Fantastic experience: I get my teeth cleaned by Lindsay and she is great. I feel very comfortable with her. She is friendly and kind. I feel she is very confident in her work and cares about her patients. It is nice to go to the dentist and have a good experience. Love going to them. .

Negative experience: Made a new patient appointment for two of my daughters. The day of the appointment I ended up getting a flat tire that morning. I was so busy worrying about my tire because I was trying to get my other kids to school that I forgot about canceling the appt. I got a call asking me if I was coming to my appt which I had to specify that it was me and not my daughter on the phone. I told the lady that I was sorry that I forgot to call in because I was worried about my tire and it slipped my mind. I asked her if I could reschedule. She said "Well, the right thing would of been to call in" or something along those lines. Came off as really rude to where i proceeded to tell her nevermind ill go somewhere else. Maybe hire some more friendlier front desk employees. Im not one to usually complain but it was uncalled for.

Fantastic experience: I loved coming here for my teeth. Had a wisdom tooth removal today by Dr.Michael, it was all very smooth and painless! Also Lucy was very helpful with all the instructions afterwards. Thank you guys I am really satisfied!!! See you next month for the other tooth removal!

Fantastic experience: Let’s just say I don’t like going to the dentist but I had to cause you know I want to keep my teeth. I was taken care of by a wonderful woman named Erin. Who just so happens to be one of the Registered dental hygienist. She made my visit as painless as possible even opting to use alternative tools to make my experience as painless as possible on top of making me feel comfortable being there. Negative experience: The staff member who answered the phone was extremely rude. She said, and I quote, “We cannot accept people of your kind anymore.” Thankfully, I have a recording of the call. Based on this experience, I would not recommend going to this place. In my opinion, the service was unprofessional and very disrespectful

I was really nervous, but for the first time ever I was completely pain-free, and was 2 1/2 hours in the chair for a root canal and crown. They explained each step to me. The entire staff really seem happy to be there. Thanks Lucy (dental assistant) and Dr. were so kind and compassionate.

Negative experience: Good afternoon, I felt a no obligation to send a review about Taylor Made Dental because I have used googles reviews to help me out with choosing good creditable business to work with or pay for services. I scheduled two appointments at Taylor maid dental the first appointment. I came in, not able to eat on both sides of my mouth, the dentist tried to send me home without touching my teeth. The office manager had to step in and tell the dentist to fix both of my teeth so that I could eat that day. Imagine how uncomfortable that situation was a dentist working on two of your teeth, uncomfortable that he has to do a job that he said he didn’t want to do. They had to give me three rounds of pain medicine for some reason, I hope that’s not connected to the Dennis being pissed off. So here I am today at my second appointment, I go to the counter and they have me scheduled for a deep cleaning, then they tell me need to do a different deep cleaning and we need to charge you more. My original appointment was because I needed a third to fix And possibly a deep cleaning. They said they couldn’t fix the tooth but they can do the deep cleaning, I said, but I’m here for my tooth to be fixed over the deep cleaning. I told the person behind the counter let’s just reschedule the appointment so that when I come back, everything just be done altogether. The person behind the desk responded that that’s gonna be considered like sort of a no-show and we’ll have to charge your account. The office manager stepped in and said that was false, immediately the girl behind the counter his face turned, beat red with embarrassment because I told her and the manager told her she was wrong. Completely disrespectful and out of line, and I seen no type of correction made to the person at the desk by the manager. She just turned around like Business as usual. I said all that to say, this is my experience at Taylor made dental. It’s hard out here for a black man in Taylor MI, just trying to get a tooth fixed.

Fantastic experience: Taylor Made Dental is the ABSOLUTE BEST!! I was having severe pain and infection in my wisdom tooth all summer ending up in the ER twice. I live in West Michigan(a 3 hour drive) and everything in my area was completely overbooked and not accepting referrals. Taylor made dental was able to get me in for removal in a week! The office staff was so amazingly friendly and the Doctor was extremely caring and attentive! I highly recommend Taylor Made Dental 10/10

Fantastic experience: I truly recommend Taylor Made Dental. L As a person who suffers from severe social anxiety, this dental practice is simply amazing. From the friendly greeting, as soon as you walk in the door, until you leave, the entire staff ensures your time there is as calming and comfortable as possible. Sadly, most medical facilities do not realize that the front desk is the face of the practice. That first interaction provides the patient with that vital "first impression." A rude, abruptly, lackadaisical person tossing a clip board on the counter, mechanically snapping, "I need your ID and insurance card. Go sit down. Fill those forms out. Someone will call you." as they snatch your ID cards out of your hand. Then, when you take the clip board of forms back to the front desk, they don't even really look at you when they say, "Just set it there," and toss your ID cards on the counter - IF you don't have to ask for them back. Then, someone eventually comes to the door and almost a sigh of boredom tone mumbles yiur name - and, heaven forbid if you don't immediately jump up or acknowledge them that first time - they yell your name irritatedly. This typically sets the tne and indicates a bad environment overall and tells me, "This is NOT where I will be returning to again." Not at Taylor Made Dental. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. They have managed to assemble an entire staff of friendly, caring, and compassionate people for their dental practice. Dr. Ali Hamade, who started my journey to resolve my dental issues, was extremely attuned and empathetic to my anxiety, issues, concerns, and questions. As my treatment plan progressed (during a follow-up appointment), Dr. Hamade noticed some unexpected complexities and issues. Dr. Hamed immediately consulted with Dr. Remy Ajluni to step in to evaluate in order to keep my treatment "in house" instead of having to refer and send me someplace else. Between the two of them, they were able to work together to ensure the best options to continue my treatment plan within their establishment. They fully explained what the issue was, what needed to be done, and how they would proceed to resolve the issue in order to get back on track with the original treatment plan. Both Dr. Ajluni and Dr. Hamade have a true passion for their chosen profession as well as sincere compassion and empathy for their patients. It is a rare and unique combination and quality to find in any medical provider. It was a long process, but Taylor Made Dental saw it through from start to finish with professionalism, patience, and care in a very calming and friendly environment. My heartfelt and sincere thanks to the entire staff of Taylor Made Dental!

Fantastic experience: I have been here 4 times. A cleaning and some extensive work long past time due. The hygienist was great and didn't push uneeded services. I have had both dentists for crowns and fillings and experienced no pain whatsoever. The dentists and hygienist explain the process thoroughly. The office staff is helpful and work well with my insurance and co-pays. I picked Taylor Made Dental because if the reviews and close location. Honestly, I'm so glad I did. I would definitely recommend them.

Took her time and made sure every part of my new denture was exactly how I wanted it. I can’t say enough about how caring she is and all the people who work there. I feel like I’m their Family. Fantastic experience: Recently I had to get a crown and I was very nervous about the process and the pain that could come after. However, my experience at McGue Dental Care was completely the opposite. All of the dental hygienists were so kind and made sure that I was well informed and comfortable. And Dr. McGue was hilarious, so I instantly wasn’t nervous anymore. Not to mention the fabulous job that he did on my tooth. I have been coming to this dentist for close to 20 years now, and I can’t reccomend them enough for their amazing service and customer service.

Let me also mention I am not a huge fan of having to go to the dentist as I’m sure a lot of people can share this sentiment. However, Danielle made me feel at ease and genuinely seemed like she cared about my health in general. If you have any teeth sensitivity, Danielle will be sure to take that into consideration while still effectively getting those teeth clean! I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I just had a tooth cavity filled at Taylor Made Dental. I could not believe how quick and painless that was! It took about 20 minutes, I didn't feel the anesthetic, I didn't feel any of the drilling, and I didn't feel any pressure. Heck, I didn't feel anything at all! And I can talk just fine after! I remember the days of cavity-filling when the entire side of my face would be swollen, I'd be drooling uncontrollably, couldn't talk right for hours, and the drilling was heavy-handed and hurt like hell. Lol. I'm sincerely impressed!! If you're looking for painless dentistry, this is the place!!
