Fantastic experience: Had a tongue biopsy, was pretty nervous. But it was really quick and I literally had no discomfort and pain during it. You wouldn’t even know someone’s working on your tongue haah. Took about 4 days for the pain to fade, but the doctors did an absolute fantastic job

Fantastic experience: Nobody likes to have oral surgery! But if you do, I highly recommend Signature. The office is beautiful, the people are fantastic and caring, and the work they do is excellent! They make sure to explain everything in detail and to provide the patient with all available options. It has been a few months and everything healed perfectly! 100% recommend! I don't have insurance but they offer payment plans and they helped lowering fees as much as they can!

Fantastic experience: I'm almost 70, so I've had my fair share of dental work done. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Haeffs and his staff. I had a root canal extraction, and there were other issues involved that required good communication between Dr. Haeffs office and my regular doctor. They did everything I asked, and are just the best. If you want to be listened to and valued, this office is for you. They care and do a great job.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Dr Tyler Haeffs and Josefina. "Fina", as well as all the other's in the office. Most normal people don't want oral surgery, but these guys are so pleasant, kind, patient and thorough that it doesn't seem so bad. They answered all my questions and concerns and I didn't feel rushed. I felt comfortable about the procesure and how I would feel afterwards. They sent me home with ointment for my healing socket as well as prescriptions to get pain relief. Of course they check on you after the procedure and they do provide a follow-up visit to make sure that you are healing well. All in all it was a good experience and I will recommend them to others. I'm sure you probably really don't want to see any photos of the extracted tooth.

The doctor pulled 5 teeth and I was up and back in my car within 30 minutes. I chose twilight sedation because I was nervous. But i was amazed that there was no swelling and healed up perfectly... even though I'm a type 2 diabetic and 60 years of age.... shhhh don't tell anyone, lol Anyway, this team is amazing

Fantastic experience: I confidently and strongly recommend Dr. Haeffs and Nurse Ms. Josefina. Before coming to this hospital, I had been to the renowned Koch Orthodontics, which claims to have the most patients. The doctor there was a renowned orthodontist who specialized in dental surgery. However, due to the inaccessibility of extracting my son's permanent tooth, as the doctor explained, I had to seek another orthodontic clinic to preserve the molar. Even Suwanee Orthodontics couldn't provide a solution. Upon the recommendation of Whitney Orthodontics, I explored Oral & Facial Surgery Associates, a reputed clinic in the area. However, the anesthesiologist visited the hospital only once a month, leading to a nearly two-month wait for surgery. Additionally, there was uncertainty about whether the surgery could be performed within the hospital facility or externally, possibly at a large hospital like Emory. The doctor I consulted lacked permission to use Emory Hospital facilities, making surgery impossible. Even if performed externally, the wait for surgery was significant, and during that time, there was no guarantee that the adjacent tooth would not damage the molar roots as the teeth continued to grow. In a moment of concern, I found Dr. Haeffs through Google reviews. His positive reviews, along with the assurance of Emory Hospital usage permission if needed and the ability to administer anesthesia, convinced me to choose him. Additionally, the advantage of him being able to personally administer anesthesia, ensuring smooth daily surgeries and the availability for surgery at any time in the near future, further influenced my decision. The best part was that Dr. Haeffs conducts surgery with the patient conscious during anesthesia, eliminating the risk of not waking up after surgery. He employs a safe anesthesia method that allows the patient to be conscious but not remember the surgical situation. Unfortunately, moving between hospitals meant facing the burden of taking CT scans each time, as different hospitals use incompatible software. Finding a better hospital than this seems difficult, so I recommend choosing this hospital to minimize the radiation risk from CT scans, too. Upon reviewing my son's dental images, Dr. Haeffs quickly and confidently explained the treatment plan in detail. His Harvard background was clearly evident, distinguishing him from other surgeons who struggled or were unable to provide accurate surgical methods. The surgery was highly successful, and on the same day, my son exhibited his usual behavior, playing games without much pain or the need for medication. The bleeding stopped well within the expected time. Nurse Ms. Josefina provided detailed explanations, ensuring there were no issues in preparation before surgery and in postoperative care. She is incredibly kind, taking the enough time to explain everything thoroughly. Overall, finding a skilled and kind professional like Dr. Haeffs in this area is likely challenging. I am confident that my experience will be helpful for those contemplating hospitals. In the case of my son, it was necessary to extract a small permanent tooth next to the molar because it was too close, posing a risk of damaging the roots of the molar as it grew. This extraction was done to preserve the crucial function of the molar, which plays a vital role in chewing food. The tilted molar made it difficult to create space to extract the small tooth right next to it below the gum line. My son extracted a total of 6 teeth, including 4 baby teeth and 2 permanent teeth, all at once, and there were no issues. I would like to express my gratitude once again to Dr. Haeffs, who saved my son's molars, crucially important for chewing food, and Nurse Ms. Josefina, whose meticulous guidance before and after the surgery significantly contributed to the successful outcome. Thank you wholeheartedly.

Fantastic experience: I got my impacted wisdom teeth removed in early May by Dr Haeffs. I had put this off for almost 20 years since dentists had told me my wisdom teeth sat close to the main nerve. I have always been terrified to get them out. I finally needed to. The entire staff here was AMAZING. They helped me feel calm and reassured me. Dr Haeffs walked me through every single step and answered all of my questions and made me feel so much better. The surgery itself went so well. I had minimal swelling, I almost couldnt even tell. I had a little soreness afterwards and only needed advil/tylenol, nothing more. I was so nervous over nothing. I was completely healed in a few weeks. I so so highly recommend Dr Haeffs. He's the best there is, hands down!

During my consultation, Dr. Haeffs took the time to explain the entire process of wisdom tooth extraction and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. On the day of my surgery, despite the fact that I was so nervous, him and his team made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. The procedure itself was quick and painless (didn’t even feel when he put the IV needle for sedation), and I was surprised at how smoothly everything went. After the extraction, Dr. Haeffs and team provided me with detailed instructions on post-operative care to prevent dry sockets and/or infection. Pain after extraction was minimum, I didn’t even have to take the narcotics. Overall, my experience was positive, highly recommend.

Negative experience: Cost is outrageously high despite of in-network plan. They have a huge list of not covered items so even with good insurance and in-network you will pay a lot. My Initial visit just for evaluation without any x-rays costed $200. They said will send to cigna and refund if they cover which doesn’t makes sense as they are in-network and the cost is pretty much fixed despite they collect more. Think before you go here if you care about cost.

Negative experience: I got my surgery last month, and it was the most horrific experience of my life. first of all, you’re not allowed to eat eight hours before your surgery as my time came, I had to wait an extra hour and a half for my surgery. that was not a big deal because I get it Once I was taken in they placed an IV and I told them that I was incredibly scared of needles. I put a jacket over my face so I wont see anything. Once they put in the needle I said ouch an assistant asked me if I was being dramatic. as they were setting up around me, the main doctor was literally yelling at an assistant for a mistake they made for setting up nurse or assistant, that I felt truly uncomfortable that they were yelling at each other in front of me and she said this is normal as the main doctor was yelling at me thing in my IV without telling me so fast and I knocked out in 2 seconds without being able to say something. Yes I understand that they were putting me to sleep but they would have given me a heads up instead of shoving a needle in my iv while yelling at the workers. UNPROFESSIONAL.

Negative experience: For non insurance customers, note the following- 1) does not provide initial visit and consultation fees, but a wide range of costs. Hmm could be $200 to $500. 2) cannot provide estimates for specifice procedures. If a salesman told you "Hmm this car could be $15K or $20K. Purchase it and your will find out" Would you? Bet no one in the dental office would buy such a car, but yet they price their dental services as such.

Fantastic experience: I had 4 of my wisdom remove. The process was smooth and his team was amazing. It really didn’t feel like. I was there long. Dr Hogan did make call after the oral surgery to make sure everything was ok. I would recommend his services. It was pretty costly but it was worth the price. I didn’t have no discomfort accept for the normal protocol with that type of service. Everything was healing pretty good by the 5th day but still have little way to go with healing.

I can understand where this would have occurred and believe that Dr. Hogan and his office Manager have addressed their patient service/customer service issues. I've not EVER had a provider call to check on me/kids after a procedure; maybe the nurse/staff but not the Dr. My son is now scheduled for a procedure and his case is a bit more sensitive due to some other issues, however I am confident that I have him in the best of hands with Dr. Hogan and his staff. In fact, I will also be scheduling my husband for wisdom teeth extractions as well!

Fantastic experience: This was a great experience for our family. Our 15 yr old son had all wisdom teeth removed. He had hardly any swelling and minimal discomfort. Dr. Hogan is a great surgeon and answered all of our questions. The staff is very kind, organized and prompt. I wish Dr. Hogan had been my oral surgeon when I got my wisdom teeth removed many years ago. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: My dentist referred me to this practice for my wisdom teeth removal. I called the front desk to make an appointment and was met by a rude employee. I didn't know the process as this was obviously my first time removing all 4 of my wisdom teeth, and I didn't feel comfortable in our conversation. I'm super nervous about dental work so I can't come to a place with rude assistants :( I was looking forward to this place because of all the good reviews but I'll be looking elsewhere!

I never thought that I would have a painless wisdom tooth removal but thanks to Dr. Hogan’s exceptional skill and expertise, I had just that! Everyone was warm, kind, and personable. Fantastic experience: Got my wisdom teeth extracted on Friday morning and everything went smoothly. I was up and going, feeling like normal by Sunday. Dr. Grant called to check up on me Friday night after the surgery which was really nice.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Hogan and his staff are amazing and I cannot recommend them enough! He took my brother’s wisdom teeth out 5 days ago and he has not had any complaints of pain or discomfort. The front staff is very friendly and helpful; the assistants are personable, and Dr. Hogan truly cares for his patients. He even called my brother later that night to check on him. I wish I had known about Dr. Hogan when I needed my wisdom teeth out! I highly recommend him for any oral surgery needs!!!
