Fantastic experience: I was treated for a cavity under an existing crown. Dr. Walls and staff removed the crown, treated the cavity, made a new crown and installed it in one visit. It was a totally painless procedure and only took 1:45 hours. Excellent job.!

Fantastic experience: I love this dental office! I have been coming here for 15 years. The receptionists are always very sweet and accommodating. I have seen 3 different hygienists and all of them have been sociable, kind and helpful with dental hygiene tips! Dr. Walls is a great dentist, he is very honest and doesn’t try to overcharge/find issues that aren’t there. Scheduling appointments is very easy over the phone, but if they don’t answer you can text their number to schedule as well! Would recommend this dentist to any friend!

Fantastic experience: I had a crown come off a front tooth. (I also lost the crown) I had several other dentist look at it and tell me the only solution was to have an implant with new crown. Many, many dollars. Dr Walls was able to work with the part of my remaining tooth…make a new crown and had me finished in 2hrs. Looks like my original tooth .. Incredible experience. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Once again I had an exceptional experience with my with my dental checkup. Everyone there is very kind, very attentive and has excellent technique. If there are any changes in the health of your mouth or teeth they make sure you understand how to quickly and effectively address correcting that problem. Their technique and attention to detail is such that I don't need any anesthetic of any kind for any usual procedures and frankly I don't ever need any( except years ago for an actual extraction of a crumbling baby tooth). The whole staff is very talented, skilled, and kind. They use all the latest and most improved techniques and materials for any dental needs. Their work is impeccable and they make you feel like family from the moment you call till you finish your appointment. Any time I've had a dental emergency they fit me in quickly and deal with any problems very efficiently and thoroughly and I never hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing any dental care. Every time I go I am so pleased with the experience. I can't think of a suggestion for improvements. They are very gracious, kind and very skilled. They are definitely looking out for their patients' best good.

Whether routine care or a dental emergency he always has me feel important. I recently had a loose capped front tooth that occurred out at dinner. One phone call and I had an appointment at 7:30 the next morning, tooth was fixed and his staff was warm and friendly! I figured I’m interjecting a procedure into an already busy day but I was never left to feel like a burden and he didn’t rush and took the time with me to explain and make sure I was set before I go. Fantastic experience: I bit down hard on a chicken wing and caused a bottom tooth to become loose. My regular dentist was on a mission trip. Dr Walls saw me on an emergency basis. He did an EX ray and determined that there was no fracture. He also grinned the tooth down some to take the pressure off it. Told me I would ok in about 3 days. There was no charge for my visit. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr. Walls since I was a child and I trust him. Even though we’ve moved further away, I still drive to see him. His office has the latest technology and provides high quality care.

Negative experience: Dr. Wall placed a crown on an implant for me years ago. He sent the work out to a lab in California which did not use parts from the manufacture of the implant to build the crown. The crown was built with parts other than that, manufactured by the manufacture of the implant, this resulted in instability in tooth. The tooth was replaced twice and has never has been right. over the years, I’ve had to have The capture screw in the crown retorqued. It’s been years later and it looks like it’s gonna have to be retorqued or the crown replaced at this point.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Walls has been my dentist since first moving to the Atlanta area in 1995. He is very patient and never tries to upsell services. I love the whole team and have even seen a few of the staff members retire, which is always hard, but the replacements have been great. I will continue to go to Dr. Walls until he retires, which will be a sad day.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Shawn Walls and his dental hygienist Julie are the best team I’ve ever had taking care of my teeth. Julie makes sure I’m comfortable in every way, giving me a heating pad for my back and deadening all sensitive places prior to cleaning my teeth. She goes the extra mile for her patients; I’ve never had such great treatment from a dental assistant. Dr. Walls has the most gentle touch, smooth demeanor, and kind bedside manner that puts you immediately at ease. He’s very knowledgeable and explains everything so I can understand, and listens to me as I’m a big part of the plan. They’re both the very best and I’d highly recommend them to all my friends and family. Just a top-notch dental practice!
