Negative experience: Update from my 1st post. I had another appointment at 12:30, 3 other people were in the waiting room but 1 of them was a friend/sister of the doctor because The doctor came and got her meanwhile, the receptionist took me back to a room at 12:45. I passed the other people who are now sitting in their rooms by themselves. I waited an additional five minutes but 20 minutes later, and I never saw a dental assistant or the doctor. The doctor needs to visit on her own time not her patient time!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Patel has the best dental staff. When you enter the office, you are greeted by Kim, the receptionist. It only gets better from there. You will not be disappointed with this dental staff. Today I met the new dental hygienist, Jessica C, because Kim is at home with her new baby girl. I'm spoiled after today's visit. She has the absolute best bedside manner, of a Dental Hygienist that I have ever had. I didn't take any photos, because my mouth was open. But give Dr. Patel and her staff a visit. I promise, you will NOT be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Honestly this is the best dentist office in Canton. There charges are very reasonable if you don’t have an insurance. They will not sell you any unwanted services and also will not force you to get any services done if it can be monitored (my 2 right wisdom teeths) Dr Patel is very knowledgeable and will address all your questions and concerns regarding and dental problems.

Negative experience: Specifically called off work to go this appointment and told the staff this. They will not service you first time. Didn't ask how I would pay and simply assume black customers don't have the money for services. And it's a black dental office. Never again

Fantastic experience: This was my second visit and I’m just as happy as the first. The office is very clean and it smells amazing when you walk in which makes everything more relaxing. Kim at the front desk is incredible and communicates so well. Dr Patel is wonderful and today I also met Dr S who was great. My dental hygienist Jessica is AMAZING so gentle kind and thorough.
