Fantastic experience: I just want to express how grateful I am for this dental office. For four years, it has been the only place my kids go, and there’s a reason for that. The atmosphere, the flexibility, and the way the staff treats my kids ages 3, 7, and 12 is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced.They make my children feel safe, loved, and genuinely cared for. Even my 3 year old, who is usually terrified of the dentist, let the hygienist clean her teeth without fear. That kind of comfort is something you can’t put a price on.The office is always clean, warm, and supportive, and the little prizes they give out make the experience even more exciting for my kids. They actually look forward to their appointments, and as a mom, that fills me with pride and relief.I couldn’t ask for a better dental home for my girls. Absolutely a 10/10 experience.

Negative experience: (Don’t listen to them and put spacer on ) Took my 6yr old daughter here for cleaning. The staff is friendly, cleaning service great until they said my daughter got infection. They told me her teeth need to extract. So l listened to them, my daughter crying so loud and feel the pain. My heart broken in piece .. After extract, came back for follow up.. they recommend spacer, so the other teeth not shifting. Once again I listened to them and put spacer on. Everything go well so far after her check up and cleaning. Two week later her gums swollen and bleeding. Took her back to the office they said she didn’t brushing her teeths good that why it got infection. My daughter nightmare has came… They said that tooth with spacer on need to be removed. I asked Dr is there another option beside remove that one… he said no it need to remove before it spread… I don’t know why I keep making bad decisions for my daughter again and again, instead wait see how it go or go different office , but I chooses to extract another tooth out… while they extracted, my daughter cry out so loud and said it hurt so bad… I asked can you feel it, she reply with tears “yes mommy “ Dr didn’t even care to put more numbing cream on and continue pull it so he can move on to next patient …in 1 years she lost 2 tooth from upper right side near wisdom teeth . I came back for next cleaning and again they recommend spacer … this time tell I told them straight up, you guys already mess up my daughter teeths already so please just do the cleaning…. While waiting, I heard they ask another patient to put spacer for their son … they must make alot of money out from insurance that why they keep remove teeths and put spacer on … parents if you read my review please never put spacer on !!!

Fantastic experience: This office is amazing! Not only is the staff so nice and welcoming but the office is very kid-friendly and so fun! My kids loved the paintings on the walls and the game room was their favorite! They didn’t even want leave when our appointment was finished !

Dr. Lee was just incredible, she really took the time to talk to my son, and kept him calm. It's the first time my kid hasn’t been nervous at the dentist. So grateful for such a positive experience!

Fantastic experience: I am very comfortable having my child come to this particular office. The whole staff is very warm and friendly, my girls immediately felt at ease. Love our Doctor she is calm collective, she explains to the kids just how it is and my kids seem to understand. So far we have not had any concerns with our waiting time or scheduling. I found the office decor very cute, playful and inviting to kids; they always have some sort of Disney on and even had a playroom which my kids love. Mom Approved!

Fantastic experience: Jessica was so gentle with my son and made sure he felt comfortable with the process even though he was older. Both of my kids love coming here and seeing Mya because she is great with them also! Definitely an environment that welcomes children and makes them feel special.

Fantastic experience: I was so nervous to take my toddler to the dentist but the staff there made it such a pleasant experience! They treated him with such care and were so kind and patient! He even lets me brush his teeth now where as before he wouldn’t! You can tell the staff is so compassionate towards little ones and their parents! Jess and Maya were so sweet! Highly impressed!

Positive experience: LOVE LOVE LOVE this dentist office! Even recommend my sister to bring her child there bc they are super friendly and make you feel like family. My son has been going here since he was a baby and he is now 4 years old. I LOVE the staff they are all super sweet. The reason my rating is so low is because of DR. Philys…My son has some cavities and he suggested Anesthesia to do the procedure. I was not comfortable and asked can he just use nitrate (laughing gas) instead bc I was told prior they would be able to do that in office and just break up the session. (Which I was most comfortable doing) He basically told me no and had a very demanding demeanor about the situation and stated “don’t be surprised if he needs 10 caps in his mouth” & he’s not doing the nitrate option” so I decided after 4 years to change dentist and get a second opinion. So far so good. Dr. Lee has ruined my experience and I don’t think I will return unless he is not the Dr. that day…anywho I will find a dentist who is willing to work with me and not put him to sleep.

Staff is friendly, office is nice with activities for the kids and they don't try to scam you with fake cavities (IYKYK). I can't recommend them enough!

They have a little play room with arcade games and video games which my boys LOVE. They also have an abundance of stickers and goodies for the kiddos which is always fun. Fantastic experience: We've been coming here for a few years now after moving into the area, and the staff is wonderful. We have 3 kids, but they are often able to get us in at the same time, and if we have to reschedule, they are usually able to get us in within the next month. None of my kids have had cavities since coming here, and I definitely attribute that to the throughness of the dental hygienists. All of the dentists and hygienists take the time to ask and answer any questions too.

Been going to this place for 2 years now, and I am very satisfied with dentist and all of staffs. We have moved to farther location, and still come down for kids check up!
