Fantastic experience: Before this new management took over I didnt have a good experience. The people were nice but the business was horrible. I experienced billing issues, I had to cancel at least 4 appointments because i would show up on time but spend more than an hour in the room just for someone to come in to see me. One time everyone went to lunch and I had to wait until they come back. It was a nightmare. In addition I was fitted for dentures and was never able to use them because they did not fit - caused my mouth to have sores, the color was wrong. They only got the bottom approved but the top denture was never approved due to the billing issues. This went on for months - Until the new management stepped in. This new management is AWESOME. On my first appointment after signing in, I waited not more that 10 minutes before I was called in. I was met with the new Dentist and her assistant who was very knowledgeable and reassuring. I needed to have part of a tooth removed before I could have my dentures redone, something that the old management never did. I felt confident that she was going to do things right. In addition, the Dentist was able to resolve my billing issue on my first visit. This billing issue was ongoing from the previous management and it still was not resolved from months back. The whole team was very nice and the atmosphere was very friendly and calming. I have my upcoming denture fitting and I am super excited that I can smile again with confidence. Thanks New Management!

Negative experience: 1st appt…Dr said I needed a tooth pulled and I should get an implant. 2nd appt….she Referred me to a gum doc that stated I needed a deep cleaning before I get an implant. 3rd appt I go back to my dentist to get deep cleaning. They tell me I don’t need one. So why in hell would you refer me to a doc that you don’t trust his judgment Nov.15 DDS texted me saying I was overdue for my cleaning appt… 4th appt I get there and they can’t clean my teeth because they say I’m not on the hygienist’s schedule !!!!! So now I’ll be on my 5th appt to go to another gym specialist and my Terry aren’t cleaned. Please stay far away from this office. I still have a dead tooth in my mouth for a year
