Fantastic experience: First time here on 6/30/26, everything was so quiet and calm which I enjoyed. Alyssa treated me very well from start to finish and was very gentle on my teeth but did a great job and was very transparent and polite. Thank you for the good experience (tell the tools to be a little nicer though LOL) I recommend this place for anyone needing stress free dental work with amazing staff all around.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Dawson and all the hygienists are so incredible, and the best of the best. I was having really bad anxiety about getting fillings after not having been to the dentist for over 10 years due to bad prior experiences somewhere else and they made me feel so comfortable and calm and explained the process and answered any questions. I didn't even feel pain and it was a smooth and quick process. Laurich changed my dentistry experience and Im so appreciative.

Negative experience: Was told that my insurance was accepted and that my exam would be covered the following day I get billed and notified by text I try to contact the office not even 30 minutes after receiving the text and no one answers called repeatedly still no answer even though they are open and clearly someone is in office to even be able to bill me but apparently can not answer the phone absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional

Fantastic experience: Very happy with our decision to switch Dentists! Our 11 year old son needed 2 teeth removed and this was his first appointment here... which is not the best way to meet a new Dentist. The 2 people working on him were so nice, fun, kept chatting to keep his mind off what was happening and were quick! When we left he was totally fine and was so happy it was easy. Beyond impressed and happy with our decision!

Kristen was friendly and put me at ease by telling me what she was doing every step of the way. She efficiently did my teeth cleaning and Xrays. The doctor was also friendly and did the checkup quickly.

Fantastic experience: My dentist recently retired, but in his last years of practice he chose Laurich dentistry to ease into his retirement. I am very picky about my family’s dental care as we have had horrible experiences in the past, however Laurich Dentistry seems to be an exceptional practice. Staff is knowledgeable, very friendly and extremely competent. I also had one of the most gentle and thorough cleanings ever! They seem honest, professional and trustworthy which I appreciate very much.

Negative experience: I felt like I had an appointment with a stuent. My bill was double than my last ceaning, exray and Dentist exam. There should be a discount when you have an upper denture. They are only ckeaning and exraying half of your teeth. I'll be looking for more of a fair pricing somewhere else

Negative experience: This place is a scam! Here's why: 1.My friend already got a text from her credit card company saying they were charged, but the attendant tried to charge her card again anyway! We ended up getting double-charged. 2.My friend went in for a regular 6-month cleaning, but the attendant tried to rip us off. They switched the service code to a more expensive cleaning level without our approval! Will never visit them again!

Positive experience: I’ve been going here for a couple years now and the dentists and assistants are beyond amazing here, but it seems more times than not I call someone is always rude or I leave the phone call just feeling uneasy. Sad to say I’m leaving but the customer service with the desk people are just not worth it for me.

Positive experience: I was there yesterday to get a crown done and for the doctor to look at a different tooth that had been bothering me too. I had taken work off and scheduled this appointment specifically to get the crown done. But once the doctor looked at my other tooth he determined that it needed to have a root canal and therefore he would not do the crown on my other tooth. I understand doing the tooth that is bothering you first, but I had schedule time with the dentist that day to get the crown done which is just as important to do. I felt like this was pretty frustrating. I took work off (which I only have limited days off) to get my crown done on the one tooth that has also been bothering me. But he wouldn’t do it. Now, I have to schedule three more days off work because he wouldn’t do the crown on the one tooth before I got a root canal on the other tooth. Although he was very professional and thorough he did make me feel like he was too busy or didn’t care enough to do what I had come in there for.

Positive experience: My second visit here . Good staff and great facilities. Hygienist was knowledgeable, and friendly . I don’t have any much to complain as a visit. But when I received the bill there was copay , which should not be there , because it was just annual clean up and free . That’s when I realized it was for the fluoride . Usually in my previous dental office they ask me if I need it or not since they have to charge . I don’t remember the hygienist asking me anything. For future visits I have to make sure I tell them ahead I don’t need it .
