Easy scheduling and also accommodating when a reschedule is needed. Office visits are no longer than 15 minutes each time and they have been efficient every time. Fantastic experience: I had my son's appointment yesterday. This was my first time bringing my child to this dentist. And i had to share my experience it was 10/10 for me. The staff from the front, the hygienist and the doctor Dentist Lala were all super friendly. Great customer service. I've always struggled finding the right dentist place for my my child due to either customer service was bad, the hygienist would be rough on my son's teeth. But luckily i found the right place where the staff were gentle with my son's teeth. They made sure my son to not feel not scared of any procedure they had to do. The place was very clean. I definitely would recommend this dentist place.

Negative experience: I came in today to bring my kids for their visit. I arrived about 8 minutes late. When I got to the front desk, they said they were willing to see us but might not be able to do the full cleaning because they needed a full hour. They then asked me to sign a paper stating we were receiving the cleaning, even though they had just told me we might not get it. I asked if I could sign the paper after they confirmed whether we could still get the cleaning. The receptionist said no. Then a woman came from the back, very aggressive, and told them not to see us if I didn’t sign the paper. I told her I wasn’t talking to her and asked where she came from. She said she was the manager, but her tone was rude and unprofessional. She then said they would not be seeing us today. I checked my kids out of school for this appointment, and my daughter even had a test today just so we could make it. There was absolutely no grace period or understanding. I will not be returning.

Negative experience: Really starting to question the quality of work here. The customer service is outstanding and they're great with my kids but as far as quality of work it's very questionable. My kids are constantly having to return bc of discomfort or having to make adjustments and I'd have to pay every time I come. On top of that, they break up so many appointments for the treatments I literally feel like I have been there 3 times in a month. I took my oldest back to my original dentist for a cleaning and they too made the comment that the filling they did for my daughter was not smooth or done correctly. I will be switching.

Fantastic experience: I had to drive 4hrs to bring my kids and they were beyond helpful, caring and accommodating!!! The best dentist and orthodontist I have ever been in. Professional and kind. I will never deal with Valdosta Dental Associates again. I'd rather drive up there instead of dealerships with rude, non-communiative, non phone answering, never remind parents of children's appts place again. It's all about courtesy, communication, patient care, and service. If I don't mess up your day you don't have to be rude to me. GO&CD let me know exactly what my children needed, what the treatment plans were and answered my questions in-depth when it came down to understanding procedures and next steps. I was never left in the dark. I highly recommend this office to people near or in Lawrenceville. I will say though. Make sure you are on time for you appt. They are busy on Tuesday. I'm thankful they helped as much as they did after such a long drive to get there and quickly getting us seen and back on the road as quickly as they could. 4hrs one way, is no joke, but worth it for how happy my kiddos were being there and got cared for.

Negative experience: I have had 2 visits. I was highly disappointed in my second visit. The treatment was poor, like treating alien. The staff I met at the reception, Sarai, was totally uncustomer like. Her attitude made me check out on that day and never went back with an option to transfer. This is the worst facility I have ever gone to.

Both of my children get their 6 month cleaning here and I would never go anywhere else! Dr. J is patient and caring with my 1yr old. She makes coming to the dentist fun for him.

My kids have been coming here for the last three years and every single time it is a refreshing and pleasant experience from cleanings to fillings . Maria is usually our dental assistant and she is so patient and funny. This last time we have feruza and she was such a delight.she took the time to explain what each instrument is and what they are going to do next so that way she is not scared. My older daughter has had bad experience with our previous dentist.when she was younger and ever since we came here, she is no longer traumatized and doesn’t go into full panic mode when we have appointments.

Fantastic experience: My daughters have been coming to this location for 4 years. They express how gentle and friendly everyone is. One of my daughters had an appointment for two fillings. She unfortunately had a panic attack. I can’t express how incredibly kind they were with her. They tried everything to help calm her. Even went through all the tools, what they did, the sounds etc. I always say it’s a choice to be kind because not everyone understands mental illness. They ALL chose to be kind!! I highly recommend this office and their amazing team..we have never had a bad experience..THEY ARE AMAZING!!

Fantastic experience: We've been going to this dental office for years and honestly my kids love it. Today we had an appointment and they were EXCITED 1. Because the love seeing Dr. Lala and 2. They get little trinkets which they love. The staff make going to the dentist fun, not scary and they are all great with kids, especially little ones. I absolutely recommend any family to try it. Negative experience: This place was recommended to me by my Insurance company. When I tried to register my son the first time, we were told that we couldn't walk in and schedule an appointment. The next time we went there, we were 2 minutes late and told that they we give us an appointment if someone called out. They called 2:17 pm to inform us that we could come to appointment at 3:00 that wasn't booked (They never told while we were there). I was at my 2:30 appointment, so I notified them I not going to be out of my appointment before 3:00. They then told me that I would have to reschedule for November 2. I told them, "Okay then I'll confirm that later". That's when she responded to say, "You will have to pay a 40 dollar fee for missing the visit.

Fantastic experience: There are so many things I love about this office. Aside from being professional and clean, the staff here is amazing. I just recently had my braces removed after a little over a year and Dr. Patel is the best. He is beyond knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. Not to mention my teeth look amazing!! Because of Dr. Patel, I always and will continue to recommend this office to my friends and family. As a bonus: My 3 year old son has cleanings here and the hygienists are always gentle and thorough. They are definitely great with children!

Negative experience: The place is fairly new. It is clean. however, they only take appointments on Tues & Thurs. The staff is new & very inexperienced. As I watched my son get his teeth flossed. They would try to rush and skip through it missing some teeth. the dentist tries to give the unrude impression that hey I'm busy please ask quickly so I can move on. As you guessed it. I stopped going because the few times I came with my kids they processed them like animals not like humans.
