Fantastic experience: Tasha, Ruby and Dr. G were all absolutely stunning! From the moment I called to come in for an emergency visit, they welcomed me and made the process of getting everything done so easy! These amazing ladies made sure I was in the loop on costs, care and next steps in ensuring I have a better smile. I will be returning again for my next cleaning and for all my dental needs moving forward. Thank you ladies so much!

Negative experience: I was given a treatment estimate stating that my out-of-pocket cost would be $0, so I agreed to proceed with the treatment. However, after the treatment, I unexpectedly received a bill for more than $1,500. I immediately contacted the office to ask for an explanation because the amount was completely different from the estimate I was given. Unfortunately, it has now been over two months, and despite multiple inquiries, I have received no meaningful response or resolution. Mistakes can happen, but what is most disappointing is the complete lack of communication and follow-up. Patients make treatment decisions based on the information they are given, especially when it comes to cost. I hope the office improves its billing transparency and responds to patients in a timely manner so others do not experience the same situation.

Fantastic experience: I have an amazing experience each time I have an appointment at this dental office! The entire staff is personable, accommodating, and efficient. I received a tooth extraction procedure last year and had a bridge replacement surgery just last week. After each procedure, my healing journey is quick and fluid. I can return to my normal life tasks and responsibilities without missing a beat. Recommend their dental practice 100%.

Positive experience: I had a good cleaning overall, but my experience afterward left a bad impression. The hygienist recommended fluoride treatment and a gingivitis rinse, which I declined because I’m currently saving money while buying a house. When she asked if I was sure, I politely said yes, and her response felt like a scoff or laugh, which made me feel judged for not purchasing the additional services. At checkout, I was also encouraged to schedule my fillings. When I explained that I needed to wait because I’m in the middle of purchasing a home and trying to keep expenses down, I again felt like I was met with an attitude rather than understanding. I completely understand that it’s the staff’s job to recommend treatments and explain their benefits, and I have no issue with that. What I do have an issue with is feeling uncomfortable or judged after politely declining optional services due to financial priorities. Patients shouldn’t feel pressured or embarrassed for making decisions that fit their budget. A little empathy and professionalism would have made this a much better experience.

They were friendly, kind and explained all of my treatment options and Tasha provided a great cleaning experience. Dr. G was knowledgeable, patient and kind during my visit as well. The office manager / receptionist Marcy and dental assistant Tasha was very friendly and took time to explain my dental plan and options. It is important to understand the charges upfront and what is truly necessary for a procedure in phases vs overall treatment plan amount.

Fantastic experience: I've had some horrible dental experiences in the past that has kept me away from any dentist office. Found this place online and thought I'd give it a shot. 10s across the board for them. Everyone there is very nice. Broke down the treatment plan. Pulled my molar which was a breeze. Definitely recommend getting their savings plan. Without it the plan would be close to 18000 dollars. With the savings it's only going to be 6500

Fantastic experience: Came in 20 weeks pregnant and in need of some dental work. Staff was super careful to make sure that all procedures were safe for my baby and I and assured me that everything they were doing was pregnancy safe. Front desk is amazing at answering the phone promptly and also a delight to talk to when you first come in. Everyone is so nice and welcoming and a pleasure to talk with!

Negative experience: Stay away from Ideal Dental. I went there for the first time Feb 2026 looking for a new dentist. After taking XRays my insurance was billed for X-rays I did not request or approve. They billed my insurance for over $1400. My insurance only paid $184. I left the office and did not get any service done after they wanted $1800 for teeth cleaning. You will walk away frustrated just like I am right now. Make sure they tell you if insurance will pay. I ended up with a bill and did not have any work done at all. As I said at the beginning stay away.

Fantastic experience: These ladies are wonderful. Needed an emergency extraction for a severe toothache, not only did they squeeze me in BUT they held my hand. Walked me through the process and made me feel Comfortable. Thank you Ideal Dental, I will be back.

Had a little issue with my insurance but the staff was patient and helped me get everything corrected. Then to the back for treatment Ixchel was excellent with the Xrays and etc and was very understanding while explaining my procedure. And Dr Vineet Ganapati was awesome. I have never been to a dentist and had no pain and yes she is very thorough which made my visit the most comfortable dentist visit ever. Thank you all for excellent service. Staff made sure I was aware and okay with every step of the process during my appointment. No hidden fees or back door/unexplained charges. Everything financial wise was broken down in clear terms, leaving no room for errors and staff provided information on additional payment options. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with care provided by well qualified, knowledgeable, and kind professionals.

Negative experience: Pros: clean facility with up to date technology Cons: will try to upsell you any chance they can, tell you that you need cavities filled when a) no cavities or b) such small spots that they will pressure you to have filled where most dentists (and we got a second opinion) will tell you that’s not the case. And probably the worst part is when you do get those cavities filled that they recommended, it will be done so poorly that you have to go back to get them to fix it. This was my husband’s experience but when I went in for my cleaning and waited 45 minutes to be seen, we cut our losses and switched dentists.

Negative experience: I’m extremely disappointed with how this office handled my experience. I was not informed that they were no longer in-network with my insurance before treatment. I paid the amount they quoted at the time, assuming it was accurate, only to receive a surprise bill later due to their out-of-network status. I spoke to Ms. Ruby twice, and she told me it wasn’t my responsibility and that she would take care of it. I appreciated that at the time, but months later, when I tried to make a new appointment, I was told I still had a balance, meaning nothing had been resolved. Another staff member said she would look into my account and call me back, but I never received a follow-up. This is incredibly unprofessional. There was zero communication about the insurance change, and now no one is taking responsibility for the mistake. I trusted this office and felt completely let down. Be very careful if you choose to get treatment here, check everything yourself, because they clearly won’t.

Fantastic experience: Today is my first day of visiting a dentist and it happens I choose Ideal Dental, they treat me good, they are polite in communication and they gave me all the necessary care. I love them and I will advise you to give them a try and see for yourself because seeing is believing! Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Coming in for a cleaning is quick and easy here. Tasha created a very pleasant, warm, and comfortable experience for me. Dr. Ganapati is efficient and knowledgeable, making you feel like you're in good hands. Also, the receptionists are welcoming, kind, and remember you. And ToothScience toothpaste is one of my faves! :)

Positive experience: I love this location. I have been to another and they were helpful and kind... but this location is the best. I went through chemotherapy not too long ago and my teeth are pretty much ruined. They have given me a lot of advice, have helped me out a lot, and have given me a lot of direction about next steps. Absolutely love Dr. Ganapati, every hygienist I have had, and the office staff. I am giving 4 stars because I am a little unhappy about one single incident. I bought PreviDent 5000 toothpaste from them. The last 2 I got were from a different location, always mint. I didn't even know there were other flavors, so I didn't check when I bought this one from the Buford location. I opened it, squeezed it onto my brush, and it was pink... "fruitopia" flavor. Anything other than mint really grosses me out and doesn't make my mouth feel clean. I called to see if they will trade it and they won't. I will never use this and wasted $25 on it. I'm really disappointed as I need this toothpaste to slow down the decay. Big let down. Everything else has been great.

From the time I walked in the door and was greeted by Cristy and Claudia, to being called back and seated by Tasha to take x-rays and then being seen by Dr.G! I have had a dental phobia for years but I’m happy to say that because of this office, I’m no longer “afraid of the Dentist”! Everyone was so kind and caring and attentive to my needs and fears. I can’t wait to start my treatment with them!!
