Negative experience: The wait time here is absolutely not ok I have never had to wait like this anywhere else!! Even if you have a sick child or baby you are made to wait for so long!! The doctors nurse practitioners are good an everything but the wait time is not right it’s so unfortunate and it’s every single time I have ever been here

Negative experience: With better management this place could easily be five stars (or more!)- in the meantime there's really nothing "premiere" about this particular location of Premiere Medicine. Patients must come with patience and understand it will likely require a great deal of time and effort to get your needs met; they are clumsy with scheduling, prescriptions, prior-authorizations, billing, telehealth, and overall communication. On the upside, they are very accessible. It doesn't take forever to get through to someone on the phone, they allow walk-ins and they have generous hours. Even so, you must be your own advocate- they require a great deal of oversight, persistence, and strong communication skills to get things done. There are a couple standouts here that make it worthwhile, otherwise my whole family would've walked a long time ago! If you come, come prepared, it's hard to have patience in the face of medical urgency.

Negative experience: Absolutely no reason anybody should have to wait 2 hours to be seen by someone when they’re the only patient in the office. Never again will we be coming here.

Negative experience: This place was good in the past. They are good for double charging your insurance. Doctors use that phone visit to charge your insurance like a walkin. The pharmacy doesn’t bring your meds when delivered. We are missing meds that we was charged for but never received. So unorganized. They mi chart app doesn’t work properly. And don’t even get me started on when u have to get blood work. If you don’t have an appointment you could be waiting all day. Doctors don’t communicate with them well.

Positive experience: The level of care I've received is fairly standard. Their billing department or the doctors writing the diagnostic codes are severely incompetent in doing so. Annual check ups are resulted in calls from collections multiple times. I do not suggest going here unless you like to fight wrongly being charged.

Negative experience: Waited an hour and a half, for a scheduled appointment, sat in a room, no doctor, came in for a physical left with a stress, to be compensated. I want the clinic to donate a 2 hours of doctor's pay to a charity or an orphanage overseas in a devastated and poor country

Positive experience: I really love this place because of Doctors are so nice and helpful and the staff is really good and helpful as well. The only thing that’s unfortunate is the timing. You always have to wait so long to be seen even if there’s not that many patients for some reason I feel like it’s always such a long wait.! ;/which is super hard when you have a little one like I have it’s hard to keep him contained for such a long time while waiting and when he’s sick, I feel like children should come before anybody like I feel like children should be first so That part is the only thing that’s disappointing Well, like I said, the doctors are absolutely amazing and so is the staff they’re all super super awesome and hopeful every time we come in!!

After 30 years of trying therapies and medications that didn’t help, Monica offered thoughtful alternatives that make me feel hopeful for the first time in a long while. Her genuine concern for my well-being, along with the incredible resources she shared, have already made a huge difference in how I view my health journey. I’m so grateful for her dedication, knowledge, and compassion! The pharmacist was incredibly nice and helpful. Not only did they whip out the prescription in less than 5 minutes but he also gave me a better price than my insurance and said he is always trying to help. Im telling everyone about this place!

Negative experience: They worry about money over care and it is very frustrating when you have spent a couple hundred dollars in the course of a couple days to still not have the problem under control. Have had a bill for months with no problem, but now that it's a zero balance you can't bill me to be seen? Thanks so much for putting your pocketbook before patient care.

Negative experience: 9:52 AM, May 20. The online presence for this pharmacy says it opens at 9:00 AM, yet NO ONE answers the phone. I have been calling since 9:00 AM. Concerned that essential medication (blood pressure meds) has yet to be delivered via this pharmacy, I called Premier Medical’s office to see if they could give me information. They said to call around 10:30 AM, someone should be there by then. REALLY? This patient is completely out of medication! Is this a pharmacy that I can trust for essential meds?

Fantastic experience: This is my favorite place to go. My husband and I were just in here earlier today to take a covid test. Had to go back to get letters for our employer. The staff was nice and got us our paperwork. I always recommend this place to my friends and family. They are never busy and the pharmacy is in the same building. Even though it was closed on the weekends. But no big deal.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Suleiman is very nice and always finds solutions to whatever health problems anyone has. The staff is amazing, especially the front desk ladies Erin, Arnella and Carolyn. They're so friendly that you feel like you're home when you have an appointment .

Negative experience: Sat in the waiting room for 20 minutes for nothing. I will take my bronchitis elsewhere. Won't be back.

Fantastic experience: I’ve visited here a couple of times and this is my favorite urgent care that I’ve been to. I walked in, didn’t have an appointment, they seemed to be slow, I don’t think there was anyone waiting ahead of me and from the time of checking in with the front desk until I walked out of the doors to leave I was in and out in a total of about 30 minutes. Both the MA Emma and the practitioner Monica were very kind and made me feel taken care of.

Negative experience: Worse urgent Care ever make you wait over 45 minutes before you even see someone I will never be going back the one on seven Mile between Beach and Inkster is much better

Negative experience: Not once but TWO times we had scheduled an appointment with them. Both times they have made us wait over an hour past the time our scheduled appointment was. They don't care either. I waited an hour and no one came. They took someone who came after me before me!! I had to leave and was late for work before anyone saw me. I let them know I wasted an hour of my morning, was not seen by anyone, still in pain and having to go to work and not a single person cared! This office is a complete joke. Don't waste your valuable time. Go somewhere that knows what they are doing and respects and values their patients. My family members and I will never come back here and changing our primary care doctor

Negative experience: So grossly mismanaged. My loved one waited 45 minutes past their appointment while they were letting walk ins go back immediately. It got to the point the OFFICE MANAGER came out and started tearing into the employees. Don’t bother taking appointments for SICK people if you’re going to make them sit and wait while you take walk ins. What kind of MEDICAL building is run like this? The doctor the appointment was for wasnt even in the building apparently. Please go ANYWHERE else for your medical needs.

Negative experience: If you are working on bettering your life. This is not the place for you. This is a mill. Not a drs office. They want your money and have literally ZERO interest in helping you. I'm on day 26 to get my meds (not controlled or anything. Just antidepressants) Worst experience of my life. Lies and Lies and Lies and misinformation.. No call backs after a dozen promises and all while being talked down to for my appointments and not ONE APOLOGY for the gross amount of issues I've had. THEY DO NOT CARE. I have had 4 appointments and placed over 20 calls. Not one call back. Not one time did I NOT spend over an hour on hold. They don't even say hi. Just pick up and click hold and you will talk to no one for 45+ minutes GUARANTEED. I have Severe Manic Depression and I have spent almost a full month begging them for help almost daily. I will NEVER go back here. This was my primary care for 9 years. If they don't take extreme cases of mental health seriously, I doubt they will take anything else seriously. Run from this place. A dark alley would be better care. If you have a loved one struggling with mental health issues. Please don't send them here. You are hurting them by doing so and I mean that as someone who is quite literally fighting for their life.

Fantastic experience: Thank you to their urgent care staff. Treated right away for my asthma attack. I was treated with kindness and compassion. They are always wonderful in my family's time of fast medical treatment. The pharmacy is great too.

Negative experience: I'm really sick of the trouble I have over my meds here. I have a pharmacy near me that delivers. I always ask to have medication sent to that pharmacy. About half the time they send it to their own pharmacy, which doesn't deliver. I'm never informed. So I don't get my medications, I call my pharmacy to ask them what's going on, they tell me they don't have my meds, I call to see what's going on, and the doctors here sent it to their pharmacy. I'm going to find a different doctor next year.

Negative experience: I only gave this place a 1 star because I had to. My mom went here with abdominal pains. The dr poked and felt around her stomach. My mom had said that she thought the pain started when she hit the side of her washer. On her right side of her abdomen there is a lump that you can feel. The dr told her he thought it was a muscle spasm and sent her on her way with muscle relaxers and pain meds. After several days went by and no let up in pain, I took my mom to the ER. They performed a cat scan and the lump on her right side that the dr told her was a muscle spasm was in fact a giant tumor. I’m not sure how a dr can feel that hard lump on a patients abdomen and say it’s a muscle spasm. He should have sent her to the ER instead of home with muscle relaxers and pain pills.

Negative experience: Do not use this facility for covid testing. 3 days post test and calling repeatedly for my results I was in the phone for over 30 min to be told they had to have me come back to retake my test. I'll be going to a more professional and reputable facility for my retest. Avoid this place if you value your time, money and energy.

He sends me to a relative in the same building and she ends up fleeing the country and now he says I'm on my own to find a new pain management doctor but at the same time will keep pushing you through to this physical therapy to collect from the insurance! TRUST Me just all around horrible!

Negative experience: I have blood work done yearly & my insurance has always covered any charges. Well, I went to have my normal blood work done and received a bill over $800. Call the lab corporation and was told that the doctor office didn’t have insurance on file for me. Finally was able to get the lab to update my insurance info thinking that would eliminate the charges but all it did was cut it in 1/2. Called the doctor office and am getting NO type of assistance. They forward me to someone that I guess is working from home and she’s NO help. She says the doctor who assisted me (for whatever reason my primary wasn’t available) supposedly coded things wrong and that’s why I received a bill. My question to her was if the office is aware of the problem, fix it!!!! At this point I’ve been advised to get legal help in the matter to get my money back. I work TOO hard & not up for just giving away money. ***10/16/21 2:00PM*** This place is still a joke and seems like kids are running it. Negative experience: Came for some antibiotics and the Doctor won't see anyone with any of the 10 vague systems for Covid 19

Negative experience: BEWARE ... They perform test that insurance doesn't cover. I told her not to but she did anyway. I was billed. They poisoned me. Only trust Dr. Chowdhury.

Negative experience: Been waiting for a phone call for 2 days from them with me calling multiple times to check in which they tell me I will get a call but it never comes. Probably just keep charging my insurance when I can't even see the doctor. Ill be calling insurance to make sure this isn't happening tomorrow

Positive experience: This Clinic has horrible follow-up. I had an online appointment at 2:30p.m. I'm still waiting for my phone call at 4:00 p.m. it's time to move on. Dr Soloman is an excellent doctor. But, there's only one doctor that I can say this about at this location. The front desk staff comes across as very unprofessional at times. This location is great for Medicaid there is probably about a 45 minute wait to be seen. If you have standard employer-based insurance you probably won't be happy.

Negative experience: Came for a covid test. Doctor ordered a rapid & regular test and the nurse only gave me the regular test, she refused a rapid test stating “ they aren’t accurate.” Despite the doctor ordering one! Very very difficult to try to get an answer on wether or not i received one or both tests. I wound up testing positive for covid. Doctor said they would call me & never did. When i called & spoke with the doctor he told me “ covid isn’t that big of a deal. You won’t die.” Very unprofessional especially given i have lost people to covid, along with so many others.

Fantastic experience: I walked in this morning to get stitches and antibiotics for a dog bite. The entire staff was so caring and compassionate, and I felt very well cared for and not rushed at all.

Negative experience: My child mother was turned away at the door because apparently they pick and choose when walk-ins are available. I'm not a local so my opinion isn't a biased one. They just treated her wrong on a Tuesday when the parking lot was empty.

Negative experience: Supposed to get a covid test to return to work. They called many hours later to pre screen me before setting up the appointment. Then they said they would call back to schedule the test. No call back and when I tried calling the number on their website it said the number was not valid. Terrible service. Went elsewhere for the test and got it done as a walk-in, in 10 minutes. Don’t waste your time here.

Negative experience: I am having a new headache from this office got a bill from the hospital for blood work when my insurance said blood work is fully covered months later nobody will solve the issue. Iwould disregard all the 5 star reviews here since all the ratings for 5 stars are supposedly bogus new users. This is the truth about this office multiple times I have had bad experiences here. One time they called me to come in on a Saturday I drove there to find out they are closed when I called them Monday morning all they told me is that it was a mistake but nothing they can do. Another time they gave me an appointment to do a test after coming in they said my insurance doesn't cover so I basically paid a co pay for no benefit. Also I would bring a sleeping bag if you come in since they make you wait 2 hours in the lobby than another hour or so in the back room waiting for the doc. Would go somewhere else instead of coming here for a big headache.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love the health care professionals. They are all so informative and personable. My doctor of over 25 years retired so I was skeptical. But I couldn’t have made a better decision! I am very happy here.

Negative experience: I had a good review until I went a couple times the first time the doctor was begging me to review them so gave them a good review but they are the most unprofessional urgent care I’ve ever been to they will schedule you when the doctor your supposed to see is on vacation or soon as you get there he’ll go on break why schedule me for nothing?? Would rather sit at hospital probably faster

Negative experience: So I go there for an urgent care visit because I had a sore throat I had been there many times before with the same insurance I have had for years and had used many times at this particular urgent care.So I pay my 30 dollar co-pay and get looked at and everything is fine.Fast forward to 3 weeks later when I get a bill from blue cross and it said they took an BMI index on me and the doctor I had seen was not in my network so I also got a bill for 70 dollars for being looked at for strep throat.Sounds shady to me and I’ll have to go to one of the other 30 urgent cares in the area from here on out.

Negative experience: VENDORS BEWARE... All work was completed in a timely manner for these people, payment for the work was sent a month after work was completed and the amount sent was roughly 25% of the cost of the work and was then sent back for non sufficient funds. After another month passed and after multiple attempts to contact the administrative manager all failed it took a trip there in person to explain to her that in Michigan it is a crime for a business to pass a bad check to another business they then reluctantly paid finally.

Negative experience: BEWARE, Worst urgent care to go to. Don't risk taking your children here or any elderly. They are lazy, they don't care about people at all. I took my 9 yr old daughter in because she was in pain at 5:34, & they wouldn't see her because the rude young girl at the desk claims she has a new policy, they don't take new patients after 5:30? New patients?? This is an URGENT care? STAY AWAY

Think I'm gling to start looking somewhere else for a more proficient doctor who is more concerned about the patient.

Fantastic experience: I have visited this office about 3 times and each time I've gone, I feel like I've received quality care. My treatment has been good, I had a bad cold that turned into bronchitis and they helped me relieve all of that discomfort. They always went above and beyond to give me the best rate of care possible. I would recommend this urgent care center to all.
