Fantastic experience: Our experience with Orthodontic Specialists of Florida has been wonderful! The entire process has been smooth from start to finish. The staff is always friendly, professional, and makes my granddaughter feel comfortable at every visit. The quality of care has been excellent, and we’re already seeing great results with her braces. One thing that really stood out to me is how much more affordable the treatment has been compared to her first set of braces at another orthodontist. The pricing is very reasonable without sacrificing quality of care. If you’re looking for an orthodontic office that provides excellent service, a welcoming environment, and affordable treatment, I highly recommend Orthodontic Specialists of Florida. Negative experience: We were originally patients of Dr. Cornejo and had a completely different experience before the practice was sold. Since being forced to finish treatment with Dietrich & Kelso, it has been nothing but frustrating and disappointing. Both the Winter Haven and Lakeland offices have been consistently unprofessional with scheduling. We routinely wait over an hour past our appointment time, while watching multiple patients who arrived after us get called back first. There is zero communication or explanation — just endless waiting. When you’re paying thousands of dollars for orthodontic treatment, basic respect for your time should not be too much to ask. The lack of organization and disregard for patients is unacceptable. We would never recommend this orthodontist to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I had such an amazing experience getting my braces with Dr. Guelff]! From the very first consultation, he made me feel comfortable and confident about the whole process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. The entire office is professional, welcoming, and organized. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and appointments are quick but thorough. You can tell Dr. Guelff truly cares about his patients and their results. My smile has already improved so much, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to come here. If you’re thinking about getting braces, I 100% recommend this office. Absolutely the best orthodontist!

Negative experience: Went for a consultation a month back, met with the dentist, went over my treatment plan and decided to book the procedure. Get a call from their office stating I have to come back for another consultation because the dentist i met was a substitute. So I go back and wait a hour to be seen, the second dentist tells me he doesn't agree with the substitute dentist on the treatment plan. Went from 5200 to 20k because the substitute dentist was doing bridges. The second one wanted full implants..I don't have 20k. Wish I had the 20k. Maybe a go fund me..

Fantastic experience: Where do I start, let’s just say they are TOP TIER! My son has had braces for a little over 2 years and from the day we walked in for a consultation they have been on top of EVERYTHING! Very polite, generous, considerate and i mean to the point where i feel like i could personally start my own business just based off of all the information, tips and hacks they share. If you’ve never needed braces you probably don’t know where to start, what to expect or how much it’ll cost but I can assure you these are the people to come see! There is always someone at the front ready to assist, if you ever have to call there’s always someone waiting to answer your calls and regardless of when you decide to start the process they are always welcoming. Our appointments are always quick, even the ones that are intended to be longer. All around they are the best hands down. Oh and as far as the prices goes, it’s definitely affordable. For the service they provide they should probably charge more!
