My teeth look amazing, and I truly appreciate the care and attention she puts into her work. She's also been wonderful with my boys. She's patient, friendly, and makes them feel at ease during their visits, which means so much as a parent. If you're looking for a dentist who genuinely cares about her patients and does excellent work, I highly recommend Dr. Nadia!

Fantastic experience: Update, they’re still the best!! Simply Dentistry is by far the best dental office I’ve ever been to. Dr. Iqbal and her entire staff are kind, attentive and extremely capable and thorough. I came in with pain and bleeding in my gums that several other dentists were unable to identify the root of and unwilling to problem shoot. Dr. Iqbal and Sara, her hygienist, spent several visits asking me questions, taking x-rays, and doing their own experiments. After years of pain we have finally identified the problem and have several potential solutions! This would not have been possible without Dr. Iqbal and Sara’s curiosity and determination. Aside from that, they are extremely gentle and thoughtful when executing cleanings, fillings and crowns. Highly recommend!

She always greets you with a smile and is very polite and respectful to all patients. She makes you feel welcomed. First impressions are lasting ones. The office is always clean and inviting. My dental hygienist, Sarah, makes you comfortable and pain free. She is professional and comforting. Felicia, the dental assistant is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She talks you through everything. The piano music really calms me down. The other staff that I haven't interacted with have been very nice and friendly as well. Dr. lqbal is extremely kind, patient and knowledgable. I had never met a Dentist that relaxed me enough to get my teeth in shape. Dr. lqbal developed a personalized plan of action. Fantastic experience: I had an absolutely stupendous time here! I was recommended by my longtime childhood friend, who had been going since he was out the womb. Now I understand why he’s been going for so long! I first have to start with the customer service - what pleasant people! They greeted with very large smiles, exactly like I’d expect a dentist to do. This made me feel so welcome compared to my last dentist, who didn’t brush his teeth. Beyond the customer service, the actual treatment was A+++! They removed all my cavities, and made my teeth finally look white again. I even got compliments for the first time ever this week! Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for great customer service and treatment at the same time.

Negative experience: I came here earlier this year for a cleaning and had a great experience, which is why I scheduled follow-up work. Unfortunately, my experience trying to reschedule was very disappointing. I had to adjust my initial appointment due to insurance changes, which I communicated. When I called to reschedule again, the person who answered asked what procedure I was coming in for and why I needed to reschedule again. Both questions felt unnecessary and uncomfortable, especially since the information should have already been in my file and I was still within their rescheduling policy. I was also told their schedule was very booked and the tone made it seem as though my request was an inconvenience. At that point, I chose to cancel and seek care elsewhere. It’s unfortunate because my initial visit was positive, but customer service during scheduling matters just as much as clinical care. Moving on to greener pastures.

Fantastic experience: I had a root canal w/ Dr Salah and Dr Iqbal had done some of my other dental work. I can say that they were both extremely kind, knowledgeable and patient. I have terrible dental anxiety and I struggle with having dental work done bcz I easily vomit. All the staff helped me through and were extremely professional. I have dental insurance so obviously that affects the cost I pay for services but so far it has been reasonable.

Fantastic experience: So I am not the biggest fan of the dentist because my mouth is extremely small and it’s always uncomfortable having anything done. I honestly always walk out with it feeling like I got punched in the jaw. Lori at simply dentistry was so sweet and extremely gentle with my scans today, I highly recommend this office for any of your dental needs.

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible!! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone they did a terrible job on my teeth!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Simply Dentistry since 2017 or 2018 and have never had a better experience with a dentist. Dr. Iqbal is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and completely in tune with my heightened anxiety at the dentist. I highly recommend her and the staff at Simply Dentistry. She has also brought on a couple of specialists so I don’t have to go to another dental office if I need a special procedure done.

Fantastic experience: I never thought I’d say this… but I actually love going to the dentist now. After some pretty bad past experiences that made me swear I’d never go back, I finally found a dentist who completely changed that for me. I came in for a cleaning and ended up needing a cavity filled, and I felt completely at ease the whole time. She was gentle, kind, explained everything, and genuinely cared about my comfort. I’m so grateful I found her and her team! If you’re nervous about going to the dentist or have had bad experiences before, this is the place that will change your mind :)

Negative experience: This review is for the male receptionist. The questions you asked made me feel as if I was being interrogated all because you saw my area code was not from Canton. Or from Michigan. When you’re in a professional setting you should not be asking me where I am calling from especially if it has nothing to do with the service. It does not matter where I am calling from. Yes my area code is in another state, but what does that have to do with anything? I’m under no obligation to tell you where I am calling from. I should have never mentioned anything other than the care I wanted to receive. I’m sure you did not have any ill intentions but man please work on your tone. I would have booked with this facility but not after feeling like I’m not suppose to be there all because of preconceived notions of where and what you think I’m suppose to be located at. It’s none of your business.

Fantastic experience: Recently got a root canal, I’ve never had one before. I felt very welcomed the second I called and set the appointment up! Everyone was super educating on the process from start to finish. I was a little nervous and they were very helpful with keeping me calm and reassuring me how my well being was top priority and she would stop to numb me more if needed. You guys have amazing staff and in my opinion one the best dentist visits I have ever had. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: This is by far the best place I have ever been. They walk me through two root canals, two fillings and two crowns. I was scared and had PTSD but the hospitality they showed me let me know I was in good hands and lead to nothing but excellent work. I highly recommend anyone with fears, or want to understand what’s happening while it’s happening or just want great work done in a good vibe, high energy environment.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I had a root canal done. Probably my biggest fear. Have not been to a dentist in years because of a extremely painful experience. Person who did my root canal was an absolute professional and dealt with my cowardly ways. At the first sniff of pain, she stopped and made sure there wouldn't be any. Have to go back to finish up next week. But I will also make continuing appointments to take care of my teeth. Something I have been concerned about but too scared to do. Thank you everyone!

Negative experience: Save your money and your teeth! This office will overcharge you and perform unnecessary procedures that could damage your teeth. I went in for a regular cleaning and was told I needed 5 crowns. Five! I already knew one crown was necessary for my root canal-treated tooth, but the other four were completely unexpected. I asked for my X-rays to be emailed and showed them to my sister, who is a dentist. She was shocked. While she acknowledged there could be something she wasn’t seeing, needing 5 crowns seemed absurd—especially since some of these teeth had no issues at all. Not even cavities! My sister recommended I ask about less invasive options. So I did. The dentist’s response? "Oh, I don’t mention that because it’s not covered by insurance." Excuse me? You don’t mention it?? You’d rather grind down my healthy teeth for a crown because it’s covered by insurance?? Unbelievable. Then she said, "Let’s do the ones we’re sure about today," referring to the crown for my root canal tooth. I agreed. But instead of doing one, she did two teeth as one crown, claiming it would “strengthen” the other crown. My sister freaked out when I told her—this is bad practice. Doing two teeth as one crown is rarely recommended except for the elderly or people with serious bone density issues. I’m a healthy 30-year-old with no such problems! To be sure, I went to another dentist for a second opinion. They were just as shocked and told me that while dentistry can be subjective, no one would argue that the work done here was unnecessary and poorly executed. Long story short: Avoid this place at all costs. They will push unnecessary, invasive treatments and leave you questioning their ethics.

Also gave me ample time to use the suction when needed. Overall she did a great job and I would recommend everyone to come here.
