Then got Taken in by Priscila how was very sweet and kind. DR. Man then came in and check my teeth thoroughly and did my cleaning. She was very gentle and great to have this visit with. Fantastic experience: As a new patient, I must say this is the best dentistry establishment I have been to in Gwinnett, county. Front desk was very warm and welcoming. The wait time to go back was very short; as a side note, all patient forms are encouraged to be completed prior to appointment. The office will directly provide you with the patient forms. The office itself is clean, well maintained, and organized office flow. Dr. Vinh and his assistants were very polite, professional and efficient. During my procedure, Dr. Vinh consistently checked on me to make sure I was comfortable and took the time to thoroughly explain everything, which helped put me at ease. Tracy was wonderful during my cleaning. She was knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and provided clear aftercare instructions. Hailey was also fantastic. She coordinated my appointments efficiently, kept me informed of any changes, and even called to check on me after my procedure to make sure I was doing well. The level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail from the entire team was outstanding. You really can’t go wrong here. Highly recommend - 10/10!

Fantastic experience: Today was a snow day in Georgia and unfortunately one of my front veneers came off. I almost had a panic attack when all the dental offices I called refused to see me because everyone was leaving early due to the snow. My husband called Sequoia Smiles and explained to them what had happened to me. Dr. Duong decided to skip his lunch break to help me with my fallen tooth, and to my relief, he recemented the veneer back on. Not only is he a great human being, but he is also a very professional and kind person, his clinic is modern and beautiful. Me and my husband are switching our 10+ years regular dentist to Sequoia Smiles because what he did today nobody else was willing to do, and to us, this is priceless. The positive experience and the treatment i received today give me the confidence to recommend his clinic 100%.

From the moment you step into the office, you were greeted with a smile from the front desk staff, particularly Amy and Indy. After checking in it only took a few minutes before I was taken back by the hygienist Shay for my routine dental cleaning. She performed the regular x-rays and then proceeded to do the cleaning. Shay was gentle and performed a very thorough cleaning. I was never in any discomfort. Afterwards, Dr. Vinh Duong came in, introduced himself and performed an oral evaluation. He pointed out what may be needed to prevent any future problems such as a partial missing filling. He was just as professional, gentle and caring as his hygienist Shay. The check out was quick and I was offered a follow up appointment along with scheduling for the next preventive exam. The office is neat and clean with up to date X-rays and imaging machines. I highly recommend Sequoia Smiles to anyone looking for a new dental office and don't forget to ask for the self-pay prices if you happen to not have dental insurance.
