Affordable Dentures & Implants

Negative experience: They do not give your proper instructions for before care. Which is major is you are having sedation. They also don’t care to be questioned whatsoever about the procedure, if you do they will cancel you as a patient. Also do not feel obligated to pay for anything, if you never signed a consent. Was told my mother signed no consent forums, so I questioned why she was being demanded to pay then. Snitma or whoever upfront then changed her answer to that was signed, so I told her to send it via email. Boom cancelled, no longer a patient. I highly recommend going to an Oral Surgeon, truly any, over this office. Real shady to just cancel when questioned things. No swearing, no yelling, just true general concern as things were not lining up. I majorly was confused why my mother was going to be sedated & has step foot in this office two times prior & was never instructed on her care before surgery. That should be some printed off paperwork to send home with a patient beforehand so they are aware of the care they need to take for themselves. So if you are looking for cheap, sure this is the place. But beyond shady & I wouldn’t trust the service you were given, whatsoever. Don’t question anything either!

Negative experience: Horrible experience. I have 4-year-old denture that could not be repaired under warranty or adjusted only wanted to sell me a new one. I have a 11-year-old denture on the top that is just fine. Affordable Dentures and implants is a scam only want to sell you new because they're $2,400 original denture apparently is junk

Fantastic experience: I needed teeth. And they fixed them Now I'm able to eat nuts and other foods. The price was where I could afford it .So I say thanks for a job well done.

Negative experience: ⭐ 0 Stars I paid thousands of dollars in full for snap-in dentures and implants and, after nearly a year and a half, they still do not work properly. The lower denture constantly rocks and lifts, and the upper denture repeatedly comes loose. I have attended numerous appointments, adjustments, and try-ins, yet the problems remain unresolved. What is most frustrating is the amount of time, money, and inconvenience involved with very little progress. I was repeatedly assured the issues would be corrected, but after 18 months I am still unable to comfortably use the dentures as promised. I have spent countless hours traveling to appointments only to leave with the same unresolved problems. When you invest this much money in a treatment that is supposed to improve your quality of life, you expect results. Instead, I have been left with dentures that do not function correctly and no permanent solution despite repeated attempts to fix them. I cannot recommend this office based on my experience

Negative experience: Not happy at all with my new dentures and partial. The staff was nice some of them fake nice. I will never go there again. I was told I can’t get any more adjustments so I’m going to have live with what I have until I can get new ones in 5 years. I didn’t want to put the one star down. I told everyone I recommended to not go there.

Negative experience: Horrible! My friend just spent $20k on implants and having dentures relined. She came over complaining of the pain from her new denture lining. Dr. Rubiano, who performed the procedure, is out of town and there is no one to help her after spending $20k! I called and was put on hold by a call center advisor. He said he would get back to us and has not. Customer care is not a priority. Run away people!

Fantastic experience: Ii recently had extensive oral surgery here after getting a Botched job at a dentist that after 6 months i still had no teeth to eat with and every implant had either completely failed or was infected, needed removal and bone graphs. I would never recommend Parkside in Westland on Warren and Central City for even a cleaning. But I'm so happy to report that just 2 days after major surgery at Affordable, I'm already in less pain than I've been in for 6 months, my sinuses are actually draining again, the overall puffiness and swelling in my face for the last 6 months is going down and the weird nerve sensations are relaxing also. Dr. Mejia is a fabulous, gentle, honest and caring provider. After my last Botched job, I was nervous, anxious, didn't have much confidence in dentistry but my faith has been renewed. We still have some denture adjustment to take care of next week then my final denture in a few months once I'm completely healed but I'm already sleeping better and feel like I'm FINALLY on the road to recovery and being able to get back out into the world again without embarrassment and pain and looking 10 years older than I am from the Frankenstein Botched job from Parkside. BEWARE OF PARKSIDE AND THE COHEN BOYS/SONS. COMPLETE HACKS RIDING ON DADS COAT TAIL LOOKS NICE ON THE OUTSIDE BUT LOOKS ARE DECEIVING! HORRIBLE DENTAL PRACTICE. REALLY COMB THROUGH THEIR COMPLAINTS - YOU'LL FIND THE ONES THEY ARE PAYING GOOGLE TO HIDE UNDER THEIR 4.9 OLD PRACTICE REVIEWS WHICH THEY SOLD OUT TO BECAUSE THE OLD MAN KNEW HIS BOTS COULDN'T HANDLE IT WITHOUT HIM CORRECTING THEIR ERRORS. THEY ARE NOT COSMETIC OR IMPLANT OR DENTURE DENTISTS HERE. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED ⚠️ DON'T TRUST THEIR FAST TALKING USED CAR SALESMAN WAYS OR GET A LEMON MOUTH! Do yourself a favor and call the experts at Affordable DENTAL, save money (like THOUSANDS) A TON OF TIME and rest assured you will be better leaving than when you arrived. I'll update if anything changes but I already know by my whole body that the Botched job NIGHTMARE is over! FOD BLESS AFFORDABLE IMPLANTS AND DENTURES. P.S. Really do your homework if you are considering dental implants. They aren't all they're cracked up to be and not for everyone so make sure you really trust the provider because this process can easily cause you more harm than good if you don't have the right professional doing the work or if you aren't the right candidate which a lot of places won't admit until you've already shelled out thousands and thousands and thousands to just start back at square one all over again. Be smart, you only have 1 mouth and it's a important needed tool!

Fantastic experience: Let me start by saying that this was the very best dental experience I’ve ever had!! My husband had been looking at places closer to us but they didn’t quite feel right! Then he found affordable dentures and implants!!! I needed a whole mouth full of teeth extraction's and implants put in!! Was it uncomfortable? Painful? Sure a little you’re still at the dentist getting teeth pulled!! But let me say this, you will never find a better place anywhere!! From David in reception to the techs to Javier Dr. b’s assistant to Dr. b himself!!! Every single one of those people made the experience so pleasant just by being who they are, caring, helpful, devoted to their jobs and you feel like you’re with family instead of being at the dentist!! If I could do it all again I would choose affordable dentures and implants every single time!! The one in Livonia ay schoolcraft and middlebelt location at least!! Have Dr. Bazzi take care of you because he reallly knows what he’s doing and is very intelligent!! Loved, loved , loved the whole experience thanks to all of the wonderful people there!! Thank you. Negative experience: The lady assured me I was going to have my teeth before Thanksgiving pressured me too. I went ahead and borrowed money so that I could put a down payment and get the teeth excited that I would have them before Thanksgiving here it goes January 11. My appointment was on 7 January to get an adjustment. They wait till the office is closed the day before to send me a message telling me that their doctors are out of the office and they will let me know when they can get me into the office no call no nothing they’re horrible. The first teeth made me look like a horse even though I told him I always had small tea. I would not recommend at all now I’m calling and nobody ever answer the phone after they’ve already got my money for the teeth

Negative experience: Very unprofessional. When I got to my appointment that’s when I was informed that they don’t service what I need, but when I made the appointment the scheduler never objected to what services I needed. Of course they blamed it on the call center not knowing their job and need retraining for situations like this. But in reality there is no call center, it was a male at their office that scheduled my appointment cause we joked about it when I walked in. Office manager was a foreigner and every time I asked her a question she looked at her office staff like she didn’t know what to say, wasn’t helpful at all and honestly just a very bad experience. Staff is young and play too much, we are at a dentist office and everyone is up front horse playing being so unprofessional. The girl that took me back said what I wanted done was going to take awhile while she was doing my x-rays. I honestly believe since it was the end of the day, they didn’t want to do too much work, they were ready to go home. This place is horrible and honestly after they acted I wouldn’t trust them to do anything for me!!!

Fantastic experience: This was my last temp set of teeth. Dr. Bazzi asked me to write down any issues I was having so that he could correct them before making my last permanent teeth in the Zirconia. He had also made changes to this temp set and he handle every issue that I asked to be changed. As usual he is very professional and personable and you can tell he really wants to please you! Great guy! I have no fears that I’m going to walk away with any problems. Can’t thank him and his team enough!

Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE!!! This man messed my mouth up and I’m out 3000 and have a missing tooth. Dr Bazzi didn’t numb me enough when putting a the post for my implant, making me jump outta chair, then miraculously the implant failed and had to be taken out, but no refund or help was offered after. I won’t let this man touch me ever again. Shady place and practice!!! STAY AWAY!! Spend your money somewhere else.

Negative experience: I came to get my implants taken out and gums flushed. My sides (tooth replacement were secondary)...It appeared to me you all place emphasis on installing new teeth and that's all. But I was very clear in stateing what I wanted on the phone before excepting an appointment. After all that driving and long time spent there, I leave with nothing. They could have told me over the phone that your company Does Not perform the Service that I kept requesting; even at the reception desk upon entering. Very Disappointed!

Positive experience: Update, ok everything is done. Excellent staff, reasonable price and service. Services are tied to days of the week so there’s not much flexibility when making an appointment. Went for consultation. Staff is nice and presentable. I think they should have covered some details without me asking. Like how long the process would take etc. I got 2 different quotes which the second quote was $250 more.

Negative experience: Only because can't give a "0". Was quoted a flat rate which was paid via HFD loan. They then surprised me with a $600+ bill which was an additional 50%of original quote. They refuse to provide any services until paid even though they have a contract of the flat rate. Also billed my insurance for services not provided- Fraud reported. I wouldnt send my worst enemy here- even they deserve better service. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Fantastic experience: I give Dr. Bazzi and his incredible team 5 's ! My journey started in January 2025, I was nervous but the kindness, patience, skills and confidence of this team from the receptionist and surgical team walked me through the final stage of my permanent implants in September with the most "BEAUTIFUL SMILE" just like the business brochure! I wish I could insert a picture in this review to show you the results! If I had do all over again I would choose this team! Yes, there was a healing process but staff guided me through with no complications and well worth getting a new smile! Lynn W

Negative experience: Hi I had a very bad experience at the Livonia office. I filled out all the paperwork I was supposed to I had already had x rays emailed to the office and was told that they didn’t receive them. I said that I didn’t want to take them again because I don’t want to keep getting x rays on my head even though they are free and they kept wanting me to take the x rays so I told the manager no! Then the doctor came out and told me to get out of the office in a threatening manner. His name is Dr Bazzi I would not recommend this office for any dental work. They can’t keep up with billing or any other paperwork

Negative experience: My overall experience with this office has been decent, but there is one major issue that really overshadows everything else. Apart from the initial consultation, every procedure can only be scheduled in the morning. I’ve never encountered a dental office that limits patients this way, and it is extremely inconvenient for anyone who works standard morning hours. While their pricing might seem reasonable at first, it becomes far less so once you factor in the lost wages from having to take time off work. What looks affordable on paper actually ends up costing more or less the same as other dental offices. I truly hope the clinic reconsiders this rigid scheduling policy. Offering more flexible appointment times like others.

Negative experience: I am totally upset. I got a temporary bottom plate. I can’t eat anything with it. No one checked the “bite”. I don’t know if it’s going to be any better when or if I get the permanent plate. I had to call and get a prescription for antibiotics myself. It wasn’t offered. The Dr is too BUSY to take care of his patients. Procedure was never explained. You pay $5000 for 2 implants and you aren’t told anything. Don’t go there. Well it’s been over) months. I am still waiting. Saw the Dr today for 30 seconds. The bruising you get is ridiculous and no one tells you that. I have a complaint into Delta Dental Insurance.

It was a seamless experience from the time we made the appointment, same day no less, to be greeted warmly by Dave who made us copies of application paperwork. Nisha worked her professional magic, explained the price structure and made impressions. Yusef helped my husband select an appropriate color for his dentures. Dr Bazzi checked the models made for my husband. They seemed to fit well, a necessity for our upcoming visit. Dentures should fit well. Krissy was phenomenal with obtaining financing and providing assistance. She was very professional yet compassionate. Terri promptly made our next appointment. We are encouraged by everyone's part in today's visit. 5/5!

Negative experience: 7 months and 18 appointments (45 miles one way) I'm very disappointed. I knew it was going to take this long but the results are bad looking dentures that don't stay in place. Half the time I felt like they didn't know what they were doing. I've visited a lot of dentists but never been treated so poorly. They don't even offer to let you rinse all the gunk in your mouth when working on you and they don't explain anything.
