Fantastic experience: I’m on my second crown with the doc70 years old. I’ve had many crowns. The crowns I got from him were the best fitting I’ve ever had in my life.

Fantastic experience: Just got a crown placed, the doctor has a very gentle touch for a dentist. He was very thorough and I had an unbelievably easy time going through the whole process. Previously, Had my regular cleaning appointment with checkup. Had a very smooth experience with cleaning that was done with care. The hygienist was very nice and was not in a hurry. The doctor was caring and thorough in his checkup after the cleaning, also very easy to talk to when answering questions. Highly recommended.

The hygienists are all super careful and gentle. Dr. Frangoli is as well. I cannot recommend this place enough

Negative experience: I got 2 crowns top and bottom now my mouth is crooked. I came back told the dentist still nothing he polished it down but the crowns just don't match properly it's causing me a lot of pain...trying to find a solution and the dentist knows because when he did it I heard him tell the assistant my bite is off! TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!

It was very difficult to get my teeth out. And he made sure I was in as little pain as possible. He's a great doctor he works hard for his patients. All the staff are very sweet and hard working.

Fantastic experience: I previously left a great review because I truly love this office and always recommend it to others. I’ve had several procedures done here and have always had positive experiences. However, today felt a bit off. My fiancé and I both came in for fill-ins and an extraction, and the appointment felt a little rushed. My jaw is extremely sore afterward, more than I’ve experienced before.That said, the receptionist and staff are always welcoming, the dentist is usually great, and the office is very clean with good energy overall. I’m hoping today was just an off day. You guys will be in my prayers.

Fantastic experience: My regular dentist, Dr. Rashid at Inspire Dentistry, didn’t accept my new insurance, care lapsed and I ended-up needing a root canal. Dr. Fragnoli and his team took excellent care of me. They did an amazingly thorough cleaning and a very quick and proficient root canal. Dr. Fagnoli answered all of my questions and his staff is amazing at dealing with insurance issues and scheduling. The equipment is a tad older, but everything is very clean and hygienic - what they lack and trendy treatments and decor - this office more than makes-up for in professionalism and by working with ALMOST ANY DENTAL INSURANCE.

Fantastic experience: I showed up 40 minutes early for my appointment and they had the procedure finished five minutes before my actual appointment time, great work. This is my definitely my regular dentist going forward.

Fantastic experience: First I was so say the staff was incredibly friendly and kind. For context, I have been going to a commercial dentist for the last almost 3 years and have really never had a great experience. My new filling popped out (had it for exactly 8 weeks mind you) and decided I needed to go else where. This is where Canton Family Dental comes in- I called Monday at 11 am ish, and was able to get an appointment for an exam and filling on the following Wednesday. Not only did the doctor listen to my concerns, but he did an amazing job. This is the first time in almost 3 years where I’ve only had to be numbed one time, and the fastest I have left the office; from start to finish I was out of there in 36 minutes (No joke, I was shocked). I would highly recommend trying out Canton Family Dentistry!

The admin staff go above and beyond any dental staff I have ever encountered. I highly recommend this dental office. 5th visit was for an extraction. He took extra step of grinding around edges so that the extraction of pieces was barely noticeable. Before I knew it, it was done! Best dentist I've been to in 50 years!

Fantastic experience: I recently had an appointment with Dr. Dan for my routine cleaning and had a fantastic experience. Lisa made the X-ray process incredibly smooth—much better than what I’ve experienced at previous dental offices. I felt well taken care of throughout the visit, and I’m definitely looking forward to coming back for my next session.

Fantastic experience: This place is absolutely the best. I've had a lot of dentists in the last five years, and this is by far the best. The people at the desk are so friendly and accommodating. Frustratingly, kind of late, like most of the time, and I occasionally miss an appointment, and they are just phenomenally accommodating and polite. It really means a lot to know that I have a secure place that won't boot me out. Also, the dental workers that help the dentist are also great. I'm blanking on what they're called, but yeah, they're amazing. And then the dentist himself is by far the best dentist I've had in those last handful of years. I've had probably like six dentists. This guy is just so chill, really friendly, really good at what he does, relatively painless, and yeah, I really hope these people don't end up going somewhere, because, yeah, I've never been so happy with a dentist before.

Negative experience: I’ve gone twice now, once for a cleaning and another for a re-filling. The staff was very friendly and professional. Wait time was almost non existent, you were called back around the time of your appointment which I very much appreciated. I was hesitant to try out a new dentist office since I moved back to the area BUT UNFORTUNATELY they screwed up the insurance and keep hounding me for payment when I clearly had insurance and it was quite easy for me to confirm that. They for some reason have been unable to do the same. ALSO, after going to another dentist in Canton off of Ford road for my next check up they were able to get my teeth MUCH cleaner than this dentist office. They even removed some stains from my top 2 teeth. I was very impressed. Glad this mix up with the insurance happen at Canton Family Dental or I would have never found my new dentist!
