Negative experience: Horrible experience with the receptionist who does now know how to talk to people, she talks over you. Also the new dentist wants to just make money by ordering x rays every time you go in. We wanted just cleaning - no issues with teeth- but this is blanket to just get x rays even without examining teeth as they make money from insurance.

From Dr. Krueger and his unbelievable ability to make you feel comfortable, to Dr. Desai remembering your face and the work you got done last, to the most AMAZING staff I have ever witnessed! All the ladies are so kind and warm. If you have a fear of dentists, please come and see them! They will have you feeling like a million bucks after your first visit :)

I had 2 separate appointments for the XR and exam and cleaning but they managed to fit everything in on the same day so I didn’t have to come back! Excellent experience!

My whole family goes to her and I will continue to service her for my dental needs.

Fantastic experience: I rate this Dentist Dr Kluvarli a 10. I am a nurse, don't do pain and not a good pt to say it all. I had my wisdom tooth pulled, no gas, no pain, no anesthetic, was completed in 10 minutes, I didn't even no the tooth was out. She is the greatest dentist I ever met in my 64 years. I saw her through the other best Dentist I have been seeing for over 40 yrs Dr Desai. God has blessed both of these Dentist with love, care and patience for everyone.

Fantastic experience: VERY impressed. Thorough COVID-19 caution. Only three chairs in reception, 10 feet apart. Reception desk well protected in plexiglass. Both dentist and her assistant were double masked (surgical mask over an N95 mask ). Didn’t have to wait. Very professional and handled my case with friendly aplomb and offered a number of options. I’ll send my family there and highly recommend them to my friends. !

Positive experience: My son had a filling Monday, was never asked as to what kind of filling we wanted. We were told that white filling was done and the cost is more for white filling after the fact.

Negative experience: These people try to loot and desperate about making money. They suggest unnecessary cleanings and also over charged me more than co-pay of my insurance. When I asked about over charging (80dollars), they started giving vague answers. Be careful and cross check with your insurance about what you need to pay.

They take their time to explain options and whatever procedure they are taking in your care, no surprises medically or fininacially and as it has always been in the actual cleaning, or anything else being done in my dental care, it's been painless and has left me in complete trust of Dr. Desai and her staff. Negative experience: I was impressed with the service the very first time I visited this office a couple of years ago. However, after the rude treatment I received from the receptionist, I will never return. She put me on hold for five minutes and then hung up. When I called back and told her I was on hold and was disconnected, she said "Okay....how can I help you?" No apology at all. Good customer service goes a long way.

Dr. Desai is not in business of money making but she is in business to comfort patient, assist patients and be upfront about process. After a lot of research, I visited this office recently for my full mouth cleaning and a couple of fillings. On the day of my appointment, the front desk staff was super welcoming. They quickly went through my insurance details and I was all set for the treatment. Dr. Desai was very welcoming and friendly and we quickly went through my previous dental treatment history. Her treatment plan for me was very systematic, conservative and yet very effective. The treatment was done very smoothly with minimum discomfort. During the treatment, Dr. Desai was very caring and informative. What I also like about this office is that the staff here like the Dental Hygienist and Dental Assistants are very experienced and highly skilled. They too are very friendly and welcoming. Being an Internationally trained dentist myself, I know that going through a dental treatment can be tough and stressful. But my experience here was very good, no stress at all and everything went very smoothly. I would recommend this office to everyone reading this review without any reservations. Negative experience: I had a very bad experience! I did 5 fillings but had to re do all of them.. you don’t realize how bad is the service till you try something else.. I was happy when I used to go there.. Dr. Desai was always smiling and socializing. The staff was very helpful. But no new technology, no xrays before starting to work on your teeth except for the pano.. I advise you to try a good dentist, believe me you will feel the difference!
