Fantastic experience: Professional, careful, and kind. Dental care at the highest level. Dr. Larrea worked me into a busy schedule just before the Labor Day weekend on an emergency basis. I had knocked a crown off a molar the previous evening and she expertly bonded it back in place. She fitted it perfectly. What a blessing!

Fantastic experience: great people to take care of your teeth, understanding personell. You could not find a better dentist anywhere, went in for a cleaning, but needed additional work and although she was already busy until closing she stayed over so I wouldn't have to make another appointment.

Negative experience: I believe the attached pictures speak for themselves. Not once was it explained or mentioned that I was having a special "scaling" cleaning done or what the cost would be. This should be a patient's choice and explained the cost that comes with it. I requested a new statement showing my balance is actually only $99. I said I didn't think that was too much to ask. In response Isabelle Smith says "actually it is", and tried to solicit a payment out of me over the phone. Huge headache and wish I never went in the first place.

At the office front desk, Isabel & Francis are very helpful answering your questions over the phone and with scheduling appointments. The dental hygienist Miguel is an expert at what he does and his knowledge base goes above and beyond a dental hygienist. Doctor Belkis Musalen-Jones & Gabriela Larrea-Martinez treat their patients like family and they are very caring and friendly people. They will do their absolute best to save your teeth and are very good finding a problem early before it becomes worse and also at explaining all of the available treatment options before, during, and after all dental procedures. I'm on my third visit so far and they have done an excellent job. My teeth and gums are healthier then they have ever been in over 30 years.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have been seeing Dr Musalen for nearly two decades now and she is the nicest doctor we have ever seen. Exceptional bedside manner. Gentle and extremely knowledgeable. We lost our insurance recently and I went to a local dentist that sent me a flyer for a cheap xray, cleaning and exam. Never again will I do that. Lesson learnt from now on only Dr Musalen will be our dentist
