Central Florida Health Care - Mulberry

Negative experience: i reached out to my insurance they gave me this place and told me that they will be able to help with pain management for wisdom tooth(nerve blockers) for temporary use. I did a walk in which wasn’t long at all but it was a waste of my time because Dr suri refuse to do nerve blockers she kept stating it only last for 2 hours which I still wouldn’t be in pain at least two hours but she didn’t care honestly she sent me out with antibiotics which I have had before and is only going to be killing my insides. Smh I’m very disappointed but I guess that’s the problem I get for having government insurance smh.

Negative experience: Would not recommend this office. I left feeling disappointed because there was very little education provided about my oral health. Instead of clearly explaining what needed improvement and how to address it, there were side comments made that were not helpful or constructive. I was also given conflicting information. The dentist told me my teeth were healthy, while the hygienist later indicated otherwise. When I asked about cavities, I was told I did not have any, despite visible concerns on a wisdom tooth that I wanted addressed. I believe patients deserve clear communication, consistency, and education about their dental health so they can make informed decisions and improve their oral care. Because of this experience, I will be seeking a second opinion from another dentist for a more thorough evaluation and guidance on how to properly care for my teeth

Negative experience: I would give this location a much worse rating for the dental It’s been two years since I found out I’m about to lose my teeth and I needed a deep cleaning which my insurance company pays for but this location the front desk or the dentist are not even qualified to get a pre authorization approval they didn’t try to get it approved they didn’t even comply with the insurance company to have it approved . Then I tried to sign up for their program to pay for it with discount prices it’s been over a year since I brought in my paperwork info to see if I qualify and I’ve called and I went up here nothing! Because of you people I lost my front teeth and I hate this damn place … you guys ruined my life …. I been nice I been patient but this is unacceptable these people can’t even do simple math to tell me how much I would pay and I’m tired of waiting what the hell is your excuse? These people told me their changing systems … they said they will call me never did they haven’t did absolutely anything for me and then some of the front desk said I could get my fills they won’t do anything or book an appointment Im waiting for nothing and losing my teeth at the same time and I want to tell and warn people don’t trust them with your children don’t trust them with your teeth!!!!

If by my mistake, my meds are low or I run of of medication they make sure help me with any issues.. As the saying go, (If it ain't broke don't fix it) The Staff is doing a great job! If possible, they could use some help, because sometimes the Doctors, get backed up from dealing with many sick patients and kids with many issues, but Doctors and nurses , always get the job Done.... Fantastic experience: Our experience was amazing! We were able to get in within 20 minutes as a walk-in yesterday afternoon! Jessica was open and listened to all of my concerns regarding the incident my son was involved in, took every step to check him thoroughly and had our referral in and already received a call today! We absolutely LOVE Mrs Jessica and I’m so thankful I switched them because being under her care relieves so many of my momma worries because I know my babies will be cared for with the upmost attention and love from her!

My primary care is under the supervision of Dr. Washington who helps me stay healthy and informed about good health practices. I am never overlooked or ignored whether I have a scheduled or walk-in appointment. The staff is consistently nice, efficient and works to accommodate my special scheduling needs.

She always takes the time to listen and make my daughters feel safe and cared for. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does. And the entire staff is just as amazing — from the nurses to the front desk, everyone is welcoming, professional, and so kind. We always feel supported and in great hands. So thankful for this office!

Negative experience: This was an offal experience with Mr. Washington. I would definitely not call him “Dr.” He treated me on 2 occasions like I’m dumb, with no respect. And both times I walked out upset and got nothing done, such as blood work etc. It’s a shame I have to find a new office because the office ladies are very nice. Feeling discussed

Fantastic experience: Dr Washington the manager the nurses have all been so kind even when the bad experience I had at Lakeland regional where they do not care about patients, yet this place you are honored, you are treated as a valuable human being and you see how they have a game plan to make your life healthier happier and whole. It is amazing to see everybody being on the same page and not just throwing medicine like they're darts but actually taking the aspect I've seen the best part of your life come into fruition!
