Fantastic experience: I used to dread going to the dentist until I started coming to Dr. Romzick. I miss her staff too, but she picked an excellent predecessor to take over her practice. Dr. Sawya and her staff are great. They are very professional, patient, kind, & informative. My overall experience is always top notch. I would highly recommend this Dental office. You won't be disappointed.

My only suggestion, with respect to filling out the online registration documents, streamline it somehow, so that repeated information will automatically be carried over or "auto filled" (such as name, address, etc.) plus when the online pages were filled in and you moved to the next, the first apparently was not saved nor was I able to recall it. Very frustrating. Then it was on to pen and paper forms, again filling in the same information over and over. Streamline it please. NEW POST: 07/16/2025. EXCELLENT from reception to check out. Everyone is courteous , pleasant, and helpful. We can't say enough good things. NEW POST: 01/19/26: Once again, Radiant is pleasant , cheerful, and efficient. This visit was for my developmental delayed daughter who LOVES her visits to Radiant. Highly recommend!

Positive experience: I had a great experience with the dental assistant, Mahita, hygienist Laura, and Dr. Saywa. After years of being fearful of dental work, they eased a lot of those worries! Gloria was very kind and personable when we spoke after my appointment. I would be wary of speaking with the billing department - whoever handles texting clients about insurance information is very rude and inconsiderate, unfortunately communication with her has turned me away from returning.

The staff were welcoming and prompt; the office was clean and equipped with modern technology, and Laura, the hygienist, was gentle and provided me with detailed feedback on the condition of my teeth and gums. Fantastic experience: This is the most professional dentist office I have ever visited. When I came to them years ago, I was DREADING the dentist--I had come off of a serious, incapacitating illness that lasted 5 years, and due to constant doctors and painful medical procedures, the dentist was one thing I thought I could ignore. When I recovered from my other illness, that was the beginning of my "dental anxiety"--the longer I waited, the more I knew the visit would be awful. A friend recommended Dr. Clark/Romzick so I finally decided to go in. The situation was not nearly as bad as I feared, and the entire staff was very understanding and welcoming and helpful with my anxiety. I have been going there for years, and over time have needed a crown/some more major work...they made sure always that I had NO pain. I won't say I love going to the dentist, but I enjoy their whole staff and I really appreciate how careful and professional they are with their patients!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this practice since I moved to Michigan five year ago. While it no longer close since I moved, it is well worth the drive. The staff are kind, the clinic operates efficiently, and providers are nice and answers any questions you have. Would highly recommend this practice.
