Fantastic experience: Highly professional, friendly environment. The office staff are always courteous and helpful, the dental staff are companionate and patient. Excellent experience every time I have been there!

Negative experience: My father, a senior citizen, had a confirmed appointment here for a tooth extraction. He had already checked with the office that the extraction was covered by his insurance, and he had dropped off a copy of his UnitedHealthcare Medicare card earlier so it would be on file. On the day of the appointment, he took a cab to the office. While he was almost there, at 9:17 AM, he got a message saying they were having trouble verifying his insurance. When he arrived at 9:42, he was told he would have to pay out of pocket and would be refunded if insurance paid later. He calmly explained that he had already confirmed his coverage and that this message should have been sent the day before, so he wouldn't have made the trip. The front desk refused to help, so he asked to speak with someone senior. The woman who said she was the manager was even ruder and threatened to call the police on him. No one should be treated this way, least of all an elderly patient who did everything right. Poor communication, no respect for patients' time, and a completely unacceptable attitude. We will not be returning.

Positive experience: I am very satisfied with the work of Dr. Stanley and his assistants Tanya and Lena. However, during my last visit, Dr. Stanley was assisted by Robin Sanchez, and unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the dental assistant’s work. He accidentally hit my lip with the high-volume suction, which caused discomfort. After the procedure was finished, my mouth was not rinsed at all. During the treatment, he repeatedly used the saliva ejector incorrectly. Instead of positioning it properly under the tongue or in the buccal vestibule he was poking it around unnecessarily. He also kept moving the suction between my front teeth and upper lip, where suction is not needed since saliva does not accumulate there. Even when placing the saliva ejector under my tongue, instead of holding it still, he kept pushing and moving it, which caused significant discomfort. The most unpleasant part was that at moments when the high-volume suction was not needed while the doctor was working, the assistant kept it turned on and appeared to be playing with it by opening and closing it with his finger while it was suctioning air. This was distracting and unprofessional. I truly appreciate Dr. Stanley’s work, but this experience with the dental assistant was uncomfortable and disappointing. I am writing this review not because I am being overly critical, but because I previously worked as a dental assistant myself and understand how dental assisting procedures should be properly performed

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience at Northbridge Dental! I woke up on a Saturday with severe tooth pain and knew I needed an extraction. After calling several clinics that were full, Northbridge Dental immediately fit me in and assured me they wouldn’t leave me in pain. From the kind and comforting receptionist to Dr. Stanley, who was gentle, informative, and made the extraction completely painless, the entire team was amazing. Their prices are great too. I can’t recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: Before, I used to get the whole cleaning in one visit. It felt like dental torture and a marathon rolled into one. At Northbridge Dental, they offered me a deep cleaning in three parts. Apparently my teeth were so dirty they needed a Netflix season — sorry, Miss Farrah! Fantastic experience: I have been going to Northbridge Dental for close to 30 years and it’s probably rare to say but I actually look forward to seeing Dr. Galperin and hygienist, Farrah and my teeth and dental health has never been better.

Negative experience: OMG! After 5 years - I get a text from the practice that I owed 14.00! I was shocked, i thought it was spam, I called them - they said yes after talking to some stupid AI system- i got a return call stating that i owed this from 5 years ago that they are not writing it off after all these years.. I moved out of town since 2020 -- I guess Russians don't write off balances from patients - only text message from date of service over 5 years.. NEVER- have I experienced anything like this... I hope and pray never again...
