Fantastic experience: Amazing staff, they all work together seamlessly helping one another and making the patient feel comfortable and well taken care of. They give you ample amount of info and are able to answer all questions. They also greet you with so much love and care. Great and gentle staff! The Dentist is well experienced. I got my wisdom teeth pulled and I was in and out in no time. He had no issues with the task at hand, very grateful for him.

Fantastic experience: My experience here was nothing short of top tier!! From the first phone call, to when I walked in, it was a very welcoming and inviting atmosphere (which was important to me because I have terrible dentist anxiety.) The whole staff was very friendly and professional. I expressed my anxiety to the dentist and he made me as comfortable as possible, clearly communicated the process and made sure I was okay throughout. Every person I interacted with went above and beyond to make me feel like family. I truly would recommend this location to all of my friends and family. Thank you West Village :)

Fantastic experience: The staff was so kind and caring. They checked in with me frequently and explained everything during my cleaning and check up. And no judgement at all for it being my first dentist appt in 4 years! Huda and Dr. Maya were lovely. Huda got a tiny piece of stubborn plaque out that has been there catching on my floss since before my last dentist appt and I could not be more thrilled. Thank you girl!!! Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this dental practice. The entire staff is very kind and professional. Huda is my usual hygienist (very thorough yet gentle with her work) and Dr. Maya is my usual dentist. They're both great with my kids too! Dr. Maya had to do a couple of superficial fillings for my then 9 year old and it went very smoothly considering the fact that my 9 year old was quite anxious to get the work done. Ended up leaving with both fillings done and zero trauma, big win! Their billing is accurate and their appointments are timely (in both scheduling and in-office wait times), which is where some dental practices struggle. They are doing an amazing job and I would recommend them to anyone in search of a clean dental office run by a professional and competent team.

She was super gentle, kept me informed of what she was doing and very kind and compassionate. It was the most thorough cleaning I’ve ever had.

Fantastic experience: West Village Dental is where it’s at! I chipped my front tooth and Dr. Maya and her assistant Dina were able to fix it the same day. She’s thorough, extremely detailed and will not finish treatment until she perfects her craft. She took time to address all other concerns I had and even did an oral cancer screening, something no other dentist has done before. The office is beautiful, the staff is amazing, and I couldn’t recommend them more. I walked out of there showing off my new beautiful smile and can’t wait for my next visit!

Fantastic experience: I have visited west village dental 3 times now and each time the staff was nothing but amazing. From the ones sitting at the receptionist desk when you walk in to the dental hygienist down to the dentist. Abby does such a great job on my teeth and does an amazing job at addressing any of my concerns. West Village is also very clean which is a big factor for me nothing seems to be out of place. The staff and customer service is just top tier definitely found my dentist place and would recommend giving them a chance.

From the moment you walk in the door until you leave every single person that you come in contact with has a very pleasant attitude. Dr Doku is extremely knowledgeable and explained every step that he took for my implant. That would be enough, but he also has a great personality and takes some of the stress out of the procedure. The dental assistant, Lana Sabbagh is also amazing! She is very intuitive to what the doctor wants and has a very bright sunny disposition. She too helps to make me less nervous about the procedure. Negative experience: My daughter came to this clinic for a chipped tooth. Was told over the phone she would have to pay out of pocket $69 and when she got there they told her it’s going to cost $354 and when she questions them, they said ur confused that’s just “for imaging” and they made her pay before the procedure. Very unprofessional, sketchy! No one should go to this business! There are plenty of dentists who are professional and not treat patients like their thieves!

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked in, I felt ease about appointment when I was greeted by Skye at the front desk. She set the tone to expect: sweet, welcoming, and communicative. She had all the necessary information ready and even offered me a drink while I waited, which wasn’t long at all. Initially, I came in for an exam to prepare for a future visit for a root canal, and Dr. Rana was kind enough to not only do the exam, but the entire procedure. When I tell you it got rid of my anxiety of root canals; every aspect from the numbing to the RCT was painless, quick yet efficient, precise, and I didn't leave the chair until it was perfect. Dr. Rana and her assistant, Lana S., were absolutely amazing from beginning to end. The office is very cute, comfortable, and while I didn't meet the other staff, if Dr. Rana, Lana, and Skye are anything to go off of, I'm sure they're just as wonderful. They've got a new patient (me lol). Thank you so much Dr. Rana!

Fantastic experience: First time visitor. Found the staff friendly, efficient, and affordable. Will definitely be using them for routine dentistry. I would note though, if you're sensitive to smells, it doesn't smell like a dentist/ doctor office. Its more like a candle or perfume shop. Not unpleasant, but very strong.
