Michigan Gum Docs - Dr. AG Alsaidi, DDS, MS

Fantastic experience: The consultation yesterday was great! Everyone so patient and kind and listened to my fearful chatter! Dr. Alsaidi basically told me what I had already heard from 3 previous dentists. I’ve been in denial and now realize I need to face reality of my dental needs before things get any worse. THIS IS NOT A TRUE REVIEW. I did go here but never wrote this as a review.

Negative experience: Started a implant journey here back in February of 2025 and bought a 8,000$ implant package which would include extractions,bone graph,implants , and all the x-rays, follow up appointments and materials used included. They sold the business (allegedly)to a new company without telling the patients and I'm not able to have the rest of my treatment done, after I had extractions and bone graph. I went to my follow up appointment today and Dr Alsadi is gone and they referred me to a place called Legacy Dental in Novi,They told me they don't have my records or any clue who I am. I feel like I've been robbed,

Negative experience: Well, it appears this particular office loses records. I had an appointment with Dr. Alsaidi scheduled for 9:00 am on 4/2/25 at the Southfield office. However, he is doing surgery in the Novi office and the Southfield office has lost my records and had no idea why i was there. Bottom line ... i need a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: Dr.A.G is very professional, precise in his explanation and treatment, and confident in what he does. I love Dr. Razan very much, and their team is very cooperative and friendly. I love them all and am happy with my dealings with them

The office is spotless, well-organized, and so welcoming. Dr. Alsaidi and the entire team go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. The dental hygienist deserves special recognition—she did an absolutely incredible job with my deep cleaning. She was thorough, gentle, and made the whole process completely painless. I was nervous going in, but her professionalism and attention to detail put me at ease right away. It’s clear that patient care is their top priority, and the results speak for themselves—my teeth feel cleaner than ever! Negative experience: I had five appointments and he canceled 3 of them. I work and was having to reschedule my days around these appointments. Highly unprofessional and discourteous. He uses a lot of nice words when he speaks to you, but in my world...actions speak louder than words.

Fantastic experience: Great experience as a first time patient. Nice staff, very knowledgeable, helpful and welcoming! Dental related appointments make me nervous but I felt at ease here.

Negative experience: Horrible. I had a 3pm I was the first appointment after lunch. I had to be at work and informed them when I booked and also when I arrived.. Doc called his friend back and took him before me. 3:45 came they having small talk. Wasted my time. Drove out my way to be slighted. Never again

Fantastic experience: I never write reviews but I absolutely had to for Dr. Alsaidi and his staff. From start to finish they were all incredibly kind and patient with everything. Dr. Alsaidi walked me through the procedure and answered every question I had. Even calling the following day to ask how I was doing after the first 24 hours. The staff, knowledge, customer care and service were great. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who needs it.

Fantastic experience: On 8/24th, when Connie, my Dental Hygienist, started cleaning my teeth, she recognized an abcess on the right side of my inner gum. Connie immediately forwarded the picture of my infected area to Dr Al-Saidi, spoke with him & a Periodontal appointment was scheduled within the next HOUR! After Kehnen completed my x-rays, Dr Al-Saidi analyzed the informative details & developed my personalized plan of action! Next week, I'm looking forward to Dr Al-Saidi implementing the action plan which will rectify my current Periodontal issues. I'm SO estatic to have a conscientious physican like Dr Al-Saidi, who can assist me in feeling good about my overall dental health. He uses his knowledge & calming demeanor in consistently obtaining our overall goals to obtain SUCCESS!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Alsaidi is an excellent periodontist. His practice holds very confident support staff who work to make your visit very clean, comfortable and pain-free. My family moved to Tampa FL in July 2019, but I return for dental care once or twice per year because of the quality of their work. Recently I came back because of a broken canine. It was removed, replaced by an implant with bone reinforcement. The surgery was done with precision. I experienced no pain in the process and all of the parts of my treatment plan were executed within 2 days and I was able to fly back home on day 3 in completeness. Thank You Gums Doc staff…You guys are absolutely the greatness!!!

Negative experience: Treatment Plan STICKER SHOCK! Be prepared to finance or apply for Care Credit after maxing out your dental insurance. They don’t provide the option of a payment plan. Shop around! Get your treatment plan done in phases if you can. Still on the fence……. So, I scheduled an appointment to have an implant removed and a molar extracted. My lower front bridge was chipped on the left side. Additionally, my lingual nerve hasn’t recovered from the anesthetic, leaving my tongue tangling for a week. Procedure was done on June 19th via a referral from the Southfield Family Dental Center. I will NEVER go back to that provider.

I was frightened because i have had a number of Dentists who simply were not good. That all changed with Dr. Alsaidi. He is kind, caring and above all, the best in his field. I trust him, and only him with my issues. I cannot recommend him enough. The staff is equally wonderful. I respect and admire them all.

During this time Dr. Alsadidi and his staff were beyond professional, helpful, and caring. We were going into the weekend, and I did not believe the doctor would take time to call me back or speak directly to my Mom. However, he called on a Friday afternoon and conducted a three-way conversation to answer all of our questions and concerns.
