Fantastic experience: I am 84 years old and have been to many different dentist's offices. This was my third visit to this office after discovering that Dr. Sitchon had moved her practice here. This office is by far the most comfortable and relaxing, which says a lot since most of us dread dentist appointments. Everyone from the moment you walk in the door shows caring and comfort to create a pleasant atmosphere. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was efficient, professional and thoughtful. Of course, Dr. Sitchon was usual happy self when she came in for her part of my check-up. It is definitely a four star!

Dr. Sitchon had done two of them for me and still can’t believe how easy it is. The staff is great and they are always thanking each other for doing their jobs. Fantastic experience: I started seeing Dr. Paulson in March 2020 for regular dentistry. After meeting him, and him learning of my mouth issues (Oligodontia) he was eager to offer me several options. Today, I walked out of his office with a partial denture that has filled in gaps in my teeth I’ve had for 20 years. The partial looks so natural and is comfy as can be. I cried tears of joy finally being able to smile and love it. Thank you, Dr. Paulson for giving me the smile I have always dreamed of!!! Fantastic experience: We've been patients of Arbor Dental for almost ten years. The office staff is always patient and kind. We love Dr. Paulson and our hygienist, Yuri. You really can't go wrong at this office. We searched for a long time to find an office that was more personal and family oriented (not corporatized, like many are now). Highly recommend! They've been great for us and now our kids. My three year old just had her first visit and it couldn't have gone better!

Fantastic experience: Dr Sitchon has been my favorite dentist for years, with advanced skills in using computer aided tools for rapidly creating crowns, etc. Her staff took full mouth Xrays of all my teeth identifying one with a root requiring oral surgery. She referred me to a colleague for followup.Dr Sitchon advised an implant, has one herself-same tooth.

Fantastic experience: My wife Nancy and I just had our first appointment at Arbor Dental Associates. After seeing online that Dr. Sitchon had joined this office we setup appointments right away., She is outstanding! She even got Nancy to stop dreading the dentist. We were disappointed a few years back when she left our last dentist office and happy to find her again. The waiting room and office here are bright and welcoming. I went though my setup exam and Nancy followed with hers. Jean then cleaned my teeth and Nicole came back and helped by recording gum information which helped with the flow of my appointment. Everyone I have met in this office seems upbeat, which made for a relaxed visit.

Fantastic experience: Ever since I have had pregnancies, my teeth became overly sensitive to teeth cleanings. Yuri is the best dental hygienist I've ever met. She cleans my teeth well and doesn't cause any pain. Dr. Paulson is an excellent dentist, always ready to answer any questions or concerns about my dental health. I highly recommend this office. Also, the women at the front desk are incredibly friendly and helpful. I like the addition of videogames in the waiting room, especially my favorite- Ms. Pacman.

Positive experience: Cleaning w/ Sharon went very well. The computer kept crashing when scanning for a crown. The people are super nice. The reminder texts are a bit annoying for someone who never misses an appointment, but understand they probably have trouble with missed patient appointments.

Positive experience: I had a very upsetting experience at this dentist office? I informed the dentist that I had not been premedicated and my concerns after having open-heart surgery to have my valves repaired that I would get a case of endocarditis where I have any probing of my gums after giving this information to Dr.. Paulson, he took a probe and started probing my gums after having the information that I was not premedicated. I felt that he didn’t listen to me at all and I was and I felt Violated.
