Fantastic experience: I've always come to this dental clinic for my treatments because it's the closest to my home, and luckily, I've met a great dentist and staff. The front desk is very friendly, and although there were some issues with claims before, they were always helpful in resolving them. I've always been afraid of dental visits, but unfortunately, I have many dental problems that require attention. Dr. Chiru has always been patient and kind in helping me address my dental issues. Because of the positive experiences, I also recommended my father to see Dr. Chiru for his treatments. He completed three implants and other procedures. When his implants caused discomfort by bitting his cheek, Dr. Chiru consistently made adjustments without any additional charges. I've since moved away from that area and had to find a new dentist. However, after I moved, a root canal and crown that Dr. Chiru had done for me about two years ago fell out. When I called the clinic for assistance, they informed me that it was beyond the one-year warranty period. My new dentist also mentioned that another root canal treatment done around the same time might be at risk of falling out, so I need to be careful with it. Overall, despite these issues, my previous experiences at the clinic were positive.

Fantastic experience: I went today for a scaling procedure which I was a little nervous because my teeth are not in great shape. But, I had an awesome experience. My hygienist, Luz, was amazing! She made me feel so comfortable and was not judgmental. I’m totally satisfied with my care and will recommend Complete Dental to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Neelima Chiru has the most soothing voice, and calming presence, that I have ever experienced in my life, which serves well in her type of business. The staff: Alejandra, Susannah, Nina, are all down to earth, kind, patient, skilled, professional, and accommodating. I’ve had several minor emergencies, which to me seemed major, but they have always fit me into the schedule. Once, Nina and Alejandra came in on their off day, which completely exceeded my expectations. I always have very pleasant experience when I go, and they make sure you get in and out as quickly as possible. They make you feel like family.

Negative experience: On my appointment 9/27 /25 noon was unsettling. I had eaten prior to, I asked told the assistant that I had eaten would that be ok. She said yes . And put the numbing stick in my left upper lip. On Monday I started having severe headaches. My gums started swelling. Now my gums are swollen and my lymph nodes are swollen and my jaws are painful and swollen. Today 10/3/25called for an urgent visit no Dr at the clinic. The office personnel called the md on call and she sent in antibodies and Motrin.

Negative experience: I usually don’t leave reviews, but my experience here was extremely disappointing. As a healthcare provider myself, I would not recommend this office. I waited in the waiting room for over an hour before being told to room myself. Two different staff members came in to ask me the same set of questions, requiring me to repeat myself multiple times. I clearly stated—both before my appointment and upon arrival—that I was there for a cleaning. Instead, I never even received one. It was treated as a “consultation,” which I’ve never had to do at any other dentist office. The dentist briefly looked at my teeth for only a couple of minutes, told me I needed braces, and sent me on my way. I’ve seen dentists regularly my entire life and have always been told my teeth were healthy and my smile was beautiful, so this felt dismissive and unnecessary. The X-ray technician was also rough and seemed unconcerned about my comfort or well-being. While I understand that healthcare settings can be busy, patients should never feel like they are just being rushed in and out. Compassion and professionalism are just as important as efficiency. On top of that, my email exchanges regarding insurance (which admittedly started because of my mistake) were handled unprofessionally as well. This was my first visit here, and it will also be my last.

Fantastic experience: ⸻ I cannot say enough about Dr. Chiru at Complete Dental of Suwanee: After suffering with pain under my bridge for quite some time, and after two other dentists tried but failed to resolve it, Dr. Chiru was the one who finally gave me relief. She performed a root canal with the gentlest care, making what I expected to be a stressful procedure surprisingly comfortable. What really impressed me was her thoroughness and professionalism - she even had me come back afterward just to make sure everything was healing properly and that I was pain-free. On top of all that, her prices were very reasonable compared to others I had seen. If you’re looking for a skilled, caring, and trustworthy dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Chiru and Complete Dental for all your dental needs!

Negative experience: My husband and I will not be returning due to my deep disappointment in the way my insurance and night guard situation was handled. When the pre-estimate fees were presented, I reasonably assumed the insurance claim had been approved and that the amount shown reflected my portion of the cost. Over a year later, I was informed that the insurance did not pay and that I am now responsible for the full balance. When I asked if this situation had occurred with other patients, the staff confirmed that it had. If this was a known issue, I believe it was their responsibility to inform me so I could verify coverage with my insurance provider before proceeding. Had I been made aware, I could have made an informed decision regarding the purchase of a costly night guard

Fantastic experience: I had a toothache in my wisdom tooth. I visited Dr C and she said the tooth had to be removed. I told her to go ahead and pull it. It was very stubborn and she had to break it to get it out I'm over 78 years old and have experienced a lifetime of dentists. This experience was the best. No pain at all during the procedure. The staff was great. The cost was surprisingly low. I will highly recommend to family and friends.

Negative experience: Had an appointment scheduled for today and when the girl called to cancel the appointment I said okay that’s fine but in my notes it says I have a dental infection is there another dentist and she instantly had an attitude and starts going off about how she isn’t a dentist and can’t diagnose me and that wasn’t even what I asked. Completely rude. I won’t be rescheduling. It’s fine if a dentist is sick, it’s not fine for your staff to treat people that way.

Fantastic experience: I was experiencing a dental emergency that required an extraction which was causing so much pain. When I called to schedule an appointment I thought it would be a long shoot of me getting a same day appointment on a Saturday but I was wrong. The front office receptionist was polite and extremely patient with me and was able to provide me with a walk-in appointment for only 3 hours later. Dr. C and her assistant Queenie were amazing and walked me through the entire process. They made me feel extremely comfortable and even knew how to calm me down when I felt anxious. I am so thankful for there professional knowledge and bedside manors. I recommend 10/10

We went to get my father checked out for an implant infection, and walked out knowing we will be shifting all our family’s dental needs to Dr. Chiru. Fantastic experience: I am so thankful for Complete Dental of Suwanee. They have rescued me twice. I broke a tooth in 2018 and they got in the same day and again October 1st of this week for another broken tooth. They are all amazing and so caring. They were such a blessing.

They called back right away about my appointment, the wait time was very short, and I was even able to have multiple procedures done on the same day! Negative experience: I had an awful experience at Complete Dental of Suwanee. I went in for a regular cleaning and was repeatedly stabbed in the mouth with no regard for my pain and safety. Even as I was wincing, tearing, and visibly in distress, the dentist did not ask if I was doing okay, much less an apology. She kept stabbing my mouth and was indifferent of my pain. I do not reccomend this place one bit, and will never be back here.

Negative experience: I’m giving two stars because my visit for my first appointment was actually good, but the first two red flags of unprofessionalism I ignored was (1) When I call in to make a new patient appointment the first time, the appointment was made and I received date and time but when the appointment drew closer I noticed I didn’t get any confirmation details. So I call the office and was told I didn’t have an appointment but my info was in their system. So that person made me a new appointment. (2) The appointment was made for my son and I to get cleanings. When I got there my son had his cleaning but I only had an assessment, mind you I took time off work for this and wasn’t told I wouldn’t be doing my cleaning then. I received a referral for a procedure I needed and was told they would verify my insurance for the next visit for my cleaning and reach out to me. Fast forward to about a week ago, I received a email to confirm my appointment, I went ahead and confirmed. I noticed a miss call, text and got a voicemail from the office the day before my appointment. I was at work and didn’t access my phone until later in the day, by that time I called back, but they had already closed. So I called the morning of to find out what they needed and I was told it was regarding my copay. When heard the sum, I decided it wasn’t an amount I would be able to pay right now ( last minute). So I asked to cancel or reschedule and was told I would be liable for a $150 late fee. I expressed to Monique.that it’s not my fault, I had no prior knowledge of this copay and won’t be able to pay it or a $150 cancellation fee which she notified me of..She began to get rude and sarcastic. Telling me “We call you several times and I’m not going to go back and forth with you”. Talking over me and just being down right rude. I could bare get a word in. Mind you, I only got one call the day before, a text and they left a voicemail but my confirmation was sent a week prior. Why didn’t they reach out then about the copay to give ample time. I call back and spoke with the Office Manager about the situation and to cancel any future appointments for me and my son. She pointed out a few things that refer solidify the unprofessionalism. At my previous visit I should’ve received a estimate with what my copay could be, I didn’t. They said my appointment was last minute, it wasn’t. How would I receive confirmation for a last minute appointment a week ago and reminder prior? The fee was waived, which is great. Even though I had no intention on paying it. In all they lost three patients, my husband was the one who recommended this place. He went there and liked it, but unfortunately we’re going to stick together on this one. BUT!! If they don’t address the unprofessional behavior of their front office staff member and I say staff member because my bad experience was with one person, they will definitely lose more patients. I’ve read a couple reviews and she was mentioned not by name but description, so I know I’m not the only one who had a issue with her behavior. I was with my previous Dentist office for years, no issues. I only changed because they’re too far away, but I’ll prefer driving 45 mins to an hour for professionalism, respect and comfort then driving 15 mins for the latter, just to save time and gas. Hope they do better with their front office hires, you can’t just talk to people any kind of way it’s not right. Respect goes a long way, give the same respect you expect to receive. I’m not rude person or a loud person, so didn’t expect the response I received. So disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I've always had fear of dentists since childhood. All I have to do is sit in a dentist chair & my nerves go on edge. This dentist was so calm explaining things & so was her assistant. I felt like I was talking to family. It definitely took the edge off a little bit. Dentistry has DEFINATELY come a long way. I go back next week. I think I'll be able to stay calm.

Most importantly, everyone was genuine and truly caring. I really felt as if they listened to my concerns and had my best interest in mind.

Negative experience: I’ve used this practice for many years. They hired a new claims person and everything changed, the professionalism declined as well as how they bill to insurance. When asked about the billing techniques, they tried to fast talk me and talk in circles as a way for me to believe them. She Sent over claims to my insurance that were false, while making me pay out of pocket for the procedures ( that were eventually paid by my insurance). I’m still waiting on a reimbursement that was promised to me. The last straw was when the female Dentist Performed a root canal on me (when I should have been referred to a periodontist). She didn’t remove all the ‘roots’ so the tooth became re-infected. They refused to retreat the tooth and then sent me to the periodontist, which told me I had to do another root canal on the same tooth. I informed complete dental of what they said and asked for a code reversal/ refund, in which they refused. I will now have to go to small claims court for my refund on the first root canal due to their malpractice and negligence. My advice to you is to find another dentist that will be upfront, honest, professional, and willing to refer you out if they know they can’t do the procedure well.

Negative experience: WARNING ALEART HORRIBLE 1st TIME COMING! !!!! found this place on Google and they take emergency had appointment today at 12:50pm arrived at 12:49 its 1:52pm and still in the waiting room/ they didn't have the courtesy to say hey we all back up or nothing!!!!!!!! So u went to the desk and said cancle my appointment it's 1:52pm and still haven't been seen ...... she said ok and that was that! She didn't even say let me check and see if your next or anything!!!! Just rude!!!! If you want to wait 2hr be my guest!!

Very affordable and works very well With our insurance . Come twice a year for cleaning and this time cleaning and procedure . I’m highly recommended!!
