Negative experience: Got some work done, was told it have to be done in 2 segments, got the first part done , never got the 2nd part done…. Finally got an appointment for the 1 part done to find out I have to repay for all the work that was already done and the part that wasn’t…. Totally confused because I was lost in their appointment portal

Fantastic experience: I have visited this location for almost 16 years. It has changed hands, different doctors and different staff. But this most recent visit, my teeth have never been so clean. The hygienist did the most thorough cleaning ever and my teeth are shining.

Positive experience: My recent visit went well.. I was having tooth sensitivity I called for an appointment They got me in right away and took good care of me. Dr T. Khan checked it out. He originally thought I was having sensitive from receding gums upon farther examination I did also have a small cavity. So, he filled it n put protection over the Receding gum line He told me he'll check it again when I have my cleaning. In the meantime to buy some sensodyne My cleaning is coming up next week thank god.... They didn't have a Hygienist for a while I missed my scheduled cleaning in April So hopefully that wasn't the cause of my problem!!!

Fantastic experience: I went in for some follow up dental work and all of the staff and the Dentist put you at ease first of all. They make sure they tell you what to expect in the session. They work very well together and they check during the procedure to make sure you are not feeling any pain. I would again recommend this Dentist to anyone for their dental health needs.

Negative experience: I do not recommend this place for anyone to come here, The receptionist has a real bad attitude and and was very rude, this place has gone down the front door and the lobby are very dirty for a dentist office it's should be sparkling clean, I had an appointment at 2:00 the door was locked until 2:00 for lunch put they ask me to be there 10 before my appointment.

Fantastic experience: No one loves going to the dentist or for a cleaning BUT my time at the dental cleaning was really good. My hygienist was fun, she told me about her family and my mind wasn't on the cleaning. Time flew by. I came home with clean teeth and a smile. Love this lady! She is so sweet and does a good job.

Fantastic experience: My old office on Monroe closed, so I transferred to the Ford Road office. Today was my first visit and everyone was competent and kind - especially the receptionist. The dental hygienist and the doctor who performed the work were patient and provided great service with no discomfort. I have my next appointment on the books and will be happy to return to a place I am confident I will receive great care.

Fantastic experience: My hygienist, was awesome! She did an excellent job with my teeth, gums and whole mouth. She even asked questions about my teeth and gums that other hygienists never asked. I even learned about extra bones in my mouth! Dr. Khan was excellent as well. Great staff and so accommodating!

Negative experience: The doctor and staff are great, but unfortunately, the clinic’s policies are extremely disappointing. They show no understanding or flexibility when it comes to family emergencies. The cancellation policy is especially unfair — requiring a 6-day notice to cancel an appointment is unreasonable and completely inconsiderate. Even worse, if one family member cannot make it, the clinic cancels appointments for the entire family. This is a ridiculous and poorly thought-out policy. The management seems more concerned with enforcing strict rules than providing proper care and understanding for their patients. Overall, the clinic’s administration is very poor, and their policies lack compassion and basic common sense.

You pay your co pay for the consultation then an appointment is made to come back and there is yet another co pay...I went in pain left in pain no meds prescribed other than otc Tylenol I already had at home....never going back....wasted gas, time, money and no resolution to my pain....thanks for nothing....

Fantastic experience: This office is very professional. In a world where customer service is becoming obsolete, Great expressions Dental still hold the customer as the priority. From the nice and inviting front desk to the considerate and efficient staff this office gets an A+ in my book.

Negative experience: It was disappointed to find the reception area in a state of disarray. The dirty conditions and stained carpet create a poor impression for visitors. In my experience, this is the first time I've encountered a medical clinic with such subpar cleanliness. Also, as if they never vacume. Very disappointing

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment on Monday, 2/10/25 to replace my crown on my tooth. The front staff and Ruth did an excellent job. The Doctor was awesome in replacing my crown and was very clear in his explanation. Overall everyone provided 100 per cent customer service. I truly appreciate them all.

Negative experience: Had a new hygienist for mine any my daughters cleanings and she was very heavy handed with the metal picks while scraping our teeth. In my 40 plus years of getting my teeth cleaned, my mouth has never hurt so much.

Fantastic experience: Hygienist Aya cleaned my teeth. She did an amazing job . This is the first time In Years that my teeth were properly cleaned . Before Aya, the hygienist would spend 15 minutes cleaning and I was done . She took her time and really worked on all of my teeth. She is awesome !

Negative experience: Do not go to this clinic and do not sign any papers they give you. My father took me to him to remove my teeth and the doctor said you need to pay $646 dollars and after insurance $401 dollars from us because he wants to put an unnecessary medication after the extraction and said this is a rule in this clinic. We left him and are going to a better clinic.

Positive experience: I arrived before time just to have to wait 25 minutes pass my appointment. There was no acknowledgement of me waiting pass my appointment time or an explanation. Great Expressions Dental always express to be on time for all dental appointments yet they are not ready for their clients in a timely manner.

Fantastic experience: Everyone in the office is pleasant, helpful, and comforting. They do great work! I've been going to them since before I bad kids and my oldest is now 10. Now they treat our whole family. They are upfront about costs and treatment plans and I never feel pressured to unnecessary treatments. Ruth had been there the whole time and is the best!

Negative experience: I have had a crown put on at this location. I have had so many problems with this crown coming off. Now, the new Doctor wants to totally redo it, and of course I have to pay full price again!!. This crown was not done properly by the previous dentist. I am NOT HAPPY AT ALL ABOUT THIS.

Positive experience: An improvement compared to the location on Monroe but that's not saying much. He asked why I never saw an orthodontist when I was younger & asked why I grind my teeth and why no one addressed it I've clenched my teeth for over 30 years...I saw a dentist 2x a year all my life. He suggested invisalign. LMAO Then suggested the only way he would fix my teeth that were previously bonded for cosmetic reasons was if I got 2 crowns, which would cost me almost $3000. Yeah, I don't think so. Why would I spend money like that for crowns....I'd be better off getting veneers! Not to mention he made me hold a mirror while he went back over my teeth and said the hygenist didn't do a good job. The staff there were good that's the only reason why i give it 3 stars. GE seems to have the worst dentists.

Fantastic experience: Terrible, went in for a cleaning ended up getting talked into getting a crown. Recieved 3 temporary crowns for the same tooth all fractured and lacerated my cheek, tongue and gum. When the permanent crown was being checked for fit it could no be removed and when the Doctor struggled with it he chipped my front tooth.
