clinic were also very helpful in scheduling back to back appointments so I could get the root canal treatment done as soon as possible! I do not have much dental anxiety but if you are someone who is typically anxious about dental work, I can say that you would be comfortable going here for dental work. I am no longer in pain thanks to the dental team here!

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing! Much more high tech than my other dentist in the city. I was recommended by a friend as it was much closer to my house and am glad I went. I was greeted very warmly when I entered and was seen right on time (no waiting, always a good sign!) Dr. Erin Cho was very thorough with the cleaning. She was able to also thankfully detect an early sign of cavity under a filling, she showed me pictures of it (this was the fun and high tech part that I enjoyed) of what it looked like before, during, and after! I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family.

Fantastic experience: I found this dental center through my insurance…it is a hidden gem! I had a great experience with Dr.Yale for a dental cleaning so I went ahead and scheduled an implant with him. I am weary of dental procedures but he made everything seamless. I had a nail drilled into my jaw and did not feel any pain or swelling post op, which was quite mind boggling.

Fantastic experience: As it was my first time coming here and my first time getting a tooth pulled, I was fairly nervous. I had a very painful cavity beyond repair, it needed to be pulled desperately. The team was able to check me in, check out my teeth and get the tooth pulled in a very time efficient and pain free manor. The dentist was great and had a friendly demeanor. I’m glad he made 100% certain I was numbed up enough. He made sure I couldn’t feel a thing and finished the job effectively while working on my tooth virtually pain free. He gave me everything I needed to know before leaving.Two days have passed and the pain is slowly going away completely. They had friendly staff in person and on the phone. I usually go to a dentist in Naperville. As this was an emergency I decided to come here because it’s 10 minutes away from me.I would definitely come back here and feel comfortable about doing so.

Fantastic experience: I give 5 star review to Dr. James Cho because he made a perfect crown for my molar. He explained his lab made it, using a 3D printer. It is so natural that I don't feel a crown covered my teeth. He meticulously took care of every step. Particularly, I have liked how he explained everything related to his treatment. He gave me my 3D printed teeth model as a souvenir, which will make my son enjoy playing with it.
