Fantastic experience: I've been coming to Dream Dental for a bit now, and each and every visit has been a treat, truly. Aili is a very patient and understanding Hygienist. Anytime I pointed out an issue, she would note it down and alert the Doctor, Ms. Carolina, who is also a very knowledgeable and diligently working Doctor.

Fantastic experience: The staff is super friendly. Dr. Londano has a great bedside manner. She answers any questions, and she cares deeply about her work. The office is state of the art. They have TV’s on the ceiling for when you are being worked on with all of the streaming channels. You get a remote and headphones, so you can totally zone out. Also, I recommend checking out their instagram page. It is very entertaining. Update: I’ve had a few procedures since my original post and ai am happy to report that each visit seems to get better. The staff are amazing and another doctor, Dr. Moreau is also awesome .

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to a few different dentists, and this has easily been the best experience I’ve had. Everyone is so kind and makes you feel comfortable. Kaley was super welcoming and did an amazing job helping me feel at ease. I also really appreciated all the little things they do, like checking in throughout the appointment, letting you watch TV or wear headphones, and playing relaxing rain sounds. It really helps if you’re someone who’s nervous about going to the dentist. Overall, the staff and dentist are amazing, and I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Londono was able to save our son’s front teeth after an accident and another dental office recommended a removal and $14k worth of work! Dr. Londono and Madi made room in the schedule to see him immediately and was able to save his teeth and provide him with temporary solution while waiting for his crowns so he could get back to work! Madi worked diligently with our insurance to limit the out of pocket expenses! We are happy Dr. Londono and her team were there for us!

Positive experience: Beautiful Vibes, Questionable Diagnosis After extensive research, I chose Dream Dental Dentistry because of its glowing online reviews. I walked in expecting top-tier care. What I got was… an experience. Let’s break it down. Lounge Area 10/10 on aesthetics. The waiting area is beautifully decorated, the chairs are comfortable, and the music was great. It felt more like a trendy lounge than a dental office. Clean, modern, thoughtfully designed. Honestly, if vibes could clean teeth, this place would be elite. Receptionist Hillary at the front desk was fantastic, friendly, warm, and genuinely welcoming. First impressions matter, and she absolutely delivered. Other Staff The team seemed happy and upbeat. At one point it felt like karaoke hour in the best way. You can tell the staff enjoys working together. The energy is light and positive, which is refreshing in a dental setting. Bathroom Clean and well-maintained. No complaints there. The Exam Process Here’s where things shifted. The exam involved an excessive number of photos from multiple angles, tools holding my mouth open, extended time under bright lights. I understand documentation is important, but there was little explanation during the process. When I asked questions about what was going on, the responses felt vague and rushed. Then came the big reveal. The Diagnosis & Treatment Plan Instead of receiving the routine cleaning I scheduled, I was told my teeth were in poor condition and that I needed a more involved (and more expensive) procedure not covered by my insurance. The conversation felt less like healthcare guidance and more like a sales presentation. The focus seemed to shift toward upselling rather than addressing my primary reason for coming in. Dr. Carolina Londono did not come across as reassuring or transparent to me. Trust is huge in healthcare, and I simply didn’t feel it in that moment. Second Opinion The next day, I went to my previous provider for a second opinion. Completely different experience. They disagreed with the assessment, performed a standard cleaning fully covered by insurance, and did not find the severe issues I was warned about. That contrast spoke volumes. Trust & Bedside Manner For me, bedside manner is about clarity, transparency, and feeling like your provider is advocating for your health, not your wallet. While the office excels in atmosphere and friendliness, I left feeling uneasy rather than confident. Final Thoughts Dream Dental absolutely wins on ambiance, music, and aesthetics. If I were reviewing it as a coworking space, it might get five stars. But when it comes to dental care, trust outweighs décor every time. If something feels off, get a second opinion. There are other trustworthy dental offices out there. I ended up going back to mine, and I’m glad I did. Read the reviews, but also listen to your instincts.

Negative experience: UPDATE: I’m editing my review after multiple visits. While I appreciated the help I received during my initial emergency appointment, everything that followed raised serious red flags and made it clear this is not a practice I can continue with. The front desk staff are excellent—professional, kind, and genuinely pleasant to work with. Unfortunately, my experience with the dentist and assistant was the opposite. I consistently felt pressured to approve services I did not request, with little focus on the actual reason for my visit. In fact, they didn’t even ask me, they just “told me” what they’re going to. Each appointment was extremely more sales-driven than patient-care focused. Even when attempting to use the free cleaning I get per insurance (and law), the visit quickly turned into another upsell conversation instead of simply providing the service. She refused to do the service I came there for and tried to gaslight me into upgrading their cleaning with claims it’s not legal for them to do free cleaning, they have to upgrade me because their teeth are “bad”. When you try to talk back, the dentist and assistant talks over you or even laughs in your face and they’re very snobby or condescending about it. Mind you, I walked out and went back to my old dentist all the way in Clermont immediately after this for second opinion. My old dentist had zero issues doing the service we came there for and the free cleanings as per insurance and law. They even told me that what Dream Dental done was highly unprofessional and unethical sales tactics too. Dream Dental place is a scam! Over time, the pressure, dismissive responses, and repeated attempts to override clearly stated boundaries felt manipulative and gaslighting—making you question your decisions or feel uncomfortable for saying no. During my most recent visit, I clearly stated my boundaries, felt dismissed, and ultimately walked out. That was my breaking point. This office operates as a high-pressure business, not a patient-centered dental practice. That approach may work for some people, but it’s not something I’m willing to tolerate. I had high hopes, which makes this experience especially disappointing. The only consistent positive was the front desk team—I would gladly work with them again in a professional setting or even hire the receptionists for my own businesses- I would not work with or hire the dentist or assistant. My advice to future patients: pay attention to the red flags early, be firm about your boundaries, and don’t let anyone pressure you into services you didn’t come in for or try to milk you for more money. Currently waiting to see if they try to be petty and over charge me… I’ve documented all the evidence of issues along the way.

Negative experience: I would not recommend Dream Dental Winter Haven due to a lack of pricing transparency and frustrating admin experiences. The online booking and initial paperwork process were smooth, and I received confirmation via email and text, including my insurance details. When I arrived for my appointment, administrative team stated they had no record of my paperwork or insurance, despite the prior confirmations. After completing the forms again, which was no issue, I was then informed I was out-of-network, with estimated costs exceeding $250 for an exam and additional fees for cleaning without a clear price. This lack of transparency and poor communication regarding insurance and pricing is unacceptable, leading to a wasted trip.

Fantastic experience: I came early for my 8-AM appointment & to my surprise, almost all staff were already in. I didn't wait for long, I was asked by a staff to follow her to a room. X-rays were done right right away. Once the results were in, the dentist came to explained to me clearly what was going on inside my dental cavity. The place is very clean & the ambiance is very inviting. Staff were all friendly and courteous.
