Fantastic experience: Dr. Maneesha is great and is now my favorite dental place. I've always had anxiety going to the dentist, but they really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Every member of the staff is awesome. They also did a super job on fixing up my teeth. Had 3 crowns and several fillings.

The front staff is STELLAR, very personable, helpful, professional, and incredibly welcoming for my family and I as new patients. The dental hygenist team was fantastic and the dentist is a superstar! I loved how much data they logged for our teeth, and was fascinated with the technology they used to take a comprehensive exam of our teeth! Megan took care of my teeth, and even had to do a relatively deep and intensive clean which could have been uncomfortable - but was not at all!! She was gentle and thorough, and I had zero issues or discomfort!! That's WOW factor for me! We just moved to Lakeland area, and we've DEFINITELY found our new dental home!!

I have had negative experiences in the past with dentists that neglected my care which has now left me with extreme anxiety when going in for a cleaning. I googled “best woman dentist in Lakeland” and Dr. Maneesha’s office came up as number one. THANK YOU GOOGLE!! I cannot explain how amazing this office is. From the front desk staff, hygienists, and Dr. M herself, everyone is incredibly kind and welcoming. I will be visiting her office for as long as I possibly can, as I’m sure I will not find another office like theirs!! Love you guys!!!!

Fantastic experience: My first visit was this morning. I was very please with the office environment, every staffer that I spoke with was pleasant. My hygienist, Shari, was an effiecient worker, explaining each step she was doing. Dr. Chigurupathi was also very pleasant and explain why I need to return for a crown :-( I will be back neck week to get started on that process.

From the moment we contacted this practice, they were incredibly accommodating and compassionate. The entire team treated him with outstanding professionalism, kindness, and respect during a very stressful time for our family. They made sure he was comfortable, took the time to carefully evaluate his oral health, and explained everything clearly and patiently. It’s rare to find a dental office that combines such top-tier clinical care with genuine human warmth, but this practice absolutely delivers on both. We are deeply grateful for the way they cared for him, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Negative experience: Terrible experience here. Do not recommend. Found Dr. Maneesha to be rude and impatient with my concerns regarding the cavities she filled. I had 8 cavities filled at once hence my ignorance but as a doctor she should have known better and not proceeded with so many at once. Caused me great pain for months and significantly changed my bite and then blamed it on my teeth grinding. Saw the other dentist there who informed me that the work done was not up to standards due to not removing all of the cavitie so needs to be done again. Pricing was deceiving as well. My new treatment plan there states I need work that I don't need as I have been to another dentist for second opinion on all this. This only positive thing I can say is the front office staff and office manager is very kind and the other dentist there is honest. And if yes I truly have been there as I have the bill to prove. Patient BEWARE.

Fantastic experience: I have major anxiety when it comes to the dentist. I finally booked an appointment, and even though I cried 3 times while I was there LOL everything was so amazing! The staff was so welcoming & Dr. Maneesha made everything seem like not a big deal & It was no problem at all and we're going to get everything fix. They also didn't try to GOUGE me on prices which is very relieving! I have another appointment in 2 weeks and I honestly am looking forward to it! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Negative experience: I woke up with a soar throat/caugh so i couldn't make it, next appointment I had there was a car wreck in front of me and I called to tell them about it so they said they had to let me go as a patient. Disappointed at first but it was actually a blessing in disguise because I found a much better dentist.

Fantastic experience: luse to see Dr Chris at this location. Since I dislike going to the dentist, shameful it has been a few years since going. Walking in the door and being greeted by Jennifer and also speaking to her on the phone, she was very polite and reassuring I had nothing to worry about. Nichole, my hygienist, talked me through every step of the process of what she was doing. She was as gentle as she could be. She made me feel as comfortable as I could sitting in her chair. Then meeting Dr Chigurupati, DDS. I had no expectations since I loved Dr Chris but I was definitely caught off guard. She was funny, kind, beautiful and I felt as if she really cared about ME and I wasn't just a number or another person sitting in her chair. She made me feel very reassured that my up coming appointment would not be nearly as bad as what I was expecting it to be. I will be going every six months, as I should lol. The entire staff was very nice and made my appointment not as nearly scary as l was inside. My son also goes there and he counts the days until he can have his teeth cleaned again (weird, I know). Fantastic experience: I've lived a lot of places and Dr. Maneesh is my favorite dentist I've ever had. How often does a person.actually enjoy a trip to the dentist? When I called to make an appointment the receptionist was cheerful and welcoming, and when I went to my appointment I discovered that every single employee is just as wonderful. Both my hygienist Shari and Dr. Maneesh were gentle, thorough, knowledgeable, caring, and efficient. This was my first visit and I needed a deep cleaning. To my surprise they were able to do the first two quadrants at the same visit! Shari even called the next day to see how I was doing. I'm grateful I found this practice and can't recommend it highly enough.

Fantastic experience: THE BEST AND MOST COMFORTABLE DENTAL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER, EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE EXISTENCE. HOW SO? First and foremost, it is a whole vibe at Family Dentistry of Lakeland, the staff is very hospitable, polite, and thorough. Secondly, I fear needles and just the whole experience of the grinding and probing but to my surprise I didn’t feel not one thing getting my fillings. Makes me wonder if any of the other dentists applied the local anesthetic effectively to prevent me from feeling the pain of dental work. Nonetheless, I felt like the most important patient in the world!!! My comfort was a top priority and they exceeded my expectations. Family Dentistry of Lakeland is the only dental office I need for all of my dental care!!! DR. Maneesha Chigurupati is a Legend and you heard it here first!!!! 10/10⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: I recently had a filling at this office, and Dr. Maneesha did a wonderful job making me feel as calm and comfortable as it's possible to be while you are having teeth drilled. I have been her patient for about a year, and she and her staff are absolutely top notch. They're also really funny and ready to laugh with you!

Fantastic experience: 01/17/25 update: It seems I cannot write an additional review, so I'll just update this one. I just got off the phone with Jennifer regarding an insurance/billing question. She was great! She and I worked together to resolve an EOB inconsistency and it happened to work out in my favor. It's so nice to speak to someone in medical billing who is actually happy to help. Thanks Jennifer! I’ve been with Family Dentistry for about 7 years and always enjoyed my experience. Since Dr. Maneesha took over the practice, I have continued to be impressed. The staff is friendly and professional, and my routine cleanings have been thorough. Most recently, I had a tiny chip from a bottom front tooth that needed repair. They got me in quickly (the next day!), took great care to address my concerns and fixed the tooth as good as new. I was gently reminded not to use my teeth as tools. A terrible habit, I know! I couldn’t ask for more from a dentist!

My wife and I started coming here years ago after a different dentist tried to sell us on molar extractions that we didn’t need!

Fantastic experience: Dr Manisha placed two crowns for me. Both she and her assistant we're gentle and careful of my needs. Both crowns look and feel great. Only one adjustment at the time of placement was needed. The bite is perfect.
