Fantastic experience: They are the best I’ve been to yet dr Andrew is great my husband went several places but they couldn’t help came here and they did it in 30 mins

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience! We were referred by another dentist and were able to get an appointment the very next day. My son was in a tremendous amount of pain, and although we ultimately needed another referral for further treatment, Dr. Atish did everything he could to help make my son comfortable until he could be seen by the specialist. The entire staff was extremely professional, compassionate, and helpful throughout our visit. I truly appreciate the care and concern they showed my son during such a difficult time. We will definitely be returning for any future dental care our family may need. Highly recommend!

The first phone call to make my appointment gave me such a sense of ease due to the person on the other ends kindness. The entire office and waiting area is super clean and welcoming, they even have beautiful seasonal decorations. Everyone in the office was incredibly caring, understanding, and it was exactly what I needed to feel comfortable. They took their time, explain everything clearly, and consistently check in on how I was feeling. I had a good amount of work done and it was painless. Negative experience: If you have a busy schedule, and often have to remake plans. This isn't the place for you. They are extremely unforgiving with people who have kids even. They want you on their schedule, not yours. I would not recommend a dentist that can't understand people have other plans sometimes

Fantastic experience: It was my first time here! Upon arrival the ladies at the front desk were very nice and friendly. They explained what I was getting and explained in detail for the pricing. The ladies who took my X-ray and gum measurements were very nice. They were knowledgeable,and explained in detailed what I needed. Dr.Andrew was very nice,knowledgeable, and he gave me great advice about my teeth. I trust his advice and I will continue to be a regular.

Fantastic experience: I went in for 3 extractions (2 wisdom teeth and 1 side tooth that had an abscess). I had been dealing with pain on and off for years, and honestly, I was scared to finally face it because of a bad experience I had at a different dental office years ago. When I say Dr. Andrew and his assistant were AMAZING! They were so patient with me, walked me through everything, and made sure I was comfortable and ready every step of the way. I did have them stop a few times so I could take a deep breath and get numb a little more, and they never judged me, rushed me, or made me feel bad for being nervous. They were incredibly patient and reassuring throughout the entire process. It turned out WAY better than I expected, and they were able to take care of all 3 extractions during an emergency appointment because I couldn't wait for my originally scheduled appointment. I truly appreciate Dr. Andrew and his assistant so much. ❤️ Thank you for being patient with me, making me feel safe, and helping me finally face something I had been putting off for years. Dr was nice and patient, funny too. root canal wasn't so bad and I had to get two and its more to come a little discomfort but that's it , it was as enjoyable as a root canal can possibly be lol I'll be back

Fantastic experience: Everyone was nice from the front desk staff to the Dr's. I arrived 10 mins early both days and didn't have to wait. I got 5 fillings over 2 days and the staff were all patient, understanding and made sure I was ok throughout the procedure. They are efficient at their job. I never thought I would say I had a pleasant experience at any dental office.

Fantastic experience: First time visiting Dental Care of Canton and I had a great experience. The front staff was nice and helpful. I had the most gentle cleaning I've ever had. Everything was quick and efficient. The dentist did a great job on my tooth bonding. Definitely recommend. If you choose to get fluoride, note that you have to leave it on for 20 minutes and have to brush your teeth at home to get it off.

I highly recommend her to anyone coming in for a teeth cleaning. Her work is excellent, and she was so gentle and compassionate. I have dental anxiety due to some bad experiences in the past, but Dina made me feel completely at ease. She did such a great job that I forgot all about my fears during the appointment. The doctor was also very caring and took the time to explain my condition clearly and answer my questions. Negative experience: They managed to max out the amount my insurance will cover in 2 visits and the second visit was a follow up. My itemized bill from my insurance showing what was covered at procedures on there that I did not receive

Fantastic experience: Got me in very quickly on a Saturday an hour before closing, assessed the situation and gave me my best options. Was having a dental emergency & the tooth had to be pulled so that's exactly what they did and so quick and painless. I used to come to this establishment before the new owners took it over and they were the reason I quit coming. Highly recommended to anyone I know, didn't catch my doctors name (I did just can't remember it) but he was so sweet and fast and so was the assistant. She guided me through , gave thorough after care instructions and was very sweet all around. Glad to have a good dental team back in this building. Great job

Negative experience: Very bad communication! I went to get a filling for my tooth. When I sat on the dental chair and the doctor was ready to start, the receptionist came in to tell me that my insurance does not cover it and I must pay. Why didn't they tell me this when I booked the appointment? Telling me at the last minute while I am in the chair is unprofessional.

Came back 2 days later and got my 2 upper wisdom teeth removed for the first time in my life. Fantastic experience: Had as great of an experience as one can when you get your tooth extracted. Last night my tooth pain was relentless so I looked on Google and took a chance. I'm so glad I did. They had a next morning appointment, and pulled the tooth same day. My old office would never have done that. They would have prescribed antibiotics and made an appointment for extraction weeks out or referred me somewhere else. I also suffer from anxiety at the dentist, but they made sure I was comfortable and didnt make me feel bad for my situation. Not only will I be back next month for routine cleanings, but I made appointments for my kids before I left. We won't be going back to our old office.

Fantastic experience: I booked a last minute appointment with them because the other places refused to treat me without an X-Ray and I was 37 weeks pregnant so I didn’t want to be exposed. The doctor had a look at my teeth and was ok to let me get a routine cleaning done without an X-Ray. It was a quick job and they did not try to force any products on me. Very happy with the treatment. The staff was friendly and I got an appointment for my 3 year old also.
