Fixing a front crown is an incredibly difficult aesthetic challenge, but Dr. Vancil has taken it on with such care, precision, and determination. What could have easily felt discouraging has instead felt like a true collaboration—with Dr. Vancil refusing to give up until we get a result we absolutely love. His attention to detail, skill, and patience have made all the difference, and he’s made me feel confident and supported throughout the entire process. Though we’re just a few days away from completing the final result, I already know it’s going to be amazing. If you’re looking for a dentist who’s not only highly skilled but also deeply committed to doing things the right way, I can’t recommend Dr. Vancil and the team at Mall of Georgia Dentistry highly enough. They take such good care of you, they make you feel like a part of their family and not just another patient, as we have experienced in the past! They are very skilled and are well equipped at providing the latest dental procedures and techniques. Their follow up care is also a standard that isn’t always provided elsewhere. They are very patient with their patients no matter what their situation is physically or emotionally! If there is such a thing as dentistry with a heart, they provide it. I have never experienced such a wonderful Dentist! Who’s always so positive and understanding! Dr. Vancil is simply going to do what ever work you choose to have done! He never pressures his patients to get dental work done! He will simply advise you in his professional opinion what needs to be done. At 63 I’ve definitely had a few dentists pressure me to have dental work done! Dental work that I wasn’t comfortable with doing at the time!!! I love this office so much that I now have all 5 of my grandchildren come to Dr. Vancil. It’s not just Dr. Vancil who’s great! The entire office staff is simply incredible! Fantastic experience: Dr. Perry + Megan (I hope i’m remembering her name correctly!!) helped me tremendously today! I first started at the Buford location once my family moved from Alpharetta to Lawrenceville. I had my first wisdom tooth removed here and today I needed a tooth extraction. I was very nervous because I had a bad pain experience with my wisdom tooth some years ago, and this time I had an infected dead nerve tooth (top pre molar if i’m correct). I’m so big on the energy inside establishments and as SOON as i enter every time, i’m greeted with such genuine smiles and help! They always ask if we want coffee or water, even donuts when available. Dr. Perry and Megan did my extraction and provided me and my spouse blankets, and were so helpful in making sure i was numbed up and not feeling any pain! They are HILARIOUS together also haha. They single-handedly calmed my anxiety a bit throughout the entire experience!! 100/10 if I could give more stars, I would. Thank you Mall of Georgia Dentistry

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of being a new patient at the Buford location. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while and was coming in to take care of a tooth problem. The staff handled my anxiety, questions, and fears with kid gloves. They made me feel comfortable and assured me that I didn’t have to worry about anything. Although I had to be referred to another dentist, I appreciate the overall hospitality, knowledge, and care that was given. I hope to see you soon Dr. Whyte, Abby, and the staff at this location. Edit: I had to call the office over the weekend because of a tooth infection. Dr. Vancil took the time out of his busy schedule on the weekend to make sure that I could get the prescriptions that were needed. I truly feel like they care, that they treat you like family, and that they want you to have a healthy mouth. If I could give you 1000 stars I would!! May God continue to bless you and your staff!

All of the dental hygienist and team members just make the experience great. If you love coffee, Krispy Kreme, and great dental advice… this is the place just for you. Also, if you do everything they tell you they’ll happily laugh at you for being “dentally boring”. LOL!

Fantastic experience: My anxiety about going to a dentist was kept at a minimum. I felt like all of my concerns were addressed. I actually walked out wearing my dentures that I have had for over a year and wouldn't wear because they hurt to wear. Dr. Vansell worked with them until the felt comfortable. I walked out of the office wearing them!!!! I am so appreciative that I can smile again

Fantastic experience: I'm in the process of switching dentists and had my first cleaning and comprehensive checkup with Dr. Elhag. She put a lot of my worries at ease with clear explanations and treatment plan. She was very patient and listened to all I had to say and ask. Cleaning was done by Caitlin (spelling?) and it's literally the best cleaning I've ever had. No major pain even with lots of sensitive spots. I've def found my new dental group, only wish I had found them sooner

Negative experience: ​​I am very disappointed in this practice especially after what happened with my insurance. When scheduling, I asked the front desk specifically if Dr.Tara Perry was in network with United Health Care and was told that she in fact was. When the claim got to my insurance, it was out of network, the practice then told me that they would fix this issue to ensure that the issue would be resolved, but never followed through. My insurance called them several times to let them know that Tara Perry was out of network and that they needed to refile it but Naya insisted that she was in network and refused. I even provided photos of the insurance portal that showed that they filed incorrectly. All they needed to do was refile the claim so that I wouldn't have to pay the out-of-network price. On top of the hours spent with the insurance, I had a second follow-up visit a week after the initial visit with Tara Perry (which they filed under Brian Vancil so it was at least covered) and she did not listen to my concerns about the fillings, at this point after dealing with them about my insurance and my experience with Dr. Perry, I just decided to follow up with a different doctor at another practice who did listen to my concerns.

Fantastic experience: The Mall of Georgia Dentistry is amazing! It's more than a dentist office, they're family. Dr. Vancil is the true definition of a Godly man. The dentistry work is exceptional because he loves what he does. Dr Vancil and his staff take great pride in treating everyone who enters the office with the utmost respect, kindness and patience. This is why I've recommended 20+ friends and family to chose the Mall of GA Dentistry for their dental care. Thankful to be a patient for 22 years. ❤️

Fantastic experience: This is my husband’s dentist. He sees Dr.Vance. He loves Dr.V, I usually come and sit in the waiting room. Everyone is always so friendly! They always offer a snack and a drink. It’s peaceful and my husband won’t see anyone else. Dr.V has been his dentist since high school and that in itself says it all!

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience at the office on Wednesday a beautiful young lady by the name of Naya greeted me with a water and donut as I waited. Brooke and Megan worked as a team to get some great X-ray shots for my beautiful teeth. Doctor Vancil was awesome but had to break the bad news about my gums but we are working on it so that’s ok. Beth was very nice and outgoing. Heather end it off with a goodie bag and some goodbyes. Great office all around can’t wait to go back!

The care they take making sure we are ok is wonderful. I had a crown put in about a year ago and they we wonderful, both in the service itself, but also answering my questions and helping calm some concerns I had. Everyone there is of high integrity and heart. I would highly recommend using Mall of GA Dentistry with your family!

Fantastic experience: First time going to the dentist for a cleaning and when I left my gums were not sore that afternoon or the next day. Everyone in the practice I have come across has been nothing short extremely kind and friendly from the front office to the dental technicians and Dr. Whyte. It was also the first time going to a cleaning and explaining the gum height and it's impact on gingivitis.

As a former “dentalphobe” Dr Vancil goes out of his way to ensure that the patients are comfortable and knowledgeable (newest technologies and offers options for quite a few health issues) about treatments and procedures. My entire family, immediate and extended (even out of state relatives) have been treated by him and have all been treated with kindness and excellent, quality care.
