Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Dr. Desai and her team enough! I’m in my 30s now, and I’ve been seeing her since I was in high school. That alone says a lot about the trust I have in her and the exceptional care she provides. Dr. Desai has the gentlest bedside manner and is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and patient. As someone who gets nervous about going to the dentist, I truly appreciate how she and her assistant keep the atmosphere light by chatting and making me laugh throughout my appointment. It does such a great job of distracting me and makes the entire experience so much less stressful. The front desk staff is just as wonderful—always welcoming, friendly, bilingual and genuinely caring. From the moment you walk in until the moment you leave, everyone makes you feel comfortable and valued. Thank you, Dr. Desai and your entire team, for your kindness, compassion, and the outstanding care you’ve given me over all these years. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dental care!

Fantastic experience: After not being a fan of dentists for most of my adult life, I’m so glad I decided to give Dr. Ami Desai and the team at Family Dentistry and Orthodontics a try. From my very first visit, they took the time to explain everything thoroughly, including my X-rays and the treatment I needed, and they reassured me that they would take great care of me. They absolutely kept that promise. I had a deep cleaning done by the wonderful Liz and a tooth extraction performed by Dr. Desai, and both experiences were far better than I ever expected. Everyone, from the front office staff to the dental assistants, was kind, welcoming, and always smiling, which made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. I’m extremely happy with the results and can honestly say I’ll be a patient for life. Thank you to Dr. Desai, Liz, and the entire team for making such a positive difference in my dental care experience. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Amazing staff! I called Monday asking if they had any last minute appointment for my TMJ, and they got me in that Wednesday. We ended up going with Botox for my TMJ and I felt immediately better walking out. Everyone was knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions I had.

Fantastic experience: Family Dentistry and Orthodontic has been great to my family and I. My son is terrified of the dentist and felt more comfortable being there than at his pediatric office so my husband and I switched him over. I see Dr. Desai and she is patient, personable and her and her staff take time to explain best ways of caring for our teeth. We drive about 45 minutes to their office and it's worth it!

Negative experience: If you have MetLife insurance the whole entire office has no idea how to read your benefits. I have gotten 4 different amounts that I owe . Every time I go there they tell me some lame explanation for their mistakes . The dentist won’t even address this issue. I gave 1 star but it should be 0. Do not go to this practice !

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Dr. Desai from a coworker after months of putting off a necessary dental visit and have always had significant anxiety when it comes to dental visits. I was greeted by friendly front desk staff, and waited a short time before heading back to begin my exam. I went in knowing I have some problematic teeth that need to be addressed and I was only met with kindness, patience and great bedside manner. My hygienist (Kelsey) immediately eased my nerves and made sure I was comfortable. She answered my questions and walked me through the process. I feel so very fortunate to have found a dental practice that I am not totally dreading returning to for my next visit.I greatly appreciate the care I received at my initial visit and cleaning .

Fantastic experience: This dental office with friendly staff is situated in an office park with plenty of parking space. Appointment reminders are sent a week before and another before the day of your visit via email and texts with the options to confirm or reschedule. My appointments have been on time, in and out. Dental hygienist, Kelsey, is very friendly and even takes her time to get to know you. She does a thorough, gentle cleaning while answering all your questions. Having a great dental hygienist is just as important to me since the majority of my visits are for maintenance. Also, you're under great care with Dr. Desai! She treats you like family!
