Fantastic experience: My son and I just love this dentist office! My son has been a patient for years. I wish I would have received care for him from the beginning. I honestly feel his former dentist did not treat him properly. This wonderful office never disappoints. They are always consistent with their care and professionalism. They come highly recommended!

Negative experience: I love the hygienist, so patient with kids, but the doctor is the opposite, cero patient and always in rush.

I’ve had a few different insurances and they’ve taken them all. We will continue to use them until my kids are too old to come here. My youngest child is autistic and they’re fantastic with him and he likes going to the dentist now

Positive experience: Doctor and dental hygienists are very nice and knowledgeable . The only unpleasant person is the asian front desk lady that is very rude and disrespectful.

Positive experience: I just want to start off and say thank you to Dr. Park for all that she does for our family. Yesterday was a busy day , office was full and wait times were very long(almost 2 hours). Everyone was working very hard. I noticed, the manager, I’m presuming, be very disrespectful to the girls and very passive aggressive. I’m sure things get hectic on such a busy day, but she seemed to be very overbearing and rude to some of the girls working very hard running around. It was not professional or respectful. We love this practice, the heart warming front desk girls, the Doctor.. I think management can do better with her staff regarding professionalism and being more respectful. It was uncomfortable to see on such a busy day.

Fantastic experience: This dentist is over and beyond. Dr Park (hope I spelled it correctly) and her team are simply the best. They always are so kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and understanding. They explain everything they are doing and they always answer every single question you have. Dr Park always oversees and checks out what is completed if it wasn't by her and it is extremely reassuring. I want her to clean my mouth so bad but she only takes children. I will miss her when my boys get older. I love her! I love them so very much. The family orthodontic as well are theeee best! It is the best they are like family and I love them. Hygienist here are like a glove to Dr Park and it is beautiful.

Positive experience: Great place with excellent staff, service, and results. However, appointments are rarely on time — usually delayed by about 10–15 minutes.

Fantastic experience: My daughter is especially nervous about the dentist and our hygienist was very gentle and patient today. She let her feel the brush on her hand first, and she always let my daughter know what step was coming next. I wish I remembered her name because she was the difference in a decent experience and a traumatic one!

Positive experience: Dr and nurses were really helpful and knowledgeable, but front desk employee ( don’t know her name ) was so disrespectful and was mocking me for asking earlier appointment for wiggly tooth. Will come back only for the doctors.

Fantastic experience: This dentistry is by far the best dentistry our family has been to. I mean as soon as we wake in the front desk lady, Ms amy is her name, greets my kid by their names,which make them smile and not be afraid to got to the dentist and stay calm.. Negative experience: My son visited this place today because his gums were inflamed and the staff told me that antibiotics were needed to treat him. But the staff were very unprofessional and didn’t regard the information I had written of what allergies my son had and when I informed them of it they didn’t even know what we were talking about or even how to spell it. The staff was also extremely rude and told me to leave when I confronted them about it. very rude very unprofessional I can’t believe they didn’t know how to spell Cephalexin! I hope anybody who see this review do not go there. They. Play games. Especially this is for children’s !

Fantastic experience: My son has been going here for years. The staff is friendly and professional. I have moved to an area that is closer to another location but I choose to return to the Johns Creek office. August 2025: I still prefer this location and after my son’s most recent visit, am even more impressed. I came in completely exhausted mentally and physically. Although my problem was not their obligation, the front office staff handled the situation exceptionally well.

Fantastic experience: We are so in love with this office and it's team. Always taking care if my child's needs. He is autistic and i promise it's hard for him to go to doctors offices, but this practice, the front desk ladies (ms amy and ms T)give and show him so much love, he absolutely loves coming here. Greeting him when he walks in is his favorite thing! Keep up the great work guys!!

Negative experience: I had a truly heartbreaking experience at this Sprouts dentist. I have been loyal customers for years, even paying for a yearly membership plan. When my son got sick and had to miss his appointments, I called the office to see if we could reschedule. I was met with an incredibly rude and disrespectful front desk employee. I tried to explain our situation, but she cut me off and told me not to talk over her. I was shocked. All I wanted was to find a solution—either to use the visits we had already paid for or to get credit for the next year. Instead, she simply said it was "in the contract." It's incredibly disheartening that a business would hide behind a contract rather than show compassion, especially when dealing with children's health. The lack of customer service is appalling, and the way I was spoken to was completely unprofessional. No parent should have to hire a lawyer to read a dentist's contract. We've been loyal for years, but after this experience, we will be finding a new dentist. This employee does not deserve to be working with the public.

Fantastic experience: Love this location especially my girls at the front desk Aimee and Tamirra the rush hour crew. Best Dentist office we have ever been to. These ladies at the front desk make this visit so much better. We enjoy the service they receive every time we come it’s always the best. Thank you ladies ❤️

Fantastic experience: D4C Johns Creek/Suwanee have been servicing my teens for several years and we always leave with a toy and a smile. Their waiting room is kid-friendly with movie playing and video games. Parents have to stay on site during their kids' visit in case they need to be quickly summoned which is for everyone's safety. I recently walked in needing dental records sent to a specialist and they jumped right on it and sent them on the spot! They always come through! Thx D4C!

Fantastic experience: Front desk staff - awesome. Absolutely have things going on. But the real winner for me was Ms. Nancy, the hygienist. I have a sensory-processing deficiency with my 6 year old. She hasn’t been the dentist in 4 years because it was so awful. Today she saw Ms. Nancy, and she was amazing. She answered ALLLLL my daughter’s questions and showed her everything that she wanted to see or touch. My daughter didn’t cry once during the cleaning. I did. It was such a weight off my shoulders and heart to have someone SO amazing at their job (and just being a great human), it took away all my worries. We have already requested her for the next cleaning. 100% recommend!!!

Positive experience: The nurse practitioner did an excellent job and made by son feel really comfortable during his first dental visit. She patiently explained what she will be doing and showed how the equipment works.

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience for our visit. Our hygienist was AWESOME! She was great with my 3 year old and took the time needed to make it a great experience. We were in and out in about 30 minutes which is perfect with a 3 year old attention span.

Fantastic experience: All five of my kids are patients at this location, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the care they receive. The staff, doctor, and dental assistants are absolutely phenomenal—professional, kind, and truly dedicated to their patients. It’s a relief to know my children are in such good hands!

Positive experience: Just an unfortunate 1st appointment here, and I'm not willing to give it a 2nd try. We waited over an hour with my 1.5 year old, then the dentist didn't introduce herself and said she's fine if the baby cries so she can see her teeth better. I understand it was a busy week, but this was just unfortunate. Edited from a 1 to a 3, because I got an apologetic call from the office manager- thank you! I'm still not comfortable bringing my daughter back, but I appreciate any office that wants to improve

Fantastic experience: Great experience taking my daughters here! There was an issue with the system but I believe her name was Aimee helped me quickly and got it all worked out and my girls seen. All of the people in the back were super helpful and sweet to my girls and made their first experience at the dentist a pleasurable one.

Negative experience: I’m extremely disappointed with this clinic. I canceled my child’s appointment well in advance—left a voicemail when no one picked up, then called AGAIN the morning of the appointment and waited on hold for 12 minutes before someone finally canceled it for me. Weeks later, I get a bill for a missed appointment? Unbelievable. How is it MY fault that your staff didn’t check voicemail or update your system? This is beyond unprofessional. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC!!

Negative experience: We love Dr. Park but I can’t seem to get billing or a manager to call me back for an explanation on why I had a balance. They made me pay while in office on 3/14. I have called several times with no return call and even wrote a message. Now that we are done with our treatment no one can explain clearly why I had a balance. The one time I was able to speak with a person was a girl named Kim (email name Dim Mang) who sent me an itemized receipt but couldn’t explain why I had a balance either. When I pressed telling her that the amount she’s quoting doesn’t add up. She proceeded to say “oh I don’t work in billing but I will have someone call you back”. This was on 3/17 and it’s now 3/24. I’ve left a voicemail and emailed her back with no response. Clearly no one wants to explain which is a very bad business. Looks like we will be looking for a different dentist now.

Fantastic experience: This place is awesome! The ladies at the front desk greeted my son as he walked through the doors! They made him feel so comfortable and at ease with their beautiful smiles and hilarious jokes! The guy that took Xrays was patient and kind, and my son's dental hygienist was awesome!!! She was so kind and great at her job. This place was able to get us in at the last minute and was very clear and informative about my son's emergency! Negative experience: This dentist's office no longer answers phone calls. If you need to call them about your appointment, the call center will not answer no matter how many times you call. It’s very stressful and a waste of time on the phone for someone to help.

Fantastic experience: we recently went to this office for the first time, and I would like to say, we absolutely love it! Kids were happy and Ms Aimee was one of the best, funny, and gave us the best first experience ever. Thank you all!

Negative experience: We like this location but only because they have a cheerful hygienist who made our child comfortable and she made him feel safe since my son gets anxiety when going to the dental office. The gentleman who takes the x-rays was very informative and also tried his best in making my son feel comfortable. However the rest of the staff wasn’t my favorite.. when we first walked in there were three women that were working the front and at first it’s confusing on who to go to because no one says anything to you. I walked up to the front desk where they were sitting at and I literally had a staring contest with one of the girls because I was waiting on one of them to tell me if I needed to sign my kid in or not like what do I do, do I sit and wait for ya’ll to call us up or what?? And she literally looked me straight in my face for what felt like 3 whole mins until the lady all the way to right was like “Hey if you could just fill out this form” and in my head I’m like great you could’ve welcomed me and told me to come to you so that I wasn’t confused as to where to stand, and not to mention the girl I was standing in front of could’ve also directed me to go to her and didn’t. Front desk gets a 1 star for me, but hygenist and x-ray assistant both get 5 stars, as for the dentist- she was okay, we didn’t spend much time with her as she only counted my son’s teeth and basically told us he doesn’t have cavities which is always a plus. The lady who walked us out (which I’m assuming was a dental assistant) was nice and gave my son a little toy and told us she would make sure that we have the same hygienist when we come back which also made us comfortable because we don’t want to go to anyone else.

Fantastic experience: The front Desk is very welcoming and helpful. The dental assistant was so kind and took the time to explain the entire process step by step. She made us feel so comfortable and was so attentive. The Dr was thorough and informative.

From the moment we walked in, the staff’s great energy and the beautifully fun artistry throughout the office immediately put us at ease. My son had his first cavity in 13 years, and the experience could not have been more positive. Emma was incredibly professional, personable, and supportive, explaining every step of the sealant process with care and clarity. Dr. Park was equally polite, respectful, and kind, taking the time to explain the procedure while ensuring my son felt comfortable. My son summed up his experience as “so cool!”—a testament to how wonderfully they handled everything. While we hope to return only for the good and not more cavities, we will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I am very disappointed with the punctuality at this location. Despite having a 15-minute grace period for patients, my daughter is never called back on time for her scheduled appointments. Each time I've inquired about her being seen, the staff has responded with a poor attitude. Additionally, the doctor my daughter typically sees has been consistently rude. I would not recommend this location and will be switching to another office as soon as possible.

Fantastic experience: I'd like to share our experience with the Dentistry for Children in Johns Creek location. My 4 kids been patins here for years now and Dr. Park and assistants, Emma i particular, were always very professional and always honest, which is what I always pay attention to. They never recommend treatments that are unnecessary (which i hear door people complain about their doctors). I wouldn't think to change the practice, unless we move out of this area.

Positive experience: Emma and Dr Park are awesome. They’ve taken great care of my daughter and made the dentist experience less scary to the point that she actually enjoys going! They are all great with interacting with kids and do a great job of keeping them distracted and happy during the process. My only knock against the practice is the confirmation process and the scheduling…we have to confirm appointments via text and phone call several times for each appointment.

Positive experience: I Mary Benson the grandmother of Jaylon and Jayda was really rude this morning as the old age lady was cranky this morning. And I humbly apologize to the staff. No matter what… the staff showed compassion…respect… patience and kindness!!!!!! I actually felt like an ant as the giants ono by one , cared for the children!!!!! Negative experience: Prepare to wait and scroll your phone for hours if you need to see the doctor… We arrived more than 15 minutes early for an appointment, but still had to wait for more than one hour!! Just wasting kid’s school time and parent’s working time. If you don’t honor appointments why schedule anything at all?

I have chosen to continue bringing my daughter here because I trust Dr. Park that much with her dental needs and I know she is in good hands. Negative experience: This was my first visit and our appointment was at 1PM, but we waited for more than an hour in lobby to even start the process.. Really didnt expect this

Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars I would. This was my son’s first dentist appointment and instead of being an exciting milestone, they ruined the experience with their ignorance. They lack knowledge and didn’t do any due diligence to prep for the appointment. I walked out in the middle of the appointment because as a mother, I just couldn’t handle it anymore, but they said they will still charge for the dentist’s time that was spent. If you, as the parent, want to have the peace of mind that your child is in good hands, I would find somewhere else.

Negative experience: I had an extremely disappointing experience with them. Despite scheduling my appointment well in advance, the office did not honor the appointment time, leaving me waiting for an excessive and unacceptable amount of time. This complete disregard for my schedule resulted in me missing valuable work hours, which is both unprofessional and disrespectful. To make matters worse, there was no apology or acknowledgment from the staff for the inconvenience they caused. The lack of basic courtesy and respect for patients' time is appalling. I would strongly advise anyone considering this dentist to look elsewhere for a more professional and respectful experience. This was for our kids

Negative experience: I was originally scheduled in Buford location for my 3 years old daughter for filling and crowded because I had been to Buford location before and they all very nice to my daughter. However the Suwanee location called me and asked if I want to come to Suwanee location earlier because they have a cancel spot that they can put me in. I accepted and took my 3 years old daughter there to Suwanee location . The Korean dentist here name Park at Suwanee location was very rule and very mean to the my daughter. She first got into the room and she acted she like she was in hurry and rushed. When she started to work on my daughter teeth, she did know how to calm the kids down from scary, but acted like she was working with an adult. She demanded and pushed the kid to follow her directions. When my daughter did not follow her demands and still crying, she gave up and told me to take my daughter home and advised me that I don’t have much options beside to take my daughter home or go somewhere else. She doesn’t have any patient to work with children so why she picked a job to work as children dentist. I think she should change her job to something else instead working with children. I don’t recommend anyone bring their kids to see her.

Negative experience: Beware all families with special needs children. My daughter was just removed as a patient because of her “condition”. No justification, no innocent, just a statement. “We referred her to another dentist so we will not be able to schedule her because of her condition.” Note: They gave us a referral for a procedure but not for a new dentist. All this because she is Autistic!

Negative experience: We've been to this facility twice, and combined, I would give them a zero. The dentist doesn't like to work with kids with special needs, and they're very insensitive. The only wanted to alloe 1 parent in the back, but needed my help to get my daughter into the chair, because she was in a wheelchair. They wanted to do the bare minimal, and was very quick to refer us out to another dentist. The place is dirty and dingy and they discriminate against kids with disabilities and special needs.

Fantastic experience: My children love this dentist office. The hygienist Daisy was very kind and patience with my daughter. Dr. Park is amazing! She takes the time to make sure my kids always have a pleasant experience. I appreciate the front staff for always being helpful and kind! Thank you all!
