Fantastic experience: Since the retirement of a dentist I used for 30 years, I was displeased with the next 3 dental practices I explored. Fortunately, my search for a new dentist is now satisfied. Based on today’s visit, I foresee Center for Advanced Dentistry as my dental practice for the next few decades. From the moment I entered the building and throughout my appointment I was highly pleased. The front desk staff was very welcoming and efficient. Audrey was saliently knowledgeable, friendly, and competent. Most importantly, my teeth never felt as clean after leaving a hygienist’s chair. And Dr. J quickly established trust by patiently answering questions and thoroughly explaining potential solutions for monitoring gum recession and an old filling, without overselling services. It’s rare that I will take time to review a service. However, Center for Advanced Dentistry earned accolades.

Fantastic experience: As fearful as I’ve been my whole life, even as a 33 year old adult, I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO HAPPY WITH A DENTAL VISIT. This office has thee most amazing people on payroll. I walked in nervous and the people at the front even took notice and made me feel so much better. My comfort was ensured from being to end! I think i hit the dental jackpot! Care starts from the time you walk in & doesn't end when you leave because they don't stop caring and it shows. Side note: the options and savings they offer as a self pay patient were astonishing & also pain free. ☺️

I was hesitant in going to the dentist due to some recent, unpleasant experiences at different practice but was put at ease from first interaction. Each question and concern was thoroughly addressed. I did not feel rushed or pressured to have any additional work done immediately. Coverage and treatment plan were transparent.

Fantastic experience: Dr. J and his team are wonderful! My friend recommended Dr. J saying her dentist goes to him. Off to a great start! I went in for what I thought was going to be a quick visit due to a loose crown but it actually turned into a much more complicated issue. I was worried I would have to leave and wait for an extended period of time for any resolution but Dr. J squeezed me in same day. His bedside manners are incredible and it is very obvious he not only cares deeply about his work but about each patient and their satisfaction. Very pleased to have found my forever dentist!

Fantastic experience: Been going to CFAD for years now. The whole team is super kind and will go to great lengths to make sure you are properly cared for. Dr. J and Dr. Harness are incredibly talented and have done great work for my family and I. Audrey and Olymphia also do a great job with cleanings.

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank the entire staff for making my first visit such a wonderful visit. There was much love and kind of shown to me. In lieu of me hitting a few hard bumps in the road the last several years, it was appreciated more than they knew. Casey at the front desk was wonderful she gave me directions to get there. Dawn was also so wonderful. She made me feel like family. And Dr Larry! Oh my gosh I prayed for God to show me a dentist and I believe it was Providence that I ended up there. I did not feel at ease with anybody that I had talked to before but I had network with my friends but I felt that feeling in my spirit that this was the right place. And when I got there I was treated with so much kindness. And I guarantee you Dr Larry he is the real deal he is the top gun in his field. If you go there you can rest assured you are in outstanding hands. The young man that did my x-ray or picture if you prefer was a wonderful so polite and kind-hearted and professional young man I cannot remember his name but I'm so sorry. Anyway if you want to make these people your dental needs team you will be in assuredly the best place you can be. They made me feel so comfortable and it's rare to feel that way at a dentist's office. They all were welcoming, helpful, kind, and caring. I will be going back regularly now.

Fantastic experience: I just love CforAD! I have been a patient since 2007 when Dr. Ushma Patel founded and opened the practice. She has since retired to teaching and I saw Dr. Brittany Harness yesterday for a filling that had fallen out. She and her assistant are the best! The made sure I was comfortable. Dr. H excels and made sure my bite was perfect. I am also seeing her for Invisalign. I received an excellent reminder to wear my aligners. Dr Jurgitis is also kind and excellent. He helped me when my crown fell out. The dental hygienists are superb. No one looks forward to the dentist, but I do! The front office staff gets a shout out, too! Love you all. Keep up the good work.

I was greeted by Dawn who was a delight and assured me all would go well. The assistant, Audrey was on point with getting me ready, making me comfortable, and following Doctor’s orders. Fantastic experience: Update June 2025- I figured I should provide an update given Dr. Patel has retired and I’m now under Dr. Jurgutis care. Under Dr. Patel’s care, I had improved my oral condition significantly, so much that I actually skipped my cleaning for 2 yrs. Then I went to a different dentist closer to me for a crown. I knew right then I’d go back to this practice. Call me bougie, but if I had to pay the same out of pocket cost….i want to be as comfortable as they work on my teeth. Center for Advanced Dentistry is top notch. I went for my cleaning yesterday and requested for someone gentle. They placed me with Olympia. She was a gem! She was very gentle but still got the job done, understood my concerns, and I’m pretty sure her lunch time was cut short because she was taking her time with me. I promise I won’t talk so much next time! ☺️ From my perspective as a patient t, Dr J has the same approach as Dr. Patel. They only recommend treatment if necessary. Unlike some other dentists who every time you see them, they’ll tell you you have cavities or need a crown. The office personnels are just as friendly. I’m so pleased that I found them 15 yrs ago! Excellent dentist! Dr. Patel is very good at what she does, great bedside manner, explains things well without being pushy, and truly a genuine caring person. I had a loose implant (crown) this past Saturday, and with Thanksgiving coming up I was totally freaking out. I sent her an email that night, and she responded in less than 30-minutes! Even though she was not scheduled to see patients this week, she came in specifically to take care of me. Most doctors would've passed me on to their associate at their practice. I am so grateful that she is my dentist! Thank you, Dr. Patel!

The staff is friendly, professional and courteous. I've personally been seen by Dr. Patel and Dr. J throughout the years and they have both, not only met, but exceeded my expectations. They take their time during consultation to listen and explain. They're thorough with their treatment plan recommendations and between them and the front desk staff, they always work with us to make financial decisions seamless. Fantastic experience: Superb all-round experience. I was traveling in to Alpharetta, GA for business meetings and had 2 crowns come off. A colleague recommended them and they were able to give me an appointment the next afternoon; and their office staff - Donna (last name?) - along with their medical staff and Dr Larry Jurgutis we just simply awesome. Patiently explained the situation to me and got me done and out of there very quickly ... so I could head to the airport and make my flight back to NY on time. Thank you, to everyone there!

Fantastic experience: I’ve not met one person in the office that wasn’t pleasant. Let’s face it, getting Dental work done is no fun. The Dentists there really take time to get to know you. This group is outstanding!!!

Fantastic experience: I had a cracked molar which broke along an old filling…kept me up all night with pain. I called their office at 7:10 am (Thurs. morning) expecting to get their answering service, but the nice young lady answered. Ask” how could she help? I explained my situation and that I was a new patient! She said “Can you be here by 8am?” My brain was like Yesssss! I was so amazed that they were going to be a true ER dentist and get me in that day!! I got there ..Doc took me straight back did an X-ray and He talked to me about treatment. In my case, the molar had to be extracted. Doc removed the tooth and the abscess beneath with care and concern for my pain level. Then he went the extra mile and did not just one but two bone graphs in prep for future implant. Doc and his staff were very thorough and the place is very clean and affordable as they took my insurance. I was so impressed with the lack of used car salesman tactics you normally get from the dentist these days. You go in for a cleaning and they beat you down and you walk out with an estimate for like $8000 for dental and cosmetic “ your like what just happen!” This place was different straight to the point. I see you’re in pain let’s get you feeling better!! They can perform your simple cleanings/crown/fillings to extensive procedures like bone graph/implants/root canals all in their facility. My new dentist in Johns Creek!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Patel and staff are the very best. A couple of weeks after my husband passed, I called concerning a possible problem . They brought me in within an hour of the phone call and was even able to do my cleaning at the same time. I had to cancel two previous appointments because of my husband's illness. I received condolences from the entire staff and sweet hugs from all as well. I especially appreciated the sweet card that I received .They really care about you.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! Great experience all around. As a brand new patient, the entire process was seamless. The staff is extremely helpful and very friendly. Dr. Jurgutis made sure I was comfortable and in zero pain every step of the way. He took the time to answer all my questions and was extremely knowledgeable, kind and patient throughout the process. I can tell he truly cares about his patients and makes sure they are getting the proper treatment needed. 10/10 will be making this my permanent dentist going forward
